    Dietrich Electrical Service did an outstanding job installing my Google Nest Cam with Floodlight. The camera was mounted about 15 feet from the ground, which was too high for me to handle. They ran about 3 feet of metal conduit on the front brick facing of the house, between the camera and a power source under the eave at the front corner. They even had a 45-degree angled extension fabricated to accommodate the height of the installation, ensuring everything fit perfectly. The installation looks clean and professional, and everything was done efficiently and safely. I highly recommend their services for any residential electrical work!

    Dietrich and Daniel did an outstanding job replacing my old light fixtures with new light fixtures, and repairing the botched install from a different company of a light/fan/heater in my bathroom that had been wired so incorrectly that it was a fire hazard. I highly recommend this company. They were professional, friendly, clear in communicating info to me and explaining things so I could understand it, completed each work item to my complete satisfaction, and their prices were very reasonable.     Dietrich and his crew are outstanding! As I have replaced chandeliers and pendants in my house, Dietrich has always done exemplary work. When he added a camera to our existing Ring system he found that the previous camera had not been wired properly and brought the wiring up to code. They will continue to be “my electricians.”

    Oh man where do I start. Let’s go with honesty, they were very up front on cost and expectations of the worked that I asked for. My home is now ready for whatever crazy weather we can get and with a surge protector for the whole home. I recommend these guys to everyone. They installed a new box at my parents house as well along with a breaker for a freezer. I will always call these guys 1st.

    I do woodworking in my garage and had been flipping breakers regularly when using basic power tools. I had a few electrical services companies come out to give an estimate. I wanted to add an additional box with dedicated breakers for more outlets in my garage. I decided to go with Dietrich, not just because they came prepared and knew what the job required (based on hours of my own research), but because they also took the time to understand the details regarding current and future needs for my growing workshop.For the install, the team showed up on time and did a great job all around. They were very friendly and took care of my stuff when moving things around to get the job done. Their cleanup was also well done.Overall, I’m more than satisfied with Dietrich’s electrical work. I now have 10 additional outlets throughout my entire workspace (all walls and ceilings), each with its own dedicated breaker. The wiring also gives me flexibility to change an outlet from 110 to 220, which increases my options when looking for other professional power tools. Since the install, I’ve had no issues at all. I haven’t had to use any extension cords and I’ve also noticed increased performance from my tools. I highly recommend Dietrich Electrical Services for your custom jobs.

    This is one the best family business you’ll find in the San Antonio area! We had to get more power for our shop. I called Dietrich, he and his team came out and were able to get us exactly what we needed and we were able to work most of the time they did the job. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.     Dietrich rewired our garage and installed an electrical panel and a host of other things. He advised us well and did good work for a fair price. He cared about our house and took pride in his work. Dietrich also has a good network of other trades which makes him a valuable part of our remodel project team.     Dietrich Electrical is an excellent company to use for all of your electrical needs. We had a lightning strike in our back yard and it did some damage to our electrical system. We had Dietrich replace a bunch of circuit breakers and installed a total home lightning arrestor. Price was very fair and didn’t take long to do. I would recommend him every time.     I looked on Angies List to find an electrician close to my parents home off Boerne Stage Road and Dietrich Electrical Services was suggested. I sent my information after 10pm on Thursday night. We needed someone to fix some lights and switches before an event we were having the next evening. Not only did Dietrich contact us for an early appointment the next morning (Good Friday), but they went above and beyond, fixing our issues very efficiently and with friendly, professional manners. I was so impressed. My parents are hard to please and they loved these electricians. They are located in Helotes, which is very convenient.     Dietrich ran power for us on our land nearly 700 ft underground. He explained the best options for future expansion and got power to all of our buildings on the property.     I highl y recommend Dietrich for electrical repairs and replacements in older homes. He switched out outlets to gifs, installed an additional outlet, installed a ceiling fan, plus other small jobs around the house for my elderly mom. He also addressed all her concerns in a very polite manner. In addition, we had him a second time to replace an outdoor breaker box. His prices were very fair and he and his brother did excellent work. I really appreciated how kind he was to my mom. I will definitely use him for any future electrical work I may need.

    Dietrich came out and installed 3 outlets, installed GFI outlets in the kitchen, and fixed a light for us. Price was a little high, but really good work, so we asked for a quote to install 5 recessed lights with dimmers. There was some trouble getting that second quote unfortunately, but they reached out and made it right by scheduling us in quickly with a small discount. How a business responds to a mistake shows a lot. The recessed lighting installation went perfectly. Our entertainment room looks incredible now. Weve now gotten another quote for a third project and will be having them back, where they will continue to do great work.

    Dietrich Electrical installed a new replacement service outside panel from the CPS meter and ran a replacement main line to the new subpanel inside the home. It also included separate wiring to a detached garage and other assorted external wires to other terminations. The work they performed was what could only be described as perfection.     I called to have my security lights outside fixed and was so pleased with the results! I had a frayed wire that was a fire hazard, and Dietrich took care of it asap. There was an issue with the front security light (not their fault; my house had a lot of DIY work done, and Ive discovered lots of cut corners since I moved in), and they were back the next day to find a solution. Both gentlemen were very professional, punctual, and helpful (I even got some pro bono advice about my recent AC installation, which ended up working like a charm!).     I have been using Dietrich Electrical for about 5 years. He has done various jobs from running new 220 lines for different or new appliances, remodeling, under cabinet lighting installation, the list goes on.     We didn’t actually end up getting anything done but these guys are nothing short of AMAZING!We had a smoke detector that would not stop chirping. It had been going on for days. We had done everything to make it stop, change out all the batteries, bought new detectors, new carbon monoxide ones too, checked breakers, etc. nothing was making it stop! Found Dietrichs great reviews on Nextdoor. Called him up, they came out to help. And after being here at least an hour or even longer, working their butts off trying to find the problem, we found a mysterious old carbon monoxide detector in all places but our desk drawer. They worked so hard with it ending up being our fault. They didn’t even charge us for their time. Now that’s a great business in my eyes!We were very grateful and definitely recommend his service.

    Our electric went out on half of our home, so we called Dietrich Electrical Services and he answered right away, after hours at that. I explained what we were experiencing and he was concerned right away for our safety. He wanted to come over that evening because he said it could be very serious. In less than 30 minutes he was at our home working on our problem. Our main breaker was bad and sparking which was a fire hazard. He did not have the part on his truck but went and got the part and within 1 hour had our problem fixed. We could not have asked for a better company and service to respond and repair our home electrical issues so fast. Very professional, great service, and very reasonable price.     Due to many positive reviews on Next Door app, I called Dietrich Electrical Services to fix 2 recessed lights and outdoor porch light that were not working. Also mentioned front porch light frequently blew out. Dietrich suggested converting to LED which lasts for many years. He fixed both recessed lights, picked up a new LED fixture for the back porch and converted front door porch light. He was fast, informative, friendly and prompt. very pleased with his services. HIGHLY Recommend!

    Dietrich to the rescue. Last winter, just before the cold snap, our 14 yr old house (with w yr old HVAC) started to smell like that furnace-just-getting-started kind of smell. Then we lost power to the thermostat. Our HVAC guys said it was electrical, nothing they could do.Dietrich came right over the same day, and discovered that out inside disconnect was actively shorting and melting, nearly causing a fire. Though it was late and almost the weekend, Dietrich hustled and got the new disconnect installed, we fired up the system, and survived the cold spell (and, bonus, no fire).Turns out that tightening the nuts on aluminum wiring is something that needs to happen about every 10 years, or things will start to get hot. As a homeowner, I had to learn this from an expert (Dietrich).Any electrician could replace the disconnect. We got extra caring service from Dietrich that went so far beyond my expectations and really reset the bar for what good service can be. Ill call Dietrich any time, every time, I have an electrical problem or project.

    I’ve used Mr Olguin for at least five years. His is the only electrical service company I will let handle my electrical work. He also does it for my daughter & her husband—he has the family business. If we need work at our 25,000 sq foot business, he’ll get that, too..Inside or outside, he does it, and it’s always a superb & reasonably-priced job. He’s responsive, thorough, & for my money, the very definition of professionalism. I never have a complaint about his work, & he always tells me to call him if anything needs correction. Although it’s not on the options list, I asked him to develop a circuit map of my house showing all outlets & where they appear on my panel(s) (I have more than one). He produced one (all 17 pages of it) identifying every electrical circuits & has saved hours of time when I have him out for other jobs. It has also helped me whenever I have electrical issues in my home—it helps discussions when I need to set up service, either with him or for other service calls (e.g., pool electrical systems, water softener problems, video surveillance system installations, etc.) I STRONGLY recommend anyone have this done for future reference.Dietrich is tops...the best electrical service professional I’ve ever met.

    Jerry installed a Generac generator at my home. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that needs electrical work or certainly a generator installed. He made sure not only that the electrical was done properly but also the natural gas installation. He also had a third-party do another inspection to make sure everything worked as it should. I really appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to do the leg work to find a vendor for the gas installation. He took care of the entire process!

    Ceiling Fan Installation --- I purchased four ceiling fans to be installed in a new smart home.     They were out on site at the time they said they would. There price was very competitive, not the cheapest but the workmanship, quality and service was well beyond what I expected. They had to bury a conduit and when they were done you could barely tell that they dug and trenched.
