We have had their help a few times over the past couple years for minor maintenance, and they do a great job. Very quick response. They even came out within 30 minutes of my call when our AC went out in the middle of summer. Quick service and reasonable prices.

I worked with both Justin and Anthony to replace my heating and air systems. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. Although this must but a busy season for them, they were able to start the work very quickly and offered a great price! Definitely recommend!

When I shared I was having air conditioner troubles with a co-worker, he strongly encouraged me to get an estimate from Werth Heating Plumbing & Air Conditioning. So glad that I did! Justin, the owner of the Company, took the time and asked the right questions to know exactly what I was needing and expecting. Then he provided several options at various price points so that I could select a fairly priced option that solved the problem and fit my budget too. I was pleased with that. But when his installers, Chris and Blake, showed up the very next day after I had accepted the bid, the story got even better! They did a great job, made the process as non-invasive as possible, were so friendly and were diligent/conscientious in quickly finishing the project and leaving my home just as clean as it was when they arrived. Could not be happier with my experience with Werth Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning!

Our experience with Werth Heating, Plumbing & AC was superb. Justin, in making the assessment, was thorough in his explanations and in his answers to questions. It was also highly educational for someone with only a glancing knowledge of how AC works. Anthony, the installer, was fast, efficient and personable at the same time. He worked hard and steady and my stupid questions did not faze him or slow him down in any way. He also went out of his way to help us with the portable units we were replacing with our new HVAC system. Replacing an entire heating and cooling system is not a welcome expenditure, but Werths professionalism and quality made it a smooth experience and we have a product we can feel confident in.

Very happy with the work Justin and his crew did. They returned my calls promptly, took time to hear our concerns and showed up and completed the job when scheduled. The sump pump was installed and everything was cleaned up when I returned home that day. 👍🏻 Thanks to the crew who worked at my house

I went to engineering school (EMAW!) with the new(ish) owner Justin and also had the pleasure of interacting with him while working in the HVAC market. He is a stand up guy and did a lot to help me navigate my engineering career in HVAC. Although I dont live in Hays to use Werth services, I can guarantee any establishment being run by Justin will be the best in town given his high aptitude for customer service and a strong engineering (and hands on) experience in HVAC!
