    Very positive experience. I have a camper van on a Ram 3500 extended chassis. Squirrels chewed through a line on my fixed propane tank. They were able to locate the problem, order the part, and install and leak test it. The best part, besides them being so pleasant to work with, is they had a lift big enough to pick up the almost 10,000 lb van. Plus they topped off my propane that leaked away. Highly recommend them for any propane problems on your camper van.

    I called this morning for service because my AC wasnt throwing out cold air. I was told it could be up to a week but if I wanted to go on a list to be called if technicians got a spot I could do that. About an hour later I received a call that if the technician could come right then someone could make it. Jacoy arrived was very professional and respectful.     The technicians were very friendly, very knowledgeable and asked for placement of my new boiler and had communicated effectively with the process for each each day. I had a new propane wall hung boiler installed and the last day they removed the old oil boiler, pumped my old heating oil out of the tank and removed it. After they removed the tank, they filled in the holes in my block wall with cement and painted the exterior propane piping. Its the attention to details that are missed with a lot of companies. They explained the operation of my new unit and I never lost hot water for more than 4 hours during the 4 day installation.

    Absolutely amazing service! I have never had such a pleasant experience with a fuel oil service before! Firstly, they offer payment plans based on estimated usage, which is perfect for us. If you use less than estimated, your money goes toward the next fills payment. Perfect! The woman on the phone also was such a sweet person and expedited the delivery for us (we simply forgot about it and were very low, totally our fault) so even though we were quoted 3-5 business days on a Thursday, they showed up the very next day on Friday.     The Eshenaur team installed a new Heating and Air Conditioning System and I could not be more pleased. The Team of Matt and Logan did an excellent job and where extremely helpful explaining their approach and schedule. Id say they went above and beyond as they found a few issues I did not know we had in the duct work and bypass damper. I can honestly say they air flow in the house has never been better.     Very pleased with service today considering Lynch put out new furnace and AC in and when we had a problem a month later and they came out and said it was the oil lines, possibly small holes in lines which my husband had to dig a hole to find lines.. in saying thats, the tech today stated it wasnt lines but furnace! Really ... and Lynch didnt know and they put the furnace in and checked it and they caused me to pay another bill when they should of known what they were doing.. thank you Tim for your knowledge and expertise !!     We have used Eshenaur & Son for our cooling and heating needs for 12 years now. We trust them to take care of our needs. When I call for an issue they come very quickly and they do superb work. The last time we needed to have them check our central air unit, a snake had gotten into the unit and shorted out the coil and itself. So the employee fixed the issue and I commend him for going above and beyond his duty by removing the snake. He said he didn’t like snakes! They are very thorough in their repairs and explain things to you so you know what is going on. I highly recommend them.

The technician was polite, explained the issue and fixed the problem that day. I have the maintenance protection plan so everything was covered.     We have been an Eshenaur Propane costumer for many years love their service and very competitive pricing. We just used them for the first time to correct a plumbing drain problem we have been having for over ten years.Bob from their plumbing department came to our home and in a few minutes saw what the problem was and knew just what had to be done. It required rerouting some of the drain line, cutting the floor in our lower garage floor and connecting to the main line. The floor was replaced as good as new, clean up was outstanding. All in less than two days. I spent more money over the last ten yeas just having others look at the problem than what it cost me to have it fixed by Eshenaurs. Outstanding service at a fair price.

    We have used W.C. Eshenaur & Son, Inc. for our propane delivery for many years. One time we switched to another supplier as they had an introductory lower price at that time. The service was just not the same. We switched back and have been happy since. They provide the best customer service too - just recently we had a scare with a carbon monoxide detector going off. We thought maybe we should have all of our propane connections checked and called them. They asked some detailed questions and were able to determine that it was most likely due to a temporary malfunctioning of our carbon monoxide detector based on a power outage. That call alone made us feel better; however, the next day they went up and beyond when the called us just to check in and see if there were any more instances of the alarm going off. I was so surprised that they noted this and took the time to check back in with us. I just cant be any happier with their customer service agents & delivery drivers!

    After having a new hot water heater replaced by our homeowners warranty company and installed by the person they sent who clearly had no idea what he was doing, we called in Eshenaurs to install it properly. Their guy was here 3 times and it still did not work. Eshenaurs service man fixed it on the first trip. Since then we have had Eshenaurs install our generator, new furnace and ac. We have used them for plumbing issues. They have always provided good, friendly service. They are now our go to company.

    We have been a customer for over 25 years, with both our oil furnace, tank, and air conditioner being installed and serviced by Eshenaurs over that time. We are on the budget plan and our deliveries are always on time. Our annual service work is also always well done. My only complaint is with their billing department. Since were on the budget plan we pay a set amount per month for our fuel oil. I keep track of our deliveries and their cost and usually around February or March Ill figure out what our total will be for the season (August - July). If I find that the budget plan will be off a bit, then Ill adjust my monthly payment accordingly so that I dont end up with a large final payment or credit in June or July. This year their billing department didnt credit me correctly so I had to call and straighten this out. This is not the first time that I had to do this, and if I look online at my account transactions, its still not listed correctly for this current year. To their credit, they have always ended up fixing their mistake but I just wonder how many errors on other customers bills they may make that end up not being discovered. But other than that, I am never left in the cold which is honestly the most important thing when looking at an energy delivery company.

    Could not be more pleased with Eshenaurs. When we needed a new furnace and air conditioner last year, we got an estimate from another well-known Harrisburg HVAC supplier. They gave us eight options from least efficient / least cost to most efficient and expensive. We were ready to go with the most expensive option until Dave from Eshenaurs gave us a more thoughtful estimate, explaining that some of the more expensive options actually wouldnt work well in our home. We saved about $5,000, and are so happy with the new system!

    I cannot say enough good things about W.C Eshenaur & Son! Greg, the sales guy, was amazing to work with. He answered all of my many questions and made me 2 estimates for 2 different units upon my request. I ended up getting my AC unit and furnace replaced. Drew, Dylan and Loy took 1 1/2 days to install both units and cool my house down. They laid drop cloths down to protect my floors and always made sure I was up to date on what they were doing. They answered every single one of my million questions. They didnt mind my dog and pet him on their way out. HIGHLY recommend this company! I am beyond happy with my new units, the customer service and the skilled workers.

    I recently made the switch to Eshenaur after frustrating experience with another propane provider. Gerri was helpful over the phone to explain their service options and do the scheduling. Dwight and Collin showed up as scheduled to delivery a tank and do a safety check. So far, they have done everything exactly as promised and scheduled. While the previous companys office staff said that they could not transfer my call to their service department or even speak directly themselves (?!?), but instead relied on email, Dwight handed me a welcoming packet of info from Gerri, who he says he can speak with routinely. If you are frustrated as I was with poor communications with your provider, you probably will be pleased with Eshenaur.
