    I recently had the pleasure of working with Rockland Plumbing, and I can confidently say they exceeded my expectations.     Had a great experience with Tony C from Rockland Plumbing. Booked service through Warranty Company Monday night. Tuesday morning, Rockland Plumbing reached out and was able to schedule an appointment. Tony was able to come out Wednesday morning to inspect and fix our water heater. Tony gave detailed update after he completed the repair. He even called Thursday (Thanksgiving) morning to check on us and see how the water heater was doing. Prompt and Excellent service!     We had an issue with our water heater few days before Thanksgiving and Rockland was able to schedule us an appointment right away. Tony Campbell, the technician came on time and was able to fix what was wrong with the water heater. He communicated everything to our son who was home that time, and wrote a detailed information and instruction for us. He also communicated everything to my husband via phone call.

    In September I went through Rockland plumbing through my home insurance for a kitchen sink leak damaging my basement ceiling. I was skeptical due to a previous bad experience with my home insurance for a separate issue and reading the reviews on here about Rockland, but much to my surprise it was a good experience. The technician Ralph was thorough, showed up on time, explained the process, gave me options and considerations. As he repaired he walked through what he was doing and how to maintain my pipes on an older house. Ralph even cleaned up after himself!I definitely will use Rockland again and if you can request Ralph!

    Ralph was amazing. Personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue (new wax rings and stoppage) right away and tested several times to make sure everything functioned correctly. I am very impressed and happy with the service provided.

    Joe was an great technician. He came in ready to work and to solve the 4 issues that I had. He was able to fix 3 out of the 4. He explained everything he did and why he did what he did to fix the problem. I did expect Rockland to send someone to look at the problem he could not solve, but a follow-up may have to be initiated by the warranty company who Rockland is contracting with.

    Jie was very honest, nice, respect, provided courtesy calls and on time. Its was a pleasure to work with them. I needed this company to come out to look at a leaking water heater as a 2nd opinion. Finding out the 1st plumber company was having me to replace all of my plumbing and a list of other things that were not needed.The city inspector agreed with Joe/Rockford. I only needed a new water heater. Nothing elseI wished we had more companies like Rockford Plumbing. Thats not trying to get over on customer or take advantage of their lack of knowledge.I will recommend this company to work with for you....Joe was outstanding. Please continue being honest.

    I am very pleased with the plumber, Ralph. He was assigned as a replacement for the first plumber who didnt unstop the bathtub. He used a handheld rodding machine. I watched Ralph put a lot of cable in the pipe. Ralph got the job done, baby! When I use the tub now, the water drains out very quickly. Ralph is a very friendly man. He answered my questions and explained every step in unstopping the tub and showed me what was preventing the water to drain properly. He also explained how the sink, toilet and tub are connected to work together. I am very pleased. In the future I will request Ralph to handle my plumbing needs. Thanks Ralph!

    Rockland was sent by AHS for home warranty. We had a tub that was leaking at the overflow and had water coming into a laundry room below. Rockland plumber was Joe, and I completely satisfied with the service, Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and found the problem right away, and was finished in less than 30 minutes also arrived on time. My home warranty is about to expire, and because of this contractor I will probably stick with AHS as I was pleased with the service.

    On this particular service request from America homes shield this company was the third to come out. I received a call from Eli before I was off the phone with AHS. Eli, schedule my Appointment. Eli listen to what it was that I had to say about my previous experience with the first two companies and then he assured me that they will make things better. He was honest about that. The technicians that came out was awesome. They heard my issues they knew what they were doing and they made it happen. Robert the tech informed me what the problem was and went on to explain what process we’re gonna take place, he stated to let us get back to the office and we’ll get you scheduled in and that they did. Rockland didn’t charge me didn’t price gouge me and they did not play with me about getting the job done within days, thank you so much Rockland Plumbing and staff. you all are great and I’ll recommend anyone to you. they sent me out two previous plumbing Companies one being Aaronplumber, the first company the second one being Patels, those two companies are bad news from the office staff to the technician that came out. please do not use aaron’s or patels plumbing

    OMG, they are one of the best things happen to me in 2024. They were sent to my house by AHS and Ralph was a lifesaver and fix my problem. The other plumbers were getting ready to tear up my basement. Ralph worked patiently and worked to he found and fixed problem. His work was quality and explained everything. Of course, it was out of pocket cost but Im glad I went through with it. I called AHS to put Rockland down for all my plumbing needs.
