Team Gutridge to the rescue! We needed help with a new Kohler 14Kw unit we installed but would not transfer power to the load center. Gutridge was able to get Moe out to our home in just a couple days and found a bad circuit board in the new unit. He then tracked down a replacement and made a 100 mile+ round trip to pick it up and then return the same day to install it. Did I mention it was snowing as well. Nellie was then able to get the work covered by warrantee on our behalf. I cant thank Gutridge enough for the incredible service and friendly staff. Its hard to find this kind of service these days. The gentlemen from Gutridge installed a 220 exterior outletFor hooking in our emergency generator. They were on time, professional and friendly. They were willing to let our homeschooled son watch them work so he could learn about electricians. The project turned out beautifully and was exactly what we wanted. Nellie, the office manager also did a splendid job and was wonderful to work with. The price was very reasonable. Gutridge is now our go-to electric company.

Christian was kind, respectful, hard-working, down-to-earth, and carried a very pleasant demeanor. He was able to fulfill my detailed requests without any issues. He also cleaned up all of the mess he created - which seems to be a very rare occurrence for a contractor. Overall, Id say he was the best single-day contractor Ive ever had work on my property to date.

Peace of mind in that the installation was done correctly and tests itself every Wednesday. I had a Kohler generator installed weeks ago. Havent needed it yet, thank God, but the weekly startups are on point as well was their service, professionalism and knowledge of what they needed to do. I appreciated the fact that you couldnt tell they were even there after completion. Other then the unit sitting pretty there was no signs of their work left behind. Greatly recommend them to others.
