My interaction with Jonathan from start to finish was 100% professional. For starters - he had a nice, handwritten, legible contract that he presented to me before the work started. When the project started, I signed it and he kept in contact with me the whole time and was prompt each day he worked. He introduced me to the guys who were with him, which was very nice. He was very considerate of my tenant and conscientious of keeping surrounding areas clean. I was very happy with the work done and look forward to having him and his crew work on some other projects next year!! Thank you!!!!

We had Jon and his crew completely renovate our back deck and steps. He was prompt in his service, communicated with us at every step, and very professional to deal with. The finished product was all we expected and more. I would highly recommend The Good Grandson for any contracting jobs to anyone.

Love this company. Was in the process of buying a house and needed a list of repairs done and Jon was able to fit me into his schedule and fix everything perfectly to where it got approved for me to purchase the home. As well as i recently need to replace a section of shingles on my roof and they were able to replace it as well as some wood that rotted underneath. Great company to support and will be using them for all repairs!

Had a great experience with Jon and his team. I had a chunk of projects that I needed completed and everything I threw at them they were able to tackle. The finished product was exactly what I’d envisioned, the pricing was more than fair, and they were prompt and professional while also courteous, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate having found this crew and I look forward to having future projects completed by this company. Highly recommend!

We had Jonathan help us with a plethora of jobs around our home, that we just moved into at Harvey’s Lake, and I’m so so thankful we did. We had a big list and getting to not only cross those items off but to also have them be done well, quickly, and within our budget is such a huge weight off our shoulders. The project I’m especially grateful for was the cleaning and closing up of our attic space. It was right off of our toddler’s room, was so creepy and dark, with insulation falling out of the ceiling, and we couldn’t tell if there may have been any type of animals (mice, bats, etc) in there. But once he put all the insulation back where it was supposed to be, cleaned it out, added new dry wall, and painted, it was now able to be used as a storage space, I could be sure no random animals were in there and it was safe for our son to be in his room. Jon really really cares. You can tell it’s important for not only the client, but also to himself, to do a job well, which is the kind of contractor we want working on our home.Thanks so much Jon, you’ll always be our first call!
