    I have had nothing but awesome experiences with Glasmeier plumbing. I could not be happier with their level of attention. Over the last year I have had new master bath, new tankless hot water install, and various repairs and every time they were efficient, friendly, and had fair prices.Ryan has since come out and made many inspection repairs on my nieces new house and he was patient and explained everything to her, which was appreciated because this is her first house.

    Glasmeier picked up my water heater job that my warranty company assigned. Dave, Brian and Jon jumped on the job next day and had it done. They did an outstanding job and even went above and beyond to get us back with hot water after the warranty plumper had taken seven days and dropped the job. Glasmeier treated us as thought we were an emergency and had us up running with hot water in a day. My future calls will be to Glasmeier as they are a company to trust. Thank you all at Glasmeier.

    Brian and Gabe did an amazing job on our Air Conditioner. Always incredibly patient and pleasant. They have replaced our furnace and AC just 9 months apart and I cannot recommend them enough. You cant beat the people, equipment, or price. An unexpected problem arose when replacing the AC on friday evening and they were ready 1st thing Saturday morning to get the part and come and resolve the issue on their day off. David even accompanied Brian Saturday morning and was so kind. Again, we cannot recommend Glasmeier enough!

    Glasmeier comes through again - in a newly purchased house of questionable construction, including plumbing, we required new toilets as well as having a significant kitchen drain blockage that took several hours to clear. Ryan and DJ did not give up.     We had Glasmeir Plumbing come today and look at some plumbing issues. The tech - Ryan Koop arrived at 11 am on the dot … punctual. He listened to our list of issues intently and then investigated our plumbing - basement, upstairs bathroom, kitchen, and downstairs bathroom. He went over everything with us and we took notes. The cost to fix all items didn’t seem unreasonable - but we may have to divide the work into two manageable chunks but he was thorough, professional, and polite and we were impressed by his knowledge.

    I highly recommend this company! Very professional, always respectful of my property. This is my second time using their services and it wont be the last. This time they installed a gas line for a new stove, and they went above and beyond. The range was delivered late from a local big box store. So they even came back the next day to connect the stove and make sure it was working properly, which is something the store didnt do. Safety above all is a priority for them and I feel better knowing they were the ones to connect it and confirm there were no leaks or issues. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and plan to use them again in the near future.

    Jonathan installed our new sink dishwasher and plumbed in our new ice maker on our new refrigerator. Also repaired our bathroom sink. He did a really good job.     We have used Glasmeier many times and are always so pleased with their service, professionalism, and excellent work. We sometimes have needed emergency service, like when an old pipe literally fell off in our hands in the crawlspace or there was backed up sink water bursting out of the kitchen cabinets; and other times for less urgent needs like hooking up outdoor faucets and replacing shut-off valves. They have always been competitive when we obtained multiple quotes for a big job, and are very knowledgable.They are easy to reach, schedule, and are always on time.     I called at 8:15 on a Monday morning and spoke to a receptionist, telling her I needed a sump pump replaced. At 10:45 I got a call to tell me that the plumber would be at my house in 15 minutes. Dave Glasmeier did the work efficiently and conscientiously. He put footies over his shoes before coming into the house and carefully checked everything out and cleaned up. He told me what the charges would be before starting any work. The cost was reasonable and about what I expected. He had all the necessary parts with him. Nice, friendly, responsible guy.     These guys were awesome. My mom (Melonie) had just bought her home and apparently the toilet plumbing was very outdated. They came out for a simple what we thought was clogged toilet but turned into them needing to dig up the back yard and run pipe (and find our real septic tank - dont ask! LOL). Anyways, the price for all of this was super reasonable and the work was done surprisingly fast. They were very sweet in answering my mothers questions and I appreciated that.     This is the second time Ive used Glasmeier Plumbing and in both cases they performed above and beyond expectations. The first time was a dishwasher installation. This time was an object stuck in a toilet -- as in really, really jammed in the toilet. Another plumbing company did a cursory look and said, oh, you need to spend $800 for a new toilet. But Ryan and Jonathan worked took the toilet off and worked their butt off to get the obstruction that had accidentally fallen in out. Then, they made a special trip to get the right-sized flange to reinstall the toilet and replace the old flange , worn out from age. Excellence...rather than good enough...is much appreciated.On tap of that...they show up when they say they will, text when theyre on the way, give price estimates before the work is done and are always polite. They made me smile today.:)
