    I had a home standby generator installed last week by Bergeys Electric. The team of installers, Bill and Nate did a professional and quick job of the installation. They were respectful of my property and took the time to answer all my questions as they were working. When the installation was complete Bill reviewed the complete project including the operation of the Champion generator. I recommend Bergeys for anyone that needs a standby generator installation.

    We greatly appreciated the service we received from Bergeys Electric! We explained to them what we hoped to have accomplished... they listened well and responded with options on how they could best accomplish our goals, as well as offered more suitable options. They never pressured us to pursue more expensive services/upgrades, but simply presented us with options in response to our questions. They worked with our local municipality to be sure all codes were met and scheduled the inspector to come certify our new panel. Their technicians were friendly and very competent - they finished the work in a timely and orderly manner. (Im sorry I dont remember the names of all the individuals with whom we worked so they could receive the credit they are due...) Being in the construction field ourselves and familiar with a variety of contractors, we feel they were reasonably priced and well worth what we paid. We would definitely recommend Bergeys Electric to friends and would use them again if/when the need arises!

    Recently hired Bergey’s electric to put recessed lighting in our home. From first phone call to the electricians taking the time to say goodbye to our dog, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. Anita was very clear, detailed and responsive in discussing our needs and offering advice. Project scheduling was done in a very timely manner. Colton and Nate showed up on time, they were professional, friendly and took the time to offer expertise and options for all my incessant questions. Several extra outlets were added not to mention two added rooms of recessed lights because the first room was so transformational. Even with my added projects they managed to work like beasts and get it all done. They cleaned up after themselves leaving things cleaner than what they found! I would not hesitate to recommend Bergey’s Lighting to anyone. My only regret, I should have called them 20 years ago! Truly transformed our home. Thank you Bergey’s for a job well done. For going above and beyond amidst a culture that too often cuts corners and has excuses. Your dedication to quality and professionalism is greatly appreciated.

    We are repeat customers. First time around we bought appliances for a new house. They were installed promptly and with care.Our second experience was installing lights and ceiling fans. Bergeys treated us like family from the moment we went in to look at catalogs. Installation was done with such exceptional care that we will be customers for life.Love the high level of service and quality. We will be back.

    I had a great experience with Bergey Electrics Appliances. Dean helped me with a purchase of a DW, Range, MW and Fridge. The service was great and I was surprised at how low their prices are. I will definitely buy from them again.

    We have used Bergeys Electric for almost two decades. Always reliable and knowledgeable. Service staff have been great getting us through problems and the store staff has guided us in several selections. Yes, they dont have a hundred choices like a big chain store but the quality and the fact they service what they sell has kept us as loyal customers throughout the years. Avoid Saturday if you cant wait. Might have too few staff and lack of customer awareness as to who has been there first. Had a few butt ahead . Still give them 5 star overall

    Amazing experience at Bergeys Appliance. Dean was extremely helpful, honest and took extra time and energy to make sure we were making the right choice in a washer that we would be happy with. Unbelievable same day delivery 2 hours after we left the appliance showroom! Can rest easy knowing that if we need service on the appliance that Bergeys professionals will be the ones doing the work. Cant recommend them highly enough!

    Weve purchased appliances from Bergeys for years and continue to do business with them. They dont have the biggest selection of appliances, but I appreciate that what they do carry is quality product. Theyve also stood behind their products over time - we had a lemon dish washer that they helped us replace. Recommended.

    My in laws just got a new electric stove delivered. Bergeys was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. They made every step of the process easy from the salesman not being pushy but relaxed and found every bit of information we asked for, to the installation. A great company to deal with.

    We recently had a series of positive experiences with Bergeys Electric/Appliances. First, our oven died about a week before Christmas. Josh came out to take a look and he let us know what the problem was and provided us some options. After we decided to replace a part instead of replacing the whole range, Bergeys was able to get the part in and Josh came to install it right before the Christmas holiday! It was perfect timing to have our oven back in business to make Christmas cookies and Christmas dinner. Then just a week later we noticed our fridge/freezer wasnt holding temperature and Josh came out again and quickly determined it was time to replace the fridge. We worked with Dean in the showroom to get an awesome fridge that was available in their warehouse and they were able to deliver the fridge we purchased later the same day. We will continue returning to Bergeys for our appliance and electric needs. Thank you for your great service!

    My 83 year-old mothers refrigerator died during the night, and we called Bergeys and went down to the store, and they gave us a good-valued refrigerator and delivered it that morning! Great customer service! Hard to find that these days! Dean was awesome!

    This is by far my favorite local electrical store and warehouse. They always have unique electrical components and hard to find items. I always recommend checking here first before you go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. - I know the staff and they truly care about the customer and making sure everyone leaves satisfied.

    I was looking into buying a Speed Queen TR7 washer online and then discovered that Bergeys was an authorized dealer, so I stopped in to check it out. The staff was very friendly, I explained that I had the day off from work and that if possible, could they deliver it that day. It was delivered a few hours later and the guys delivering/installing it were very professional and made sure it was leveled and running properly before they left. Will only buy my appliances from Bergeys from now on, couldnt be happier with them and the washer.

    August 9, 10, and 11 2021 Three of the Hottest day of the year so far. Lance and Andy were here at my mother and my home installing a Mini Split A/C system in the house in all the Heat and Humidity. They were two of the most professional Service and Installation techs it has been my pleasure to meet. When the installation was done the only way to tell that they were ever here is the new system, They cleaned-up better than my mom and I clean the house. A Fantastic Job done by Lance and Andy. Also a shout out to Galen for the estimate and picking out the best equipment to install. My mom and I love the new A/C system it is very comfortable and SO SO Quiet.

    I am an architect, and Bergeys Electric has served many of my clients well throughout the years. They provide thoughtful, energy-efficient electrical designs that meet the functional needs while being budget conscious. Their residential division has also done work in my own home and have done a fabulous job - I never hesitate in recommending them to anyone in need of electrical work. Their show room is top notch as well for getting lighting ideas and seeing examples of fixtures. The staff is all very knowledgeable and helpful.

    Bergeys Electric was willing to install my TV antenna while others were not and since I also had them install chandeliers it was convenient to work with their store to get the wire and chain extended. The store did a nice job as well getting the extended chain to match what I already had. The electrician showed up on time, their pricing was reasonable and when there was a miscommunication on one of the projects they took care of it and made things right. Bergeys Electric is now my go-to electrician.

    They just replaced light switch in my very nice solid brass lamp - that I bought almost 20 years ago from JC Penney. I was going to trash it - I had already bought some light weight piece of junk (not real brass) from Wayfair. Then I called Bergeys & voila! I have my good old lamp back.

    I was looking for an electrician because I wanted to have lights and ceiling fans installed and they were very helpful. Its been very difficult getting other electricians to my residence. Bergeys has an army of electricians with a week turnaround time which is excellent.

    Bergey’s now has appliances! Our microwave died Thursday night. I called Bryan at their new showroom in Hatfield this morning and he said to come on over. They had just what I needed IN STOCK and I brought it home this afternoon. I installed my self but they also offer installation. Great company and better people. Thanks Bergey’s!

    Dave Nyce is real “nice”as well as the owners are very hands on. The products they carry are head and shoulders over the Box top stores, wife and I have used them whenever we want to upgrade from replacing a fan or light or appliance every few years .Cant wait to see what the new showroom will be like.

    Replaced motor in my attic fan last year. Motor was a lemon and broke down this summer. Bergeys replaced it at no charge within 48 hrs of my 1st call. Great customer service!!!

    I was recommended to this company even though they were out of my area. I had a unusual burning odor in my house, and I was worried that it could be something electrical. I made an appointment, but then I had to bump it up 2 times since my concern grew greater. Anita, the scheduler, was so patient with me and really tried to get me the right person., She was probably the most professional person Ive spoken to at a business. She sent Josh to my house. He was professional in every respect. We all worry about the quality of people entering our home. No worries here! Josh thought it could be happening from a CFL lightbulb that can emit burning odors...we removed it. He checked out everything and didnt think that it was anything harmful. The strong odor seems to be missing. Im hoping for the best.
