    Edwin runs a very professional business with great customer service and quality work. His carpenter, Marvin, is extremely skilled and was able to restore plaster and millwork in our 1875 victorian as well as restore our 1929 stucco carriage house. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are the main reason our restored Victorian looks so good today!

    Hands down the best house painter in the Valley. Our house was old and dated with a lot of wall paper. Edwin visited and walked the house with my wife and I, he was very attentive to our wants and made excellent suggestions. Pricing was fair and reasonable. He sent Marvin and his crews to the house, Marvin and his crew were excellent to work with. They were professional and courteous, keeping us informed every step of the painting process. They did exactly what the said they would do and over delivered on our expectations including cleaning up each day. It is without any reservations that I highly recommend Xtreme Painting, Edwin and especially Marvin and his guys, if you need your house painted.     Edwin and his team are wonderful in every way! From my first contact with Edwin, I was impressed by his responsiveness to my concerns and promptness in providing an estimate. He arrived on time at our arranged scheduled meeting and his team arrived right on time, as well, exactly when they were scheduled to do the work 2 days in a row! Promptness, reliability, and dependability are rare anymore. What a terrific first impression right from the start! Edwin and his team are professional and respectful. They are kind, sensitive to requests, and courteous in and around oneā€™s home.     From the quote process to the finished product, we couldnā€™t have been more pleased with Xtreme Painting. Phil was very professional and quick to respond to our request for a quote and all of our additional follow up questions and requests. On the job, David and Jorge were equally professional, hard working, prompt and courteous throughout the entire job. They arrived promptly every day and left the site tidy each evening, making sure to protect all of our furniture and other belongings while repairing and repainting our ceilings. Highly recommend!

    Wow!!!! Thatā€™s all I can say about Edwin and his team at Xtreme. I briefly got the opportunity to meet Edwin when we did our initial visit and walk around of the property and out of all the companies I met with he was the only one who took the time to explain each step in his process and treated me more like a friend than a customer. Edwinā€™s team basically repainted an entire historical building with years of damage and neglect and made the place look brand new. The entire length of the project Edwin made sure we were happy and pleased. If I could give this team 10 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and save your time you only need to make one phone call and thatā€™s right here to Edwin at Xtreme Painting.

    Xtreme Painting is a class act from start to finish. If you are looking for a company that takes ā€œXtremeā€ pride in their workmanship and is detail orientated then look no further. We have worked with Edwin Saravia and his crews on two separate occasions involving the interior painting of our home. Each time they have been a dream to work with and have patiently answered all our questions and addressed any of our concerns. Communication with Edwin has been stellar to include prompt responses to any calls.When we moved from Florida, I did not expect to ever find another painting company who took such pride in their workmanship as our prior painter of 12 years. We meet with over 5 different companies before choosing Xtreme Painting. While Xtreme Painting was not the least expensive, they were competitively priced and provided some extra services that exceeded those of their competitors. The deciding factors for us were:1. A longer warranty time on their workmanship2. No upfront payments (payment was due at completion once you are satisfied with the job)3. No additional upcharges to the cost of the paint. You pay Edwinā€™s paint cost directly to Benjamin Moore.4. The moving and covering of all the floors/furniture when needed.5. Assistance in selecting paint colors that worked with our home. One of my greatest challenges is picking paint colors. Edwin was able to arrange for a Benjamin Moore representative to come to our home to help in the paint color selection. This made a world of difference to me.Any type of construction at your home is always stressful. Xtreme Painting made the process so much easier from Edwinā€™s meeting with us to explain the timeline for the job to his fabulous crewā€™s work ethic. Naun and Meme (Elmer) arrived timely every day. They always cleaned up the job site at the end of the day to include sweeping the area, throwing away any trash, etc. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. The jobs included ceilings, stairs, walls, closets, moving extremely heavy and bulky furniture plus having to work around us and our 90 lb. dog. They were not loud nor played any loud music and they worked diligently to get the jobs completed in a timely manner. In fact, their first job was finished early. There were no paint drippings on the flooring, furniture, cabinets etc. The lines for the ceilings and baseboards were so straight and crisp, you could cut yourself on them. They moved everything back into its prior location. This included a very challenging sewing room closet filled with ā€œstuffā€. Before I could move all the items out and get photos of their location in the closet, they had already moved them to another room. I expected I would have a nightmare trying to put everything back. But no worries with Naun, Meme and crew on the job. They had taken photos of everythingā€™s location and had it all put back before I even realized they were done in the room. The areas of the walls, ceilings that needed patching were done so well, I could not tell where the prior homeowners had damaged them. They made sure to mark the location of the pictures on the walls so I could easily rehang them. Additionally, everyone we worked with were just fun to be around. By the end of the two weeks, they felt like familyā€¦ but in a good way.We are so blessed to have found Edwin and his crew. They will be our go to company from this point forward. In fact, they are painting the exterior of our home in the spring of 2025. We are looking forward to catching up with everyone and seeing them once again transform our home with their ā€œXtremeā€ painting.

    I dont normally take the time to write reviews but in this case I just had to share the fantastic experience we had with Xtreme Painting. From the first visit by Edwin to look at the job, through the quote process and finally the actual work, this is one of the most pleasant and satisfying experiences Ive had with a contractor. Pictures are attached to show the stunning transformation of our deck but what doesnt show is the incredible amount of handwork that went into the preparation. Edwins team led by Marvin were obsessive in their attention to detail. Every single floor board, step, hand rail and baluster was first pressure washed. Next they ground off the deep staining and rough edges of turned up boards, then every piece of wood was progressively hand sanded up to 120 grit for a velvet finish. Translucent stain was applied in two coats and handrails were lightly sanded in between to give an extra fine feel. We quite literally have a new deck.I witnessed multiple times where one team member would ask another to check out some work and they would discuss the result and make adjustments if necessary. Every person on the team was polite, friendly and worked as hard as I have ever seen, and all clearly showed pride in their work.Since then Ive been called twice by Edwin to check on the condition of the deck, asked if there were any touch up spots that we would like to have addressed, and given assurance that if we did find anything, they are only a phone call away.FANTASTIC customer service in the old school manner.As a follow up, we have already asked Extreme Painting to quote another job and cannot wait to see the next transformation.

    I am 100% satisfied with the exterior painting that Xtreme Painting did on my circa 1900 brick building.The building was in very bad condition. It was built in 1903 and probably hadnā€™t been painted in 30-40 years. The owner of Xtreme, Edwin, gave me a very detailed quote and he was quick with his response and follow up. The quote was very close to others I received but it was by far the most detailed.Once the work started there was a crew of about 5 guys on the jobsite every day for almost 2 weeks. Naun, the project manager, was very helpful and kept me updated every day. This building had a lot of different details and he made sure everything was moving along as planned. He made sure I knew that I could come to him if something was not how I wanted it. All the workers were friendly, and they cleaned up every day. They kept plastic and canvas covering the ground and parts not to be painted.At one point the workers discovered that the supplied paint was not what they had ordered that was fault of the paint supplier. This required extra time on their part, but I was very happy that they were proactive about it, and it really illustrated their attention to detail.Naun also tidied up some minor things on the outside of the building beyond what was required. It didnā€™t take much time, but it saved me some hassle. They also cleaned all the windows.Edwin checked in with me during the project and met with me on site to review the progress midway. We had some additional things come up to add to the job and the added costs were reasonable. My neighbors and tenants both said they were good to work with. I have received many compliments on the job.Overall- very professional, prompt, customer service oriented and high-quality work. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to use Xtreme Painting in the future.     We were very unhappy with our out of date kitchen cabinets, but didnā€™t want to replace them. Xtreme Painting solved that problem for us with updated colors that really brightened the space. Edwin was very helpful in fine tuning our choices of color, hardware and replacement of some trim. His crew were professional, polite and kept us apprised every step of the way. They left the space totally clean and looking brand new. We were delighted with the results. In only a week we had a new kitchen!

    From start of the job (including a properly written up contract and willingness to include all details as agreed during quoting process), to during the job (Israel and Jay were on time each day, very detail oriented, and did an amazing job painting as well as keeping our home clean during the two week popcorn removal, ceiling painting and wall painting), right through to the end of the job (including touch-ups where needed and Edwin squeezing them in on a Saturday just so the job could be finished on time), the whole experience was great. We also appreciated them being open to us helping where we could to keep costs on budget with things like furniture moving, room prep (taking off wall plates, nails out etc), and some minor tear down. Im a DIY guy so I really appreciate when a contractor allows me to get involved where I can. Overall, we are so happy with what feels like a new main floor and screened-in porch and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and that comes from someone who is very particular (just ask Edwin). Oh, and Israel and Jay even put up with our four kids in the house during the job including the rocks that ended up in their van gas tank (so sorry). If a crew can pass that test you definitely know theyre top notch. Thanks again and we look forward to you coming back to paint our upstairs stairway and hallway.

    Edwin and his team did an excellent job in every aspect of our house project. His team not only painted many areas of our house but also removed wallpaper and popcorn ceilings all over our home. In every room, they were diligent in making sure they knew exactly what we wanted, carrying out the task with quality workmanship and cleaning any mess associated with the job. They were in our home for 2 weeks and made sure to work around our busy schedules and our dogs. The work they did has made our house feel like a completely different home. I would absolutely recommend them for painting, wallpaper removal or popcorn ceiling removal. We would hire them again without hesitation.

    My experience with Edwin and Xtreme Painting has been excellent from the first phone call! Edwin was extremely professional and so helpful! He came out to our house the next day to meet us and give us an estimate on our job. He was very flexible on payment. He and his crew (Juan and Naun) began our project on time and finished in 4 days!     I recommend Xtreme painting without reservation. Edwin Saravia returned my initial call immediately and he was able to visit my home the following day. I received his cost and time estimate in three days; He explained the contract clearly and I was confident there would be no unexpected costs. About a month later (he had informed me it would take time to finish his schedule) Edwin called to tell me when he could begin the job. His team arrived on schedule; completed the work in the estimated time and came in on budget. I cannot speak highly enough of the men who painted my home. Their prep work was painstakingly done and repairs were made where needed; they cleaned up completely every day before leaving, they painted expertly and were very respectful of my home. They were true professionals and I could not be more satisfied.

    Edwin and his team were excellent. Our 1950s home was in need of some love. They repaired multiple large cracks in our plaster walls and took down dated stubborn wallpaper. They were efficient and did beautiful work. Our old plaster walls look brand new!! Would definitely recommend.

    Edwin and all his workers are top notch. I recently purchased a home and needed to have six interior rooms painted. Edwin, his wife and son, Edwin Jr. came measured each room, asked detailed questions and made a few recommendations. Extremely professional and friendly. The quote was delivered within 48 hours and was quite detailed.Edwin arranged with a local paint supplier so I could get the paint colors of my choice at a competitive price (Less than Lowes or Home Depot).I was originally sheduled for late July but when we had a bit of a rainy spell Edwin asked if it would be OK for his crew to come by early, which they did. He assigned Marvins crew to the job and they were professional, thorough and the quality was outstanding. I found no roller marks or brush streaks. The edging was exquisite and there was no spillage or mess made.I highly recommend their services. Edwin is fair priced, but not cheap. (Generally I find you go cheap you get cheap.) I want my home to be nice, not cheap.If you need a professional painter for home or business give Edwin a shout.

    They do perfect painting, they are clean, professional, kind, reputable, I never needed to ask any questions because from the very beginning to the end I received every single detail in writing, even when we needed more paint we got all those details in writing that same day.     Edwin and his team did an amazing job preparing our home to be put on the market. From landscaping, mulching and power washing the exterior to painting the interior they made our house look brand new. They color matched our existing paint perfectly and now the whole house looks clean and fresh. Communication and scheduling were outstanding. Edwin organized his team to work within our very tight timeline. They finished everything ahead of schedule and made sure we were completely satisfied with the results.     In November of 2023, Xtreme Painting completed a job for me that included removal of a popcorn ceiling, repair and priming of wallboard, installation of new closet doors and new baseboard trim, painting of ceiling, walls, doors, and all woodwork. The quality of their work was exceptional. They cleaned up very well at the end of each day. The workmen (Marvin, David, Ariel, and Elmer) were polite and as quiet as the job allowed and very careful not to damage furniture and carpeting. I can highly recommend them and hope to get them back for a future job. They are in high demand and have a full schedule of clients. You may have to wait to get an opening in their schedule, but the wait will be worth it!

    Right from the beginning, starting with knocking on the door to introduce himself until the completion of the our work the whole experience was GREAT! I really canā€™t say enough good things about Edwin and his team at Xtreme Painting. Edwin is very easy and enjoyable to work with, really cares about his customers and takes pride in the quality of his teams work. Edwinā€™s and his team went above and beyond to make our newly built home beautiful (including completely stripping and redoing the ceiling in our kitchen/living room due to the builderā€™s poor work quality) and it looks incredible. Not only would we recommend them to anyone, we will also definitely use them again for any other repairs needed!! On a personal note: Our work was scheduled over the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. When Edwin found out how much decorating for Christmas means to me, he actually put his entire crew/team on our project so they could finish almost a week early, simply so that I could put up my Christmas tree. If only everyone had a heart like Edwinā€™s the world might just be a better place.

    I had attempted to paint several rooms myself and failed miserably (paint peeled from tape exposing bare drywall). I knew I needed a professional and we contacted Xtreme painting in June to get a quote for painting the entire interior of our house. Edwin came out very quickly to look at all the rooms that we wanted painted and the colors that we had selected. Within a few days, he sent me a written proposal outlining everything we discussed and the prices associated with it. This was a unique situation because we were on a pretty specific time frame given that we had family coming over in just a few weeks. Edwin was very responsive to this and made sure that the job was done well before our guests were set to arrive (a big relief). His team was incredibly thorough checking the walls, filling small pin size holes and dings in the wall so that when they painted, the walls would turn out perfect (which they did). His team was very respectful to our home, making sure everything was covered and removing any debris from prepping the walls for paint. They also worked 1 room at a time so that only 1 room was out of commission at a time; this makes a huge difference when you have to live in a house being painted and really lowered the stress of having any type of painting/construction project done. We plan on doing an upstairs addition and finishing the basement in the future, and I plan on calling Xtreme Painting again for painting on those tasks.     The Xtreme crew meticulously pressure-washed and sanded paint and dirt from our big front porch in Old Town, probably half a century of junk. The surfaces are so smooth, it looks almost new. They repaired flooring and steps that were rotting and painted everything. Beautiful work. They also repaired and sanded our deck and applied new stain, cut out invasive ivy, etc. Everything looks great. They arrived exactly on time every day for two weeks, left the place clean, no soda bottles, no cigarette butts, no radio on all day while they worked. It was easy to communicate with Edwin and his foreman, and I always felt I was allowed to ask questions and explain my preferences. You get what you pay for. This company does high-quality work.

For me, they removed popcorn and skimmed my ceilings, they milled and replaced siding on the outside of my home and Edwin, the owner, worked with me to pick colors and color combinations that work.My third time with Xtreme Painting included popcorn removal, skimming ceilings and painting my three bathrooms including the cabinets. They did, as always, a beautiful job. Their skimming process makes it look like your ceiling never had popcorn and is a new ceiling. Their painting and cutting in is impeccable. My bathroom cabinets look like new! They keep your home as clean as possible during the process and clean very methodically after the job is done. Before they left my home, Edwin, the owner, noticed a few things on the outside of my home that needed touching up. They went right to work making everything on the outside new again.In addition, when you have you house painted you need trustworthy people to do the work. The basic idea was to clear brush, trim trees, remove dead trees, and install guardrails so that we could more readily enjoy the view of the river from our house and patio, and do so safely.We called Edwin because he and his crew had done a great job painting the entire interior of our house in 2017.Xtreme Painting:1. removed a couple of large dead trees;2. did a fantastic job of topping the remaining large trees so that our view of the river was expanded;3. demolished a shed that was in very poor condition;4. cleared all undergrowth and prepared the cleared ground so that we will be more easily able to put in the ground cover that we intend to plant;5. built and painted very sturdy guardrails that allow us to access the river, which is a steep drop from the back of the house;6. hauled away all debris - trees, shrubs, shed - everything;7. were flexible in accommodating changes that my wife and I requested;8. had some great ideas of their own on how to improve the outdoor areas of our house;9. arrived every day when they said they would, and focused on the job until it was complete to our satisfaction.We couldnt be happier with the work.

    This is the second job that we have had Xtreme painting do for us and both times they have done a fabulous job. Edwin and his team are simply top notch. Our first job that Edwin did for us several years ago was wallpapering a bathroom with many tricky angles and he knocked it out of the park. Every detail of our exterior painting project was handled professionally from the initial consultation to the beautiful end result.Communication with both Edwin and his crew was excellent and was updated daily as to what phase of the project would be addressed that day as well as the status on the project progression. Everything that was taken up during the process was neatly put back in place. The attention to details and the many extras were also a very nice bonus.Edwin was always available to answer any questions and was a joy to work with as was his wonderful crew. They all gave 110% to the project and also made our 24 year old house look like new again. We are so happy with the painting project outcome and would highly recommend Xtreme Painting to everyone.

    Edwin & his crew went above & beyond in every way. My deck was in pretty poor shape & they replaced rotten boards, power washed, sanded everything down & painted it beautifully. They reinforced the deck railing & the steps. The completed deck is amazingly transformed. I could not have been happier with them. Job well done!

    Edwin and the guys removed popcorn ceiling, smoothed sheetrock sanded and stained woodwork prepared carpentry, and painted the interior if our Massanutten home and it is beautiful. The height is almost 20 feet at the apex of the cathedral ceiling and they are professional and fearless! Great to work with and we highly recommend.

    2nd job as good as the first:Xtreme Painting just finished another job for us yesterday. They refinish and rebuilt our very large and very old deck. First they replaced any and all rotten deck boards, broken and unsafe steps and any other rotten or worn out components. They then sanded and painted all railings, pickets, stair risers and band boards, including the underside of the deck with 2 coats. And finally sanding and staining (2 coats) the deck itself. Now we have a new rebuilt deck, which will last another 30 years. As a retired insurance adjuster who has estimated thousands of construction jobs, Iā€™d estimate that Xtreme Painting saved us $10,000.00 -$15,000.00. Edwin and his crew are just wonderful to work with. I give them the highest praise and canā€™t praise their work enough.1st. JobXtreme Painting just finished Staining and painting my entire house and garage. They have done the most wonderful job I could have imagined. I am a retired Insurance Adjuster and I have worked with hundreds of contractors in 5 different states under good, and some very bad circumstances. I have never worked with a contractor who pays so much attention to doing such a job of perfection. They prepared and executed the job down to the finest detail. The crew was made up of the nicest people I ever met and all worked so hard to do a great job. The house had not had stain or paint in 18 years and it now looks like it is brand new.
