Thank you to Derek Sellers and Matt! You are true professionals! Water leak was located and repaired expertly with my husband and I being consulted and having things explained to us during the whole process. And all for a very reasonable price.My husband and I were out of town when we realized we had a water leak who knows where at our house. Derek arrived the morning we returned and found the leak in the pipe from the water main to our house in just a few minutes. Now what was going to be a quick old pipe out and new pipe in became a many hour job involving chain saws, shovel, hammer, and axe to remove huge tree roots grown over the water pipe to our house. Derek even had to get a special part hand delivered by Randy from the city of Hartsville. Matt made sure to complete the job including a trip to get special parts while worrying about the amount of time the water was off.

After calling different well named plumbers with no help saw this plumber on line. Derek with D-CO Plumbing was GREAT called him yesterday afternoon he was here this morning earlier then he said and unclogged my 4 inch sewer drain that was clogged under my house. In less than a hour he was done. Would highly recommend this company to any one. He also does all kinds of other work so give him a call before you do anything. Very good price wise also. Derrick has been fully renovating our home and we could not be happier. He gutted our home to the floor beams and replaced and repaired our homes old termite damage. He worked with us to change the layout to one that had a better flow. Our home now looks immaculate. He is great to work with and his work is excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing home repair. He also had a great team working with him.In addition to the recent home renovation, he also installed our septic tank last year. We had a tree in the way and he helped us remove it along with its roots, so that our tank would work properly. A year later and it still works like brand new.Along with his excellent work, his customer service is also great. When we were searching for a contractor, Derrick stood out to us. The other guys would not answer their phones and would give us the run around. Not Derrick, he always responded and he always got back to us on things he needed to think about. A+

Such an awesome experience! We thought that we would need a new water heater, ours being 24 years old. Derek said he’d save us the money and just replace the elements. We were also having sewer issues. He checked EVERYTHING and fixed the problem. He’s an upstanding man with wonderful qualities. I recommend that you hire him for all of your home repairs and upgrades. He’s qualified and licensed for so many projects.

Derek has been a lifesaver since I moved into my home! Ive used his services for unclogging my pipes when another company didnt show up, a late night emergency locksmith job, and changing out lighting. I plan to retain him for painting in the near future and wont use another company for any handyman-related work. He is very responsive and fairly priced - I would definitely recommend him.

Punctual, knowledgable, and thorough, the D-CO guys were total professionals. I called Derek on a Thursday morning about my overflowing toilet and shower. By dinner time that same night, he had fixed some shoddy work that had been done by the previous home owner. He stayed well into the night to complete the work, and I strongly recommend him to any home owner in need of repairs.

Just completed a weekend of glamping with our entire family in our own house. No water for four days bc of a leak in our water main under our house. Cannot say enough how wonderful DCO is. What others charged thousands for, he did for hundreds and on the same day I called, even in between holidays. He would not leave until everything was perfect. Derek was exceptionally professional and polite. He also showed me everything he was doing and replacing, along with receipts and a thorough explanation for the issues. I will definitely be calling DCO for any and all home repairs and renovations that we do. If you live around Hartsville, I would not call anyone else. Best work and best price. He moved mountains for my family today.

Derrick came out to take a look at my waste lines. He showed up early, he said his first avail appointment was saturday as soon as he heard what was wrong he showed up within hours instead of waiting till saturday, and took care of everything quickly and effectively. He took extra time to look at various things throught the house and gave some recommendations and a quote to dix everything in this 100+ year old house.if you need anything done to your house this is the place to call and see what they can do for you, amazing work, amazing people, and to top it all off excellent quality of work.

Experienced a roof leak after a heavy rainstorm, so my fiancé did some research and we decided to give D-Co a call. They arrived the very next day, and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. They were also surprisingly affordable, as my folks had some similar work done and paid their roofing company over twice what I ended up paying. All in all, I would recommend this company and may use them again in the future due to their professional service and reasonable rates.

Outstanding Service. During this amazing cold snap I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Being new to the area I googled plumbers and called in order and each one told me the same thing. Sorry, nothing we can do for you today, give a number we will call you back. Well everyone except Derek, He informed me he had a couple of calls in front of me but He can and will take care of me today. In January I needed a sewer clean out installed and was in a pinch with a home warranty and time. I was not happy with my original company and the price it was going to cost so I reached out toD-CO and got a quote and they where 300 dollars less on the quote. When they arrived they had me sent up in no time and instead of pocketing a quick job and being paided for a extensive job the owner saw a toliet that needed a flush mounted flange. I had it on a riser to compensate for the elevated flange. He offered to fix that and let me have a normal height toliet again. He could of easily fixed my backup and been on his way but was an honest person and offered to give me the value of what I was paying him. I respect his integrity and the fact that he was not out to just make a quick dollar and was taking care of me. I will be using D-CO for all my future needs. Thank you for being honest people its not common anymore.

I called Mr. Sellers to check the outside vent for my dryer (I thought it was maybe lint buildup) after it stopped working as well as it used to and started having moisture buildup inside. He worked to find the problem, found it quickly, and fixed it. I also consulted him on a plumbing issue and he gave a quote for a fair price on how to fix it. We will definitely be asking him to work on various other projects we want done.

I honestly don’t know where to start! We had issues with water pressure. Long story short we called SEVERAL different plumbers and each one suggested the same thing it was our water heater being a country girl I knew it still seemed as though that made no sense. I called Mr Sellers he was out of town doing a job way bigger than ours and took the time to walk my husband step through step on what to do so that we would have water until he was back in town and could make it to us. Mr sellers not only came and identified the problem within MINUTES of being there he also took it upon hisself to go purchase what we needed he didn’t charge a penny over what he paid not only that he even hooked up our dishwasher so my husband wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle of doing it! In just that experience we learned a Lot! He is a man of his word and has amazing patience! Fast forward to a few months later I called the trustworthy MR SELLERS yet again because we purchased a new home and the water system is different than what we have in our old home this guy not only came out to let us know what he would have to do.. turns out being that it was a Saturday he and his wife were out maybe having date night/ or date day.. don’t you know he STILL SHOWED UP and it was NIGHT! His wife was EXTREMELY EXTRA NICE AND SWEET and he honestly made us feel like family and not just customers! I would COMPLETELY RECOMMEND D-Co to EVERYONE! It’s hard nowadays to find good honest trustworthy people so when you do HOLD ON! Thank you so much Mr sellers! Your company is the absolute BEST! And there isn’t another company my husband and I would use!!!!

The winds from Hurricane Florence blew my Moms shingles off of her roof, in Bennettsville. I called Derek around 7:00 this morning and explained what was going on. He told me that asa he could buy the materials, he would get right on it. The store opened at 9, and he was at my Moms before 10:30. He called me when he finished to let me know he had finished the repair(s) and that if it doesnt work, or hold, to let him know and he would go back and do more. I SO MUCH APPRECIATE him doing this. Oh. And, did I mention, VERY reasonable. He had to drive at least 70 miles, round trip. He charged no more than someone local. I am quite sure he charged MUCH LESS!!!!! Too bad the rating is ONLY 5 stars!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!

I had a hot water leak under my house and spend all day on the phone trying to get in touch with a plumber to fix it, and all I got was voicemail or places that didnt do residential. Then I found Mr. Sellers number and two hours later the leak was fixed.Turns out he had also done the plumbing when my boss built our new shop eight or ten years ago. And the only plumbing problem weve ever had was on a sink the boss added himself.A-#1. Ive already got some other things I hope I can get him to build for me.

Pipes froze and burst in their bathroom and after days of calling numerous plumbers in the area (none of which answered the phone once or returned my calls), I gave Derek a try. He answered on the first call and was able to get to their house the next day and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. Called Derek with a busted pipe from freezing up. It was a busy day for him since there were a few calls ahead of mine due to cold weather we were having - not to mention it was a Sunday. I texted a few pictures of the busted pipe and measured the material needed. Derek picked up the materials from Lowes on the way to my house and was able to repair my pipes within a few hours of this “emergency” call. He uses quality materials and doesn’t take short cuts. Has all the right tools and is fully insured which can be hard to find in this area.
