Valentino Contracting is wonderful! I have had AC issues with my Bosch mini splits for 3 months. Every other repair failed with every other company. Tony, the boss at Valentino listened to me and asked questions and took time to explain all possibilities. He sent a Technician, Matt, who was polite and got to work diagnosing and found and fixed the issue in less that 2 hours! I cant thank these guys enough. My AC nightmare is finally over! I will always feel safe calling this company for any help I might need in the future! Thank you Valentino Contracting!!!

We recently had an emergency situation with our HVAC system, and Valentio came to our rescue. We had a vacation planned and had to leave for the airport in an hour. My wife noticed our heat was not turning on right before we had to leave for the airport. Since the outside temperature was going to drop while we were gone, we called Valentino for help. They were able to come out and fix the issue that same day, and even after we had left for our trip. I definitely recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

Worked with me and my budget to ensure that I got the best furnace and air conditioner that worked for my house - without breaking the bank. Purchased home less than 6 months ago. Went to run central air few weeks ago & it kept popping the circuit breaker. Of course it stresses a person out. Contacted Valentino Contracting. Everyone was great. Considerate, friendly, & courteous. Patti with scheduling service, Electrician Lee traced the problem to the outside unit itself. HVAC Mike diagnosed the problem. Tried a repair, talked it over with the owner Tony, we decided it was to far gone. Tony called me and provided some options, pleasant, just like his staff, no pressure. He explained the differences in brands, efficiency, price, whats involved and whats available due to shortages. I asked him to send me estimates on two of the systems & made my choice. He was able to get the last component needed by Monday and his installation crew, Nick & Jake had us in cool A C by Early Tuesday afternoon. Did a great job, cleaned up, wouldnt even know they were here. Everyone took the time to answer questions, explain what they were doing or had done and would point the things out while explaining. I contracted the service of Valentino Contracting for the installation of a new system for my home. I got in touch with them when I was waiting for a messy refinance on my investment property to close. I appreciate the patience and flexibility they have shown with me in fixing and re-adjusting dates. Also, you know you are working with a good company when they are making recommendations based on what your house really needs and not on what amount of profit they will make. I like the fact that Toni took time to explain to me every time why option A was better than option B, or why a certain system would work better for my home than another one. There was never a pressure to buy anything, like some companies like to do. I actually left a well-known company in the area that was playing this game for Valentino Contracting. I am glad I did.The installation went smoothly. They showed up exactly at 8 a.m. and they were done by 3 p.m. Now, I have a well cooled home with a state-of-the-art technology, with just a fraction of the price I would have paid for if I went with the company that was originally servicing my old system. Glad I switched!

Our AC went out and initially called a friend of the family who originally installed it. The guy came by who is more of an installer (great guy but honest about his expertise) than someone that diagnosis issues so we had Valentino stop by. Mike G came and found the issue within 30 minutes, Mike is an absolute Prince of a Guy, he even gave our dog that greated him treats. More importantly he found the issue, had the part in his van and fixed the AC unit for what I thought was a very fair price. This type of quick and fairly priced service is hard to come by, Valentino will have my business from this point on, Thanks again and please keep Mike happy.....Mark.

I am as happy as can be with my experience with Valentino Contracting. Ive been a customer for years using their electrician. Weve always been happy with their work. Recently I used their HVAC expertise, and replaced my entire system with a two zone system. We were having a lot of trouble heating and cooling the second floor of our house. Valentino was able to rework the ducts in our basement furnace room, and install two zones with dampers. When the thermostat is satisfied on the main floor, the zone one dampers close and redirect the air upstairs to zone two. It solved the problem perfectly. I am so happy with the result! Valentinos pricing is very good, and they were able to get us on the schedule immediately. I would highly recommend you contact them!

The repairman from Valentino came to my house the same day I called to request service for my a/c unit. He looked it over and determined the unit was low on freon. He filled the unit up, but later on around 8 PM I noticed the external unit pipes had frozen over and I was getting water in my basement from the overflowing drain pan. Sent an email outlining the issue to Valentino, and within 30 minutes I was contacted by the owner asking if he can come out and evaluate the issue to get it resolved. Tony came out and spent a good deal of time working on the a/c, remedied the issue, and didnt end up leaving until close to 10:30 PM. I would recommend Valentino because they are prompt, back up their service, and want to make sure their customers are happy with their service, and are comfortable in their homes.

Had a Goodman heat pump installed by a private co tractor last fall. Worked fine through the winter . Come summer , we turned the AC on. Had a leak from the attic unitCalled Tony ( owner) for a second opinion: they came three times to make sure they took care of all possibilities. Hopefully it works . Very frank and honest contractors no up sell. Tony said they basically took the whole unit apart and checked everything: if it still leaks may need a new unit based on his thorough multiple inspections :Take home points ( they are really important)1. Spend the money upfront to buy the BEST unit on the market : they will save you money in the long run.2. Get the best and most reputed contractor to install it : a unit is only as good as the installerLearned my lesson the hard way : hope you don’t make the same mistakeUpdate on my previous post; 10/18/22First floor goodman furnace conked after 16.5 years of service . Called Tony ; he diagnosed the problem and gave us repair cost versus replacementGave us five quotes for different capacity/price models of Bryant and Bosch companies and we chose the Bryant unit that we liked . He explained the pros and cons of each system but never pushed us to buy any particular unit ( price wise)Installers came in and were on time , sincere , meticulous and took care of everything after the job ( cleaned up the job site and hauled away old unit). spend all day and even anchored my second unit ( installed by a different contractor )outside as the zip ties were getting old/brittle : what a customer service !!I can go on and on but I will just say this : if any company is as good as Tony and his crew they should offer written labor warranty of 10 years besides parts if serviced per manufacturer with them. ( as Tony does)His prices seemed very reasonable and he is good conscientious contractor . Go with this guy ! you will never have to call another contractor for HVAC needs.Note: I am NOT incentivized to write this review

What a refreshing experience for a stressful home repair! I have been having issues w/ our old AC all summer, just getting it to kind of limp along. This was my 3rd contractor out to look at the old unit and get a quote for a new unit. The owner came out and he took his time explaining all about AC units, what kind we could get, how big, and answered all my questions. I ended up getting both a new furnace and new AC unit. Not because of a hard sell either. I was given 4 quotes total and it made sense to go ahead and get both done. The owners son was part of the install crew of two who were both courteous and thorough. They didnt leave a mess and I came home to a cool house. It is REALLY hard to find good contractors these days. I am so happy I found this one. Thanks so much!

I have used Valentino several times over the past 2 years. Furnace/AC installation, Water heater replacement and some electrical (replace lights and install ring floodlights). What stands out is their responsiveness in getting back to you. That was especially important last year when my AC went out in August during a heat wave. They sent someone out immediately to get it running so it was good for a little longer until the new A/C they ordered came in a couple days later. I had gotten an estimate earlier in the year to replace the AC and furnace and was planning on doing it soon through them, but when it finally conked out we were in a bind but glad they were able to get it on order right away (at the same price quoted 4 months earlier) and give us a few more days of cold air from the old system.

I’ve hired this company twice now, for HVAC and electrical services. The HVAC technician not only came out last minute, but was also the first HVAC tech to figure out why my house wasn’t cooling well. The price for his visit was very fair, and he suggested alternative solutions should it not work out - starting with the simplest and least expensive, which is a rarity!For the electrical, the tech installed a new electrical breaker box. He also took the time to first double-check the circuit breaker labeling, since the original box’s was such a mess. Top notch service!

What a terrific company. I called at 9pm not expecting to reach anyone. The owner answered and told me he was at a job but would stop by when he was finished. He got to our house at 9:45pm. He diagnosed the problem immediately with our pool filter, ran down to home depot to get the part and had it fixed by 10:30. They know what they are doing. We have used them several times and will not use anyone else.

I spoke to tony personally (whom i believe is the owner) he called me back after i made a request on the internet for someone to get ahold of me about my furnace because it was not heating properly. He was only person to actually call and seemed like a really great guy. He was very helpful and we had alot of good conversation. i was able to fix the furnace my self but after the few times i talked to him i had decided if i couldnt fix the furnace my self i would definatly have them come and do the work because it seemed as though his goal wasnt to get money from me but to help me cause he liked helping people. Valentino has provided reliable and affordable hvac maintenance over the years. When we decided to replace the 20 year old ac and furnace we got several bids. Valentino was able to provide a swift estimate that included an upgraded pair over our other quotes. We were pleased that this estimate came in lower than the competition’s lower caliber units. We will continue to use Valentino for our maintenance and we pleased to find out that they will provide extended warranty coverage for ten years as long as we schedule twice yearly servicing. These services are reasonably priced compared to the competitors. The tech (Mike) does not try to upswell you on parts and other services like some companies. The customer service in this family owned company is terrific (Patty). The owner (Tony) is available for questions and is very responsive. Thank you Valentino Contracting! Our AC went out over the holiday weekend. Valentino Contracting came early on Tuesday and diagnosed the problem. The system wasnt able to be saved (it was 27 years old). They put a solution together that was very affordable. The installation was completed quickly and the crew was very conciensous, using booties as needed since the yard was a bit muddy. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone!!
