    I have used George Plumbing several times now and been REALLY impressed each time. They may not be the cheapest, but their work is very high quality. I have used them to completely re-plumb a house being renovated. I have used them for sewer work, where the sewer line was 10 feet down. And, I have used them for a variety of smaller repairs. I have been pleased every time! In my latest project, Michael and his crew of 4 knocked out a big renovation job in less time than planned. Their professional plumbers seem very focused on customer satisfaction and high quality work. I will use them again!

    The company addressed my issues and was prompt getting to my residence to evaluate the situation.Only know the worker who I spoke with, Brett Miller but he was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and gave me a continual update on the process to keep me abreast of his actions.     We had some work done at our home last week. We called a few plumbers, and either were ghosted, or never received an estimate on the work. However, that was not the case with George Plumbing. They were prompt, efficient, had excellent communication, and went above and beyond what was asked of them. They explained the whole process, answered all questions, and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. If you need plumbing work done make sure to contact George Plumbing. You will not be disappointed.

    Plumbers were knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. Explained to me the options available. After installing, explained to me how to take care of and use the equipment.     I had a new toilet that leaked from day one. I called George Plumbing They put new wax ring in. It showed leakages after service. They came tried again. It leaked. We come to find out the toilet was bad from manufacturing. I got a new toilet they installed it. It is repaired now with no leaks. I would highly recommend their service for all plumbing needs. I had asked for my sump pump to be replaced since it had quit working and to replace 2 leaky faucets outside. He looked at each job and came up with a plan and gave me the quote.     I had a small emergency with a leak on the outtake of my water heater coupled by low water pressure in my hot water faucet to my tub/shower. I contacted George Plumbing and left a voicemail at @ 8pm. The office called me at 7:15am (before their offices actually opened at 8am) and by 8;15am I had two extremely friendly and knowledgeable plumbers, Julian (sp?) and Forrest, helping me out and working on my issues. They were extremely courteous and professional, talking through all the steps with me and discussing issues that I need to address to prevent future plumbing issues in my old historic home.     You did an excellent job replacing a toilet flush valve. Two men came for what would normally be a one man job. They knocked it out in 30 minutes.     We had great work done by this plumbing company, so I wanted to add a review for those looking for plumbing services. We had a backed up pipe under the house which resulted in not being able to use the washing machine. Rusty, Wesley, and Blaine did a great job analyzing the problem. They gave us options and made money saving suggestions. The work they did to fix the problem resulted in the washer draining faster and no backups. We will use them in the future if needed.

    Hats off to Rusty and Wesley!!! They are the best. I had been having septic problems for about 6 weeks. They came out and listened to what I told them had been going on.     We had toilets and showers backing up and couldnt seem to figure out where the clog was or if it was a septic tank issue.     This was actually my second experience with Georges Plumbing. Mr. George himself came out the first time because Decatur Utilities said that I had a leak, causing my water use to double one month, and continue to rise for the next 2 months.     I have to share a positive experience I had with the technicians and the work completed at George Plumbing. I had a water leak that was significantly driving up my utility bills. After not finding the leak inside the house, due to the fact that my house is on a concrete slap, the technician referred me to a leak detection company to come out to help find the place of the leak. It was an excellent referral, and we were able to find the actual spot of the leak that was thankfully out in my yard. After finding what turned out to be more than one leak, I was actually in need of replacing the waterline.
