In general I would recommend Keefe’s for your immediate needs repairs. It was slightly difficult to schedule an exact time, given their system of sending you a warning of about 45 minutes before arrival. And my message over the weekend seemed to be ignored about not being available at certain times. The phone system is archaic, the ringing sounds like it’s from the 80s and the echo when talking to the dispatcher was so bad I almost couldn’t stand it. Hearing my own voice back a second later and loud. Fix your phones!That being said, when Tyler arrived, he was professional, competent and pleasant. He did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. I forgot what city I was in for a minute! He even sent me photos of the completed work, as I had to leave, and as far as I can tell did an excellent job. I would recommend Keefe’s, at least for emergency work that you need done soon. The technical issues did not prevent them from doing the job we needed.

We are very pleased with the overall service we received. David Dobbins responded within 24 hrs and we had an appointment scheduled the same day. He did a great presentation answering all questions. David was very personable and did follow ups to make sure we were kept up to date. At this point we are waiting to have the installation take place. We look forward to a long relationship with Keefes.Since our initial meeting, the process for permitting took a little time because if the city office. Once the permit was received and installation date was scheduled immediately.The workers came out on the scheduled day and spent the day taking care of the installation! I have to add it Rained ALL Day! but they did not hesitate or stop even to eat lunch! They are the best crew! I hope you get them as you stall team!Cant wait to get the inspection and have the unit ready to go!

The job did not take the whole day, and the installers were polite, clean and thorough. They told us everything step-by-step that they were doing and instructed us on how to use the thermostat for each season. We could feel the coolness through the house only moments after it was turned on. They even hauled away the old (dinosaur) unit without question!!! {{“Kudos”}} And we will recommend you and the company to any and everyone who is in need of a new air conditioning unit. We have used Keefe’s for many years and each time we have had excellent service. Our a/c was not cooling at all, so I called Keefe’s and was able to schedule an appointment the same day around our schedules. We pretty much knew our older system was about done, but we were offered several options to either repair or replace our units. We worked with several different representatives from Keefe’s because we opted to replace our entire system. Richard Carson was the first representative to arrive. He thoroughly explained the issues with our existing system in understandable terms and was extremely knowledgeable about it. He and my husband are both retired Army guys so they got along great!! He listened to us and answered all of our questions. He was professional but genuinely friendly so it was a pleasure meeting with him. Once we decided to go with a new system another representative arrived within an hour to go over pricing and financing options. It was an easy smooth transaction and our new unit was installed the next day!! I truly hope I am able to leave a review for our installers because they did an amazing job!!! We were very comfortable with each representative and genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service that we received for each step of the process!!

Ill need to replace my A/C system at some point in the near future and Keefes will be the company to do it.

I had two receptacles in my kitchen that didn’t work. Keefe electrician Brandon Hollingsworth came to my house at the time I was stated. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem. He also installed a ceiling fan. I was given an estimate before any work was performed. Once agreed upon, he went to work immediately and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. When finished he cleaned up the work areas. I would highly recommend Keefe and Brandon for any electrical issues you may have.

Two installation crew showed up on time removed all the units and installed new units in about 7 to 8 hours the installation and the cleanup was professionally done. The installation crews were very Helpful and answered any questions I had. I would give Keefs a nine out of 10 they were a little bit higher than the other estimates I got. As far as service goes that is yet to be seen.

Needed a second opinion on a diagnosis that we had on our A/C from another company. Keefe’s had serviced our units in the past and are EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable so we knew we could trust their opinion related to the issue. Their tech did a free 2nd opinion and helped us to understand exactly what is going on with our systems so we have a plan for the future.They have great deals for routine maintenance service at certain times of the year…and their general service work is definitely not the cheapest, but the quality of their work is definitely among the best companies. You can trust them for sure! You get what you pay for!If you have the money to pay for the best, I believe this company is one of the best out there in NOLA!They also have a member plan which gives a great price on annual maintenance and 10% off needed repairs…so there’s that too!!Don’t hesitate to use Keefe’s! Simply put, “the absolute best!” Nathan is the most knowledgable technician i have worked with. David is amazing at communicating the product expectations and delivers an awesome experience! My generator failed an hour into the hurricane (Faulty manufacturer equipment; not because of Keefe’s high-quality installation job) i called into The answering center, and they assured me that a technician would be out to my house the following morning to fix the problem. I then texted David (the salesman that sold me the product) and he took the time to walk me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone that helped at least get me back up and running temporarily. The next morning, Nathan showed up as scheduled and diagnosed my problem and fixed it right there on the spot. These guys are absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for everything. Why was this not reviewed at that time, it should have been something that was checked by the technicians that sold the system. We feel that it should have been addressed during initial installation and system downgraded at that time. Therefore we do not feel we should have been charged the call out fee, as it should not have been necessary if addressed at installation. Please respond.

Ray was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond. I initially hired him to install an EV charger for me. He noticed an issue with my main breaker and he explained the situation to me in detail and made it clear that it was dangerous. I, also, told him some other electrical issues Ive been having. He offered to fix all of it and stayed for an hour waiting for my landlords maintenance team to respond. I ended up going with him instead of the maintenance teams suggestion. Once he was done, he told me what I needed to do to follow up with the power company and told me exactly what to expect. The power company came out and lo and behold, Rays expectation was exactly correct. There was a loose wire in the power box outside. The power company fixed it and everything is great!! Definitely going with Keefes for our plumbing concern was a no brainer. 👍👍👍👍👍Cont. Mr. Edwin (electrician) came out the next day for electric inspection. After inspection we updated our electrical panel along with another grounding pole(ext of home), with two new outlets and a GFCI outlet in our 2nd bathroom. All work phenomenal. Grounding pole update was done in what I believe to be a timely fashion. For this Cleco had to come 2x to shut off power and then turn power back on. Something like this one would believe it would be at least a 2-day event. Both Mr. Edwin and Cleco made sure that wasnt the case. More than excited for our updates to our beloved home. For fast relief call Keefes 👍👍👍👍Updated post was experiencing electrical shocks from tub and shower. Gave call dispatched Mr. Ray to come inspect. Changed out one of our grounded electrical rods. No power lost during the repair(kids didnt know electrician had came and gone). Very very nice work. Pleasure doing business with such an established co. They came right out to inspect our AC unit. Showed up in a clean van, and texted pictures of who was coming beforehand, which was nice. And everything they found, good or bad, in our system included a picture. This was very helpful as opposed to your unit didn’t look good or something more technical. It was a nice touch.

We had a home standby generator installed. The workers (Alex and Sean) who installed the equipment were professional, on time and very helpful answering questions. They also cleaned everything up when done. The customer service at the Harvey Louisiana office was not very good. You hardly could get ahold of anyone, or they wouldn’t call back. It also took them 4 extra weeks to get it installed when we were quoted only a 4 week wait. I would rate the workers at 5 stars and the office service at 1.

Benjamin came out because we heard some noise coming from our home generator while it was running during a power outage. He ran the generator to show us that the sound was normal that the generator we have doesn’t load up like the one our neighbor has. He showed us how it sounds on low throttle and then high throttle. He even shut power to the transfer switch to listen to the difference and how it sounds when the a/c came on which was quieter due to the load. He answered any and all questions my wife had. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. I will recommend Keefe’s to my friends and family. I’m very pleased and happy with the job that Keefe’s has done with everything.
