    We have been using Helm Fencing for the past 12 to 13 years. Yesterday, we completed our most recent project with them. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with the installation crew. Jay, John, and Sean went above and beyond to ensure we were delighted with the work. They approached the installation as if it were their backyard, demonstrating high professionalism and courtesy. Behind the scenes, Montana and Esther in the office were always on point and provided all the answers needed during the quoting phase and the duration before the installation. All in all, another great job, Helm Fencing! Thank you.

    Helm installed a fence in our yard and railings on our back porch. We are super happy with the end result, largely thanks to our point person during the install, Mike. He used his expertise to help us make some gametime decisions on the first day of the install. The last minute changes required them to have to wait on us make some property improvements and delayed their final invoicing/payment, but they resulted in a final product that we love.On top of that, Esther was a delight to interact with during the whole process.

    I ordered several rails and a end post from this company. There was a mixup in the order and they sent me a line post by accident. I emailed them expecting for them to tell me they’re going to have to hit me with another delivery fee, etc. Instead, they very kindly said don’t worry about the extra charge for the end post and one of the workers put it in their SUV and delivered it to my house on their way home. I love seeing businesses that still care about customer satisfaction. If I need a fence, I will definitely be using Helm.

    Just had our fence installed yesterday. We are so happy with it and the dogs are loving their new found freedom. We had some issues with securing a permit, but the staff at Helm was fantastic and worked with us through the entire process. I highly recommend Helm Fencing for your fencing needs.

    I had HELM FENCING come out to add on to an existing fence I had previously installed as a gift from my late father . I wanted the exact style and capping. (Colorado with Horse Heads and Federation caps) . I was very greatful for the dilligent work of Joe, my sales rep in his knowledge about the fencing and recommendations on style and transition of the fence . Joe took his time with me and I felt never rushed me. He listened to what my end result of what I was attempting to gain and his recommendations were on point to my needs . I never felt rushed or like I was a sales pitch nor did I feel pressured to go with a different design. The price quote I felt was VERY reasonable and actually below CLF and FD quote . My installers Mike and Mark if I recall correctly were on time, promt and treated me with respect and most importantly respected my property in the digging up process. The head installer made sure to confirm the line and any digging with me prior to, which again made me feel as if the installers were invested and took pride in their work . What impressed me most was how well my fence looked after installation on a down grade and with not so perfect grade of land. A lady was driving by while the installers were working and stopped to ask for a card and compliment their work. I think that action in itself speaks volumes! Im not the fence expert and when making an investment in your home such as a fence, a homeowner wants to feel secure in their choice of company, I felt the entire process from the initial call with Ester, who really will diminish your skepticism, if you have any about installing a fence, to the sales rep, Joe to the installers, Mike and Mark were superior service all around. The owner Pete even came out a week later to replace a small sliding piece / end himself, as this was missing from the factory . What you will get with HELM FENCING is 1- No pressure sales pitch 2- Superior installers with fencing knowledge 3- Exactly what you envisioned in your mind - an investment in a beautiful fence. While this review was from work performed November 2017, Im excited to have HELM FENCING return to continue my fence around my property .Thank you - for treating my fence as if it were being installed in your own home! Im thankful for your help and for your family value business that all of your employees exhibit. Respectfully submitted.

    I made several changes in the design of the fence. Thanks for flexibility and patience. The fence installed well and on time. The price is lower than the competitors, with good value. Dirt management is not well. But overall, it is quite professional.

    Helm Fencing completed my fence install for my newly purchased home. Starting for the estimate and fence selection to completion of installation. The Helm Fencing Staff were very professional and always willing to answer any of my questions. They also have the largest selection of fencing in the Montco area which was really nice.

    We used helm fencing late August 2022 to put in a new wood fence since ours was old and jacked up.This company was, on average, ~21% less than three other quotes received from competitors in the area.Their guy who came out to quote the job told me what I did and didnt need. I appreciated that he didnt try and upsell me.We had two of the coolest guys show up the day of the job. I went over the job with them in the morning and they got right to work. We knew some of the poles would be hard to get out, but they worked all day and Im pretty sure they didnt take a lunch. At the end of the day I was happy with their work.They did leave two poles accidently uncut so they were sticking up pretty high, but it worked out for us because my wife wanted to put birdhouses on them. Just be sure to walk the full job when completed. We did not and just handed them the check (oops)I want to address some concerns from other reviews:-Customer never received a call back to schedule an appointment.We too experienced this and simply reached out to Helm. They just said theyre behind with weather and will give us a call to schedule in the coming months. For anyone getting any work on their house done (weve done a ton in the summer of 2022) youll realize it was the same for all contractors doing any type of outside work. If you want your work done ASAP, youll probably have to pay a lot more for it.-Another customer noted that soil maintenance was a problem after the job was done. We did see a lot of dirt strewn about and some holes around the yard where the fence was put in, but honestly we just went to Lowes and get two bags of dirt. Their price was too competitive to pass up.I will use Helm again to replace poles and damaged sections of my fence in the coming years.

    This is the second time that I have had to use Helm Fencings services. First was to replace a gate in the front of my yard and this time, was for what I thought was going to be replacing a gate in the back of my yard, actually only turned out to be a few adjustments to get it corrected. Quick job, got it done on the spot while they were here to give me a price. And saved me a ton of money. Fair, honest small business. Thanks !
