    My wife and I just moved into our house from out of state, and had ordered a new washer and dryer for the home thinking wed be able to wash all our clothes when we got here. Next thing I know, BAM a giant spark when I plugged in the dryer, and zero power. Flipped the breakers, still nothing.We called Kai and even though he was occupied with another job hours away, he took the time to walk me through what was likely wrong. Not only was Kai responsive, knowledgeable and professional, he was kind enough to stop by on his way back from work in the evening to give our home the quick fix it needed.Clean clothes, a functional laundry room, and fair quotes for some additional work we wanted quickly followed.     Kai has been incredible! I contacted him regarding a septic tank that needed to be wired up. He was very flexible and adjusted to the many changes that came up with this project.     We had a major electrical problem at the house and kai Parson electric was able to find the problem and fix it. They are very prompt, respectful and very knowledgeable. They took the time needed to explain what was happening and how they fixed the issue. Other companies would not give us a call back and at times they would not show up when we needed work done. Highly recommend this company. The owner does not just do the work and walk away but builds a relationship with you as a customer.

    Kai Parson was to stop by today to do a small electrical job. Once here, the job became a five hour job. He did not know that I would be asking him to install a ceiling fan and a heating fan. What a young talented electrician with the nicest pleasant personality. He had to re-wire from the crawlspace up to the attic. His knowledge of what he was doing was so obvious. It is so refreshing to have a professional with integrity and honesty. Thank you Kai.

    The owner and his teammates were able to dig a trench for an outdoor plug outlet for a fountain, installed 3 light switches and installed a ceiling fan for me.     My home is my nest, my favorite place to be, not to mention, my biggest investment. I needed an electrician I could trust. Kai was that person. I hired him for a number of major renovation projects, including installing the electric for a completely new kitchen, installing outside flood lights, and hooking up a 240 hot tub to name a few. Apart from being extremely knowledgeable and skilled , Kai communicated clearly, answered all my questions, completed jobs according to agreed upon time frames, and was respectful at all times. I believe Kai treated my home with the same quality of service he would give his own. I recommend him without any hesitation.

    I hired a savior! I randomly chose an electrician with an established record to fix a breaker that kept tripping my home. This professionally dressed gentleman was punctual and quickly diagnosed a major leak in my home which flooded my circuits. Professional to the end, he took the time to explain the entire issue and future cost. I know my electrical basis and figured this was for a pro.He was EXCELLENT. If you want to hire a credible presentable articulate humble guy, this is the call you should make.While I have to deal with fixing my plumbing issues first, this guy will be first on my calling list.     Kysho was great. We lost electricity at our house. In turn, it caused an issue at our home panel box. I talked to the electric company and they said it was not there problem. I called Kysho and he was there ASAP. Within 15 minutes he had the issue fixed and we had power back on and was back to normal. When we got the bill, we where shocked with how fair an after hour emergency call was. Thank you so much for the help and we will definitely recommend him to others and call when I need an electrical repair.

    Kai Parson Electric is HANDS DOWN the finest service of its kind that covers Jacksonville (NC) -- BAR NONE. They are honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated without being overbearing, condescending or pushy. I had initially contacted them because of an electrical issue I was having in my woodshop / garage.This initial contact was on a Friday, very close to 6:00PM, and instead of rushing me off of the phone so that they could start their weekend, they instead asked me a series of expanding questions which led to the eventual solution to my problem (a forgotten about, tripped GFCI circuit.) They solved my electrical problem without even having to visit my home by simply using their vast knowledge of wiring in general and NC code specifically.They literally, hand-walked me to the solution over the phone…on a Friday evening…at dinner time… Next month I plan of having my Breaker Box expanded and several 20 and 30 amp lines ran to better support my bigger woodworking tools. Guess who Im going to call for this?

    We had an emergency on our food trailer after another electrician ripped us off. Asked him to do one thing and decided to rip out all of our electrical work within our truck. Kai came to the rescue within 24 hours, fixed the last persons mistake in less than 2 hours, and now we are back up and running. Not only did he fix that persons mistake, he fixed what we originally hired the other guy to do.For sure going to keep his number and use him again.
