Mike and another plumber came to my house today to fix a leaking shower spigot. After taking it apart He noticed that the screws holding the valve in place were lose. He tightened them up and rechecked for leaks and the problem was fixed. What was really amazing Mike didn’t charge me for the call. Very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone having a plumbing issue.

Cant say enough good things about this business. The entire team was very professional, very efficient, and knowledgeable. John workshopped different options for a pretty big job involving replacing nearly our entire main stack in our basement. He made sure everything was done right and done well while working within my budget. Unqualified wonderful experience from start to finish. While dealing with the death of a family member, my water heater failed and needed to be replaced. I called John Luke and John answered within a few rings. His compassion, patience, and top notch professionalism was terrific. I explained I would need a new water heater installed as soon as possible. I texted him pictures of the faulty heater and he explained a handful of options without pressure to select one over the other. After that, we communicated by text as I was unavailable by phone. The water heater was installed within 4 hours!! John managed my inability to focus, kept everything simple and finished the work as a priority and with pricing was less than our previous provider whom we were with for 12 years and could not fit us in for days. I am blown away and cant begin to express my gratitude for such a comfortable/comforting experience. While I know referrals are the greatest show of thanks, and believe me I will be singing your praises from the mountaintops, I had to reach out to say a bit more.

After calling many companies to restore heat to our home, having leaking pipes, water all over, radiators leaking, and NO HEAT during frigid temperatures, John responded quickly letting me know when he could come out. He was handling several emergency no heat situations, and his office manager Pat called to assure me when he would come. A text message alerted me when he was on his way! So helpful! John is the ultimate professional - in all aspects! He figured out how to quickly and efficiently restore heat to avoid further damage to the heater, pipes, and home. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient - I think he was actually running between floors, so as not to waste time. John figured out a very complex problem of where the leaks were hard to figure out - he methodically determined the problem and came up with an excellent, quick, solution. We have heat! No more pipes freezing! Warmth! When other companies either didnt call back, or took days to call back, John was prompt in his response and arrived when he said, juggling many other emergency situations. It all started with allowing me to send pictures of what was going on with my shower. They let me know what needed to be done and gave me options to do it. They let me know what would be needed to ensure it was up to code as well.They gave me a quote up front and worked with my schedule to get it done.They let me know who is was coming through an online portal and I could track where they are. Mike was on time and even made sure I was aware of the entire process from start to finish.I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!
