    Charles, Danny and one other tech came to our home to replace our air conditioner unit. They arrived early and had the replacement completed within 3 hours. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and clean.     American Team provided great service! They were fast and communicative. We had a request put in through our warranty company for our outside unit. Charles and his team were great when it came to communication, professionalism and job completion. Overall, I was happy with the work done and the team they sent out to work on this request.     I got an HVAC upgrade, perfect easy experience! I believe it was Charles and Aaron who did the job. I was contacted ahead of time in the morning like I was told I would be, they arrived at the earliest time of the window (which I so appreciate), they were friendly and professional and the work was clean, quick and professional. They showed me the rundown of the work after,Communicated throughout the process and answered questions I had. Really great experience!

    Had I listened to Charles and team last year I would’ve prevented large heating bills this winter as my whole AC heating/cooling system failed. I finally opted for replacement once I realized my AC didn’t work at all on the first hot day of the year. I’d recommend American team for this service in a heartbeat. Very professional and honest with great value compared to others. During the install they put cardboard down to protect the floors, answered any question I had, and were very considerate. It’s a shame that 5 stars is the limit. Thanks again Charles!

    American Team was great! I had a request put in through my Warranty company and I will say, their team was by far the best when it came to communication, respect, and job completion. They also took time to make sure all of my radiators were bled and working properly before leaving. Overall, I was very pleased with the work done and the team they sent out to work on this request. Would definitely recommend them to others and plan on using them in the future!

    The two technicians Charles and Danny were on time and very polite. They called ahead to confirm the arrival time. Charles and Danny told me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions when they were finished Danny and Charles came out a week before to access my Heater so I was told exactly what part was needed. They were very professional. I would use this company again.

    American Team installed my new HVAC system Tuesday. Candy, at the office was very helpful and Charles and Danny, my installers were on time and kept me updated on the progress. Charles said it would take four hours to complete and it took four hours. He showed me everything they had done and talked me though registering the new HVAC and printed the series numbers out for me so I wouldnt have to go looking for them. Danny also took the time to level off my paving stones so the outside AC unit would sit flat.When getting ready to leave, Charles and Danny cleaned up. I highly recommend this company!

    American Team was super helpful in figuring out my mini AC split leak. They investigated the cause and made sure the job was fixed correctly. They also added the preventative setting to not allow overflow if the pump isn’t working correct.Each visit was on time, and they throughly explained the issue and what they fixed.     I had the best service from the whole company. They kept in touch with me on a regular basis till the problem was solved, and on top of everything I was not able to be home when they were available so the electrician waited for me in his truck outside my house till I got home to service my heater. One of the electricians worked on a Saturday just so he could jump start my heater to get me and my autistic son through the weekend till the second electrician was able to get to my house on Tuesday. They wanted to come on Monday but I could not make it for Monday so they worked around my schedule and came when I was available once they got to my house. They were very nice both of the electricians and they did exactly what they said they would do and I was very satisfied. I definitely would use this company again. Thank you for making me one warm and happy customer.

    I was connected with American Team through my home warranty program when my tenant’s heating system suddenly stopped working. Within an hour of my service request, American Team called to schedule a next day appointment. They came slightly before the start window (but called ahead to make sure that was ok). They also came prepared with the required materials to do the repair on the spot. Overall, happy that we got to work with them. Quick & easy diagnosis, happy tenant.

    As a house manager, I often have to coordinate with service technicians and both times staff came out they were professional, considerate, on time, and knowledgeable about the issues related to the massive HVAC system. I rarely right reviews, but the technicians were excellent with customer service, which I feel this day and age seems like a rare commodity!

    American Team Inc. was assigned to my heating system issues through my home warranty company. They came out twice. Louis, the first tech to come out, diagnosed my issue and explained what was needed to get the system working again. Once the part came in from the home warranty company, Brian came out and completed the repairs. He explained the repairs and double checked everything. He waited and cycled the system a few times to make sure thing were working properly. Brian and Louis from American Team Inc. did a good job and I am happy to have central heat again with the winter season upon us.

    American Team gets the job done!!! Had a problem with a central air unit last summer. Had two companies come out to take a look at the problem. First company wanted me to install a new unit. Second company after two days and $300 dollars in parts could not get the unit working. Got in contact with American Team they send Charles over. He was able to promptly diagnose the issue, obtain the correct part and had my unit running in a day!!!

However, I received a call the next business to schedule and someone was out within days (next day was offered but I wasn’t available). Dan was on time and was super professional. He explained everything in detail and quickly repaired the system- said the owner approved them providing parts without FAHM prior approval so that we would be happy and cool. Couldn’t be happier.     I got a HVAC 101 crash course when our 15 year old AC died recently. Contacting the two biggest companies only resulted in two heavy and rather insulting sales meetings.     We were assigned this company through our home warranty and after reading the reviews I was really worried. But we were pleasntly surprised and had a good experience. I took off one star because they were a little hard to get a hold of but the schedule assistant was very nice and the technician came out on time with an advanced notice call. We had an issue with our ceiling fan so this wanst a big job but still it was done quickly.

    It was quite a joy to have Mr Vincent come to my home for my HVac cleaning. I did not have a clue to where the filter go or how to put it in!!     Not sure why this company has 2.4 stars. They came out pretty quickly assessed the problem and was able to fix it the same day. They were very professional with everything. They were honest with me and made sure to keep everything looking clean and running right.     We had an unidentifiable electrical issue. We moved into our home a couple months ago. There were intermittent issues with flickering lights throughout the house. We purchased the home from the now elderly owner who built it back in the 50s. An evolving DIY project. So little consistency with today’s standards. The electrician, TJ was on time, as discussed. He was friendly and professional. He had to diagnose and repair flickering and lack of consistent power to various circuits. There were 3-way switches across different circuits on different floors. He efficiently identified potential causes and fixed them.

    This is an update, for a new repair:We had a new repair for our garage door (the coil and spring came loose, and tore out of its brackets). T.J., who was the technician for the initial repair/replacement of the garage door motor, came out again. Complete professional, came exactly when he said he would be here, and fixed the issue thoroughly. Thanks to him (and the scheduler on the phone) for being so helpful, really came through for us!T.J. came out and repaired our jammed garage door opener. He quickly diagnosed the issue, took apart the unit, repaired the problem quickly and thoroughly. Completely professional and helpful, and the person who did scheduling was prompt and helpful, as well.

    This is a great company. A company that’s hard to find now a days. Have nothing bad to say they came out diagnosed the problem installed the new part and we are back up and cooling. Sad to see this company gets stuck with all the bad reviews of the warranty company. Just because the warranty company is slow at responding doesn’t mean the contractor should have a negative review. Maybe before posting a review decide weather it is for the contractor or the warranty company. Would use again for further problems.

    Dan, Charles, Aaron, and Bud from American Team were truly our heroes today! I’ve had a nightmare experience over the last two weeks with all the other companies involved, including Front Door Pro and American Home Shield, but these guys stepped up just in time for the first day of a heatwave to replace our broken HVAC system. They were kind, professional, right on time, and knowledgeable. I’m so grateful they understood the urgency of our situation and took care of us when I couldn’t get results from anyone else.

    I am so grateful for American Team! My air conditioner went, its hot and I have four young kids and a dog. I called and they were so nice and very understanding. Within a few days they sent out two technicians. Charles and Danny showed up and installed a new unit!     Louis was our head technician from American Team and both techs were prompt, respectful and thorough. Louis made some recommendations for a more efficiently run furnace and seemed to give his honest opinion. I would definitely recommend this company for oil burner/HVAC needs.
