    Fred is a great find in this area. He actually returned my phonecall on a Saturday, even though he was not working. And he showed up on time on Monday morning to do an outside electrical outlet for us. This man is personable, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable in price. I highly recommend him and will use his service in the future.

    The other reviews are spot on. Fred is a five star electrician! Photos not much, but that light is like gold to me after being without it for a long time. Needed some small projects throughout the house, and Fred was prompt, informative, courteous and thorough. He installed that light in the tight space above the W/D without my having to move anything. I already added another project to his list and will call him again when needed. I highly recommend him.Brought Fred back for more! Amongst the projects was lighting up a dark spot - now I can spot those occasional naughty bears! Besides great work, he knew my budget and made sure to stick to it. Way more than five stars!!

    We recently moved from NJ to PA and needed some electrical work done on our new house. Anytime you hire a new contractor there is some anxiety not knowing what to expect. Thankfully Fred was nothing short of excellent! He put in two new lighting fixtures and a outside plug by the basement door. His knowledge and technical expertise was second to non. He made sure we were happy with his work and even called me a few days later to check and see if everything was okay. Fred certainly cares about the quality of his work and most importantly his customers.

    I am a local Realtor and have contact with many contractors, most are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and willing to help, but often there is a long wait. Itā€™s only normal here in our area now a days.But I didnā€™t find that with Fred. I told him there was an urgency and although he had 2 other jobs scheduled he fit me in at 7 o clock in the morning before he started his day.He didnā€™t have to do this.I couldnā€™t be happier with Fredā€™s work. He is extremely professional ,neat, easy to communicate with, pleasant and an outstanding electrician.Communication was indeed excellent. He answered my phone call immediately and arrived when he was expected.I was told about Fred from my Home Inspector Pat Russell who Fred had done work for . Pats experience with Fred was great as was mine.Fred did a thorough job and Iā€™m grateful for his expertise, and knowledge of the business.Thanks Fred!

    I highly recommend Freds Electric. Fred is professional and very easy to communicate with. He upgraded our whole electric panel and did a fantastic job.     I needed to troubleshoot a faulty circuit and get an EV charger installed, and Fred was a complete pro. He is very responsive, efficient, and takes real pride in his work. Definitely give this guy a call if you need an electrician.

    My electricity went out because of a snowstorm. My generator was on but still no electricity. He tried helping me over the phone for free but the job was more complicated than expected. He then traveled to my house after hours in bad weather to fix the problem. Heā€™s a great guy.

    Fred went above and beyond to help us when our electric went out in half of our house. He promised heā€™d get to us on a specific day and, even after dealing with car issues, came after hours to help us. He updated me several times to make sure it was ok to show up after hours.When he got to our house explained what was wrong and what we needed to do to rectify the problem. His fees were incredibly fair, and I will not hesitate to call him for any electrical issues in the future!

    Fred came to our house to install a new ceiling fan for a 17 foot ceiling. He did a great job and was highly professional throughout the installation process. Very personable and would definitely recommend hiring him.

    I was referred to Fred by a well respected home inspector. I needed people I could trust to do the job and be dependable (not an easy ask up in NEPA) From my first conversation with Fred, I knew I found the right person. He showed up on time, surveyed the job, made recommendations and suggestions. He didnā€™t over sell. He didnā€™t over estimate. He knew what we needed and what we didnā€™t. He was HONEST. He managed the project from start to finish, worked with the Town, got the permits, got the inspections, set up work orders with the Utility company. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. He kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date. He responded to phone calls and texts. A rare gem. You need to work with people you can trust and depend on, thatā€™s Fred!

    Fred is extremely knowledgeable and fair. I called him and he scheduled a time to come out right away. I needed a chandelier updated and a new outlet done for some tvā€™s. He gave advice but didnā€™t try to push any extra work. He was kind and courteous and cleaned up his work when he was done. I will definitely be calling him again for any other electrical needs I will need in the future.

    Amazing!! Knowledgeable and personable! Called Fred in the morning, and got an appt the very same day. He was prompt with time, clearly explained the issues and immediately set to work. Fred rectified the prior electricians error, left rooms clean wand disclosed the cost up front. Highly recommend and would definitely use him again!

    I called for an estimate and Fred responded quickly, made an appointment and was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. We agreed on a price and scope of work and I was told I would be called in a few days to set a date. He called 2 days later and offered the next day for our job. He arrived on time, began immediately and was very conscious of keeping the site clean. He kept us informed as the job progressed and was very diligent in his work.The job was completed in a timely manner to our great satisfaction.     Highly recommend Fred. He installed a new switch and 2 recessed lights in our vaulted ceiling plus replaced the ceiling fan on our vaulted ceiling. High quality professional work and excellent clean up. Will definately use again.

    Living in the northern Poconos, you know its hard to find a qualified and reliable person in any of the trades! I was lucky enough to find Fred! The first time he came, he was on time and professional! I needed an outlet installed in my crawl space and Fred finished the job that day and was reasonably priced! Since then Ive had him back to do a few more jobs. I would highly recommend Freds Electrical for any of you electrical needs!

    Fred is AMAZING! He is so responsive and professional, and fair with his pricing. Itā€™s hard to find a company that puts their values first, but Fredā€™s Electrical does. We had a strange request - installing professional black lights on our pickleball courts, and Fred researched the best way to get it done for us. He then worked late hours so that he could complete the project while we were closed to avoid interfering with the business. It came out incredible, the black lights work perfectly and everything looks clean and seamless. We will use him for all our electrical needs!

    My husband has been working on a third bathroom in our basement. He wired everything except for the installation of breakers in the main box. Fred was prompt and reviewed all his work to make sure everything was correct. He did find one issue which he fixed. We had also purchased two wrong breakers so it required a few more visits. Job was done efficiently and we are ready for our next steps much sooner than we thought.I highly recommend Freds Electrical LLC for any electrical needs you have.     Fred is truly amazing! Fred is the La Machine of Electrical installation. This man is a Power House Master Electrician in the sense that he problem solves so quickly and accurately while installing the most incredible electric anything and everything you can throw at him more neatly than I ever saw in my life and I have done electric myself and owned many homes. Fred is truly Brilliant and the shining star of Electric in Pike County and all of Pennsylvania. Honestly, there is no one as good as Fred anywhere on this planet.     Fredā€™s electrical gave honest quotes and was stress free for me - who knows nothing about electric. Fred was able to rewire my electrical box to create an extra circuit for my television and fireplace which he hung free of charge.     I recently moved my Hot Tub from NJ to Hawley. I needed an electrician to hook up the Hot tub - which included running new lines, hooking up to the main, installing an outdoor breaker box and running that to the tub.Fred did the work at a fair price and made sure that the exterior lines were aesthetically pleasing. He also found that a previously existing outdoor outlet was a hazard and fixed that for us as well. Next year we have plans to rewire a portion of our basement game room and will be calling Fred when that time comes.

    Bought a home in the Hawley area that was an Estate Sale and knew it needed some attention. The home inspector recommended the electrical system be checked as several outlets did not work. We asked Fred to come and take a look and make any recommendations to ensure the home was safe. First off, Fred answered his phone, sounds silly but try to get a contractor to call you. He met us on our schedule and did a walk thru. He pointed out some obvious concerns and did a couple quick fixes and set up a future appointment. Just from that consultation we wanted Fred. No double electrician talk, no promises, plus up front pricing. After reading Freds reviews all the positive reviews are exactly what you get. Fred uncovered several hidden issues that the home inspector missed ( Very obvious if you know what to look for ) We are very thankful for Fred and his services.     I found Fred at Fredā€™s Electric LLC through a google search. I have remodeled a number of homes in other states and have always used referrals from friends and family. However, I am new to the area and didnā€™t know what to expect. Fred exceeded my expectations with diagnosing my electrical issues, expanding my current service and many other add-onā€™s.     We moved into our new home and weā€™re looking for an electrician but everyone we called never called back or bothered to show up. We found Fred and although he was busy he was able to stop by a few days after we called him. He did manage to fit us in and he has been here six times before all the work that was on our list was completed (we needed a lot of work). He has always showed up and cleans up afterwards. Great guy. If we ever need more work in the future Fred will be our go electrician.
