    Darren and Bill, HPHC HVAC technicians, did a great job of installing two splits and a condensing unit at our Cape house. And Alex and Jordan, HPHC electricians specializing in HVAC installations, likewise performed admirably, following up with wiring the system. Darren and Bill especially took great care to make the exterior work aesthetically pleasing on our 2nd floor deck and also cleaned up both days like professional cleaners. Alex and Jordan assisted me with some electrical questions at our home while waiting to assist the HVAC techs. All around excellent work!

    We woke up to a cold house with no heat coming in through the vents. My husband called Harwichport Heating around 8 am. By 10 am a technician showed up to diagnose the problem. Our 20 year old furnace had to be replaced! Within a few hours a sales representative came to our home to review our options and help us reconfigure a new venting system. His advice was professional, knowledgeable and took careful account of the limitation of our space and our heating requirements. The next day at 8:30 am a team arrived with the new furnace. After an entire day working in a small space they had our new very efficient furnace installed! The basement area was thoroughly cleaned, and the furnace is very quiet. Its amazing that less than 48 hours after the initial call we have a brand new furnace! Thank you Harwichport Heating!!

    Harwich Port Heating and Cooling just installed 6 mini splits in our Truro home. They were there for 5 days as promised. Bill did the majority of the installation with his assistant Alex. He did a great job and was very thoughtful about running the exterior lines and line hide. There was one challenging installation through an interior wall and closet which was done carefully and aesthetically. Overall, an excellent job. We are using the system for heating this winter and look forward to the AC next summer

    Have used Harwich Port Heating since we moved here 13 years ago. The office staff (especially Denise) has been very professional and reliable in scheduling service. We have a service contract for both heating and cooling. The technicians who come to service are knowledgeable and polite and we have never had any issues.

    This was our second positive experience with Harwich Port Heating and Cooling. The first was with their electrical division and the second with their plumbing service, to replace our on-demand hot water unit. They sent their professional estimator and got us a quote right after he returned to the office. Their schedule was fully booked so I thought we were going to have to wait almost a week, but they put us on their list for cancellations and we got a call with an appointment in a matter of a few days. The two workers arrived on time and immediately got to work. They completed the job quickly and were exceptionally friendly and polite. They reviewed with me all that was done and left me with a huge smile on my face. Happy to have Harwich Port Heating and Cooling on my list of professionals!

    We are pleased with our mini splits from HHC. The buying experience began with Ryan who expertly explained how the system would work and patiently answered all of our questions.     It was disappointing to discover that my boiler had a heat exchanger warranty failure but the technician from Harwich Port Heating and Cooling handled the contact with the manufacturer quickly, showing the manufacturer rep details of the failure via video conference and was able to get all parts covered under warranty. He also followed up with a call to keep me posted on the status of the parts delivery and oversaw all the replacement efforts. You cannot expect more from a service company.

    I can’t say enough about our service experience with HPHC. Especially our technician Daniel!! We have an old, some may say ancient, unit that is notoriously difficult to service. On top of that our heat wasn’t working at all! After coming across every possible curve ball our furnace could have to thrown at him Daniel got us up and running… only for the control board to go 5 min later. (Did I mention our furnace is old and temperamental? 😬) Daniel was so attentive and thoughtful. He was concerned about keeping the house warm for my 1yr old and was able to temporarily fix it for the night and came back FIRST thing the next morning with a new control panel. He likely went out of of his way to start his day particularly early so we were all taken care of. Now we are warm and cozy and very very grateful to Daniel and HPHC!

    The plumbing technician arrived early (approximately 9:30AM) for a 10AM-12 Noon appointment. He took 2 hours to repair a broken toilet flange making 3 attempts before completing the repair, He spent the entire time talking on his cell phone via ear buds. He claimed that the toilet had been installed incorrectly by the previous technicians. Focusing on the job would have shortened the service time. Plumbing gunk had to be cleaned up on the floor and lavatory counter after the service.This is a great company and my issues have been resolved

    Ive been using these guys exclusively for years and have used them for everything from whole home generator maintenance, to plumbing, to central air conditioning and theres a reason for it. Someone is always answering the phone. Those people on the phones are in direct contact with their field service employees. Whenever I call they always seem to know exactly whos currently in my area at the moment or who will be available and at what time. I have never had a single bad experience with any service personnel, as they are all highly professional. Lastly... In all these years I have never once had to callback on anything. I rely on them for both my home and my business.

    I own a summer home in Cape Cod! I rent my home during the summer! Unfortunately, in the middle of high season my AC went out! This happen during one of our hottest days this summer! Harwich Port Heating and Cooling came to the rescue even though they were also very busy during that time. They were professional, quick to respond, and efficient in installing my new AC system! This was so important as I did not want to disrupt my renters that we’re vacationing at the current time nor did I want to inconvenience the incoming renters! They installed a Trane 4ttR3036 13 seer Condenser! They disposed of my old condenser did an ACR flush and reconnect condensate drain. They also did high and low voltage electrical reconnect. A special thanks to Denise, Jon and Mark for making sure we got our AC system installed and for giving us the best customer service. They were so kind to service my neighbor as their AC went out while Harwich Port was replacing my AC. I highly recommend using Harwich Port Heating and Cooling for any of your heating and or Cooling needs!

    Harwich Port Heating and Cooling HPH&C has recently done work on our hot water heater and our air conditioning unit. Both service calls were on the weekend and the technicians that came to do the work were excellent. We had Dan, Nate and John doing different aspects of the work, however, each of them did a great job fixing problems quickly.On the furnace issue Dan Clark Jr was proactively able to order the last part available in the warehouse quickly, had it overnighted, and fixed the boiler-water heater the next day. His proactive efforts helped salvage a long holiday with a home full of company. This proactive, timely, and responsive service was excellent.As for the Cooling issue it turned out to be broken Condenser Fan Motor that had to be replaced. HPH&C had the new motor sent expedited delivery and the motor was installed on the condenser unit. The problem, however, was that they could not remove the critical fan-blade that was attached to the old fan and they did not have a replacement fan in stock. This air-conditioning motor replacement was being done on a Sunday with no hope of a replacement blade until later the next week.HOWEVER, late on Sunday Dan Clark Jr, in a self initiated gesture, came to our home and had found a way to remove the flan blade from the old motor. With other specialty tools he had in his truck he was able to install the fan-blade and get the cooling unit working perfectly.In this day and age it is enormously hard to find such capable hard working young professionals that go out of their way to provide excellent service. Dan Clark Jr is one of these professionals.Thankfully, all the associates that we work with at Harwich Port Heating and Cooling do an outstanding job, are professional, and respond on a timely basis for emergencies as well scheduled routine maintenance. I highly recommend them.

    We have had HPHC provide service for us twice in the last few months, once for an emergency repair, then for annual furnace maintenance. The technicians showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were friendly and courteous. The work was costly, but I felt the price was fair, relative to other companies we have dealt with.

    I’m a new customer and found everyone very helpful. We were referred by friends to Harwichport Plumbing and during the Covid 19 period they helped us renovate our new beach house we purchased on March 27, 2010. They are full service in every sense and we had needs and requirements for electrical and plumbing work. In less than 60 days they installed a new hot water heater, a new gas furnace, and a new central air conditioning system. In addition they also installed four new outside lanterns, new cable drop and electric plug for our new smart TV mounted on the living room wall. They also did other miscellaneous work such as checking our electrical panel, pulling old cable wiring, and sealing off old heating and air conditioning floor vents from the crawl space that were no longer needed.All of the admin and managers were just super.Would recommend them highly.Bill Burke

    Harwich Port Heating and Cooling has installed our air conditioning and has now done a terrific job of doing needed maintenance to our furnace and hot water system. In each case, with different specialists, the work has been professional. The specialists perceptive, good at diagnostics, installation and repair. Our vintage 72 home is much more comfortable and the heating and cooling balance is just what we would have hoped. We will keep using them via a maintenance plan to keep everything in tip top shape.

    Lorenzo from the service department came to my home for a no heat problem. He was quick to figure out the issue and fix it with a replacement part off his truck.     Harwich Port Heating and Cooling installed a mini-split HVAC system in my house about 2 years ago. The pipe set used in the system failed, causing all the refrigerent to leak out. The problem was caused purely by the manufactors faulty/poor product, NOT Harwich Port H&C. Nonetheless, Harwich Port stepped up and replaced the pipe set at their cost. Their staff is always polite, punctual and professional. Special thanks to Service Manager John Willey, a true professional. 10/10 would use their servicies again or happily recommend them.

They came quick, and did a wonderful job under time pressure. Harwichport has also 1) Installed a new faucet fixture in our utility room, replaced ancient piping and installed new, hard to find single faucets in our upstairs bathroom, and replaced our outdoor shower.In each case, the plumbers or installers arrived on time, were very nice people, installed fixtures neatly and professional, used good quality hardware, and left the worksites cleaner than they found them.     My AC unit wasnt producing any cool air. I noticed that the thermostats hadnt budged so there was some issue in the unit. The technician, Matt, was thorough and quick. He diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes, replaced the parts damaged by mice and was finished in less than 2 hours I would guess. Good job!

    Over the past year or so we have experienced a number of issues with our approximately 12 yr old Amana furnace with the most recent event requiring a new heat exchanger. Thank goodness for a high quality local company like Harwich Port Heating and Cooling LLC. When needed they proved exceedingly quick to respond even at 9pm on the Saturday before Christmas when the furnace conked out and grandkids were due to arrive the next day. The malfunctioning heat exchanger was serious, resulting in high CO2 and, of course, it inconveniently occurred on a very cold Friday night. They had no choice but to shut down our furnace while sourced the new part. They raced back to the shop and returned with 4 space heaters to get us through the night and then made an 8am Sat trip to first Fall River and then Taunton to secure the new heat exchanger. Apparently the Fall River part was in a damaged box and they didnt want to chance the part being affected. This definitely says something about how they go about their business. When it comes to John, Matt and Elliot and the rest of the crew at Harwich Port Heating we are really glad to have had them in our corner.
