    Rick and Max were extremely courteous, professional and meticulous. Within a  few hours we  had peace of mind, knowing that the outcome was going to exceed our expectations. They took the time to repair even the slightest blemish before painting. They protected everything and cleaned up daily like they hadn’t even been there. They repaired some Major holes in the dry wall and it’s impossible to see the repair. I can’t say enough good things about All Decked Out Services. Look no further for all your painting needs

    Great service! I have been using All Decked Out Services for years to Power-wash my home, porch, patio, shed and sidewalk. Ric and his staff do a fantastic job. I have a challenging property due to over 85% landscape with trees, shrubs and perennials. Ric is so careful and uses biofriendly materials. Not only is the siding completely clean, but there has never been damage to the plants. His price is very reasonable. Would highly recommend him.

    Requested a quote to power wash a 3 board PVC fence along perimeter of our yard. Probably 150-200 yards of fence. All Decked Out was in contact within 24 hours and Ric Caylor came out personally to assess the job and gave us a great price. Was able to fit us in his busy schedule and his work was fantastic. Made a big job look easy. Was in and out in no time. Fence looks better than ever. Very professional, easy to work with and personally interested in our satisfaction.     It was a pleasure to work with Ric Caylor at All Decked Out Services. Rick came to our house one evening to give us a requested estimate on staining our 3-year-old deck. We had an easy, relaxed conversation as he shared his knowledge about various stain types and colors and his experience with other services he provides. We chose a beautiful color based on his recommendation and hired him to power wash the house and deck before putting on the two coats of stain. All jobs were done in a timely manner with minimal interruption. The end product speaks for itself!

    Weve used All Decked Out Services twice now, to clean our house and our roof, and both times weve been highly satisfied. This most recent time (June 2019) we also asked to have our deck washed, and that turned out terrific. All Decked Out Services provides frequent communication in a professional manner, and the work ethic is second to none. Im including pictures before and after the June 2019 cleaning.UPDATE JULY 2019: All Decked Out services repainted our house shutters, and wow, what a wonderful difference that has made! Our house looks brand-new again! They even went the extra mile and repainted the light pole, which is the same color as the shutters. The kind, courteous service, attention to detail, and high quality work is worth every penny spent!UPDATE JUNE 2024: We once again called upon All Decked Out Services to wash our house, our decks, and this time, our shed too. Our shed and one side of our house accumulated an ugly green algae that was hard to remove. However, Ric and his crew did a fantastic job, and everything looks like new again!     Recently hired All Decked Out Services to power wash my home, sidewalk, patio and mold on the shingles Ric the owner noticed that the chimney cap was rusted and rust began to stain the siding. He offered to inspect the chimney cap while up on the roof and provided me with photos. The cap was definitely in need of repair and painting. Attached photos show the difference before and after. I was very happy to have this completed and not have to hire a separate contractor. Regarding power washing of house and roof, I did have other companies power wash my home before, however none of them delivered the excellent results of All Decked Out Services. My home never looked this clean. Ric was not in rush to complete the job and attention to detail was evident in all areas cleaned. He asked me to review the work when he was done to insure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend All Decked Out Services to improve the look and longevity of your property.

    Ric Caylor of All Decked Out Services did a fabulous job cleaning my roof, siding, brickwork and deck. I live in the woods and since I have a lot of shade I had quite a buildup of moss and mold. After Ric tackled this tough job, the house and deck now look virtually brand new. The cost was reasonable for the quality of the work performed. I recommend Ric and his company to anyone who has a home that needs to be revitalized!

    Excellent work, and incredible results for what we paid. Ric cleaned the deck, washed it, replaced any soggy, saggy boards- and then started on the new deck work. This was a fairly high deck- probably not the easiest to work on. I wasnt expecting it to be done so fast- and now it looks like a brand new deck. He put in privacy rails on each side, tapering downward to the front of the deck. The side rail posts are secured down into the deck, very solid and strong. Ric painted it with the color we selected, with his advice on what might look best- happy with the results. The attached pics dont do it justice. If you want your old deck to look like something brand new- get in touch with Ric!

His work has earned this high recommendation for ...power washing both decks to remove spotty mold and mildew, carpentry replacing several weather-worn boards, making strong 15’ tall support columns and seating them perfectly in poured concrete footings, building a gate that complements the deck so well and showcases his craftsmanship (fitting it with new s/s hardware) and finishing it all with a fresh, water-resistant stain. He also went above and beyond by power washing my front path and gutters and creating a door to a storage area.     How do you erase 20 plus years of dirt and mold from the exterior of your home? Hire All Decked Out Services, Inc. My wife and I wanted to clean the outside of our two story home so we called Ric Caylor. We are glad we did. Ric is a professional and his work shows it. For starters, he arrived as scheduled. In just a few hours, he soft-power washed all siding, window screens, soffit and gutters. Power scrubbed our sidewalks and power washed the mold from an adjoining fence.     Ric is an amazingly hard worker and is incredibly skillful in many aspects of home improvement. He removed very large overgrown shrubbery, disposed of it properly, and powerwashed the house to perfection. He also was able to restore our long brick walkways by filling in sand material and sealing them. They look great! Finally, he undertook a deck restoration that others did not want to touch. We had used a product that peeled off; Ric painstakingly sanded and powerwashed our very large deck and then restained it. It truly looks brand new! He was able to replace rotted handrails and floorboards as well, all with perfect joints and edges to match the existing structure.We are so thankful to have found such a great person, and one who is so capable. Ric is an excellent communicator and delivered all of these results in a matter of less than 10 days, total, which was amazing in itself. Thank you so much, Ric!

    Ric did an amazing job on our deck! I knew we needed maintenance done, but as a new homeowner, I wasnt sure what all it entailed. Ric quickly responded to my email and even came out the same day to take a look and prepare an estimate. His professionalism and customer service was evident throughout the process, so much so that I didnt bother to get any other estimates for the work. It took a while for the weather to cooperate, but Ric communicated with us throughout the process. Ric was there at the first opportunity to do the power washing and had the staining completed in less than a week from start to finish! Weve gotten numerous compliments on the appearance of our deck and cant wait for some spring weather to be able to sit outside and enjoy it! I would definitely recommend All Decked-Out Services for the quality of work as well as customer service interactions.     Excellent! Weve used All Decked-Out Services several times over the past 5+ years. Ric, the owner, is always very professional. They do excellent work! Just 2 weeks ago, Ric pressure washed our siding, deck and retaining wall. It started stormy pretty badly when Ric was doing the retaining wall. I dont think he could see very well due to the heavy rain. He came back to redo the retaining wall, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend their services!

    Ric did a wonderful job on our screened in porch and deck! He power washed the entire thing, added pickets on the screened in porch so our toddler couldnt fall through the screen, stained the entire deck, replaced rotting boards, replaced the carpeting on the screened in porch, and replaced all of the screening. We have a new, updated, and safe outdoor space now. We are extremely happy with the finished product and it was a pleasure working with Ric. We moved into a new community in 2017 where ongoing construction had left our new home covered by dust and dirt .     All Decked -Out Services power washed the exterior of our home and front porch. We had some green mold on the front and side of the home. Ric did an excellent job, and the exterior looked cleaner than its ever been. He also did a thorough job of totally rinsing the exterior, so that the windows were not streaked, but looked very clean. We also had some stains on the floor of the front porch, which he cleaned well, so that the whole exterior looked very clean and polished. He even took the time to stay and talk with us about some repairs we needed to make (pointing out a loose stair board and telling us how we could best seal the concrete porch floor) and to answer our questions. We would definitely use his services again.

    Ric did an amazing job cleaning the front of our house — and he even did more than we contracted for. He saw a couple of areas he felt just needed to be cleaned and he did them. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare today. Ric takes personal pride in his work and it shows. His prices are extremely reasonable for the work he does. He has earned a top spot on our Trusted Contractors list, and we will have him back in the spring to do some other cleaning.

    Ric & his team at All Decked Out did a wonderful job for me.I am in the middle of selling my parents house in the Mechanicsburg area, but I live in South Carolina. As soon as I contacted All Decked Out Services they came out an inspected the job; they made a few other suggestions as to the appearance of the home, and gave me a very reasonable quote for their services.Upon agreeing on their estimate they went to work the next day and did a wonderful job cleaning the whole outside of the house as well as the roof.     First my deck. I am absolutely pleased with the way my deck looks after Ric power washed and stained it. He described to me in detail the way the various types of wood stains would hold up being that the deck is in full sun most of the day. He inspected my deck for anything that may have needed corrections such as loose boards or steps or missing nails. He determined my deck was in good shape and I then excitedly picked my stain. Ric could have said I needed a new deck because it looked that bad and I would have believed him. However, he said my deck was in good shape as he is honest. Ric power washed not only my deck but my house and sidewalk, etc. He actually also scrubbed my siding in conjunction with the power washing. I am so excited about my “new” place. The siding and sidewalk looks fresh and new and the deck is out of control great! I will definitely be calling him again. The day my deck was completed my neighbor came over and immediately requested his telephone number. I know this post is long but Ric did an amazing job on everything. He went the extra mile and also removed my screens at my windows for me as well as stained my picnic table and fixed holes in the wood on my picnic table from prior wood bees. Its one of my many faults, HOWEVER, I was SO IMPRESSED with Mr. Caylors professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work that Im here to sing his praises for all to hear (read).I recently contacted All Decked-Out to request quotes for several mid-sized jobs around my property (deck pressure wash/stain, shed pressure wash/stain, house/driveway/walkway pressure wash). Mr. Caylor (Ric) responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and was at my doorstep in less than 72 hours. He took his time discussing my projects and the estimates he subsequently emailed to me were itemized and extremely reasonable! I decided to move forward with the deck work immediately and he was able to schedule the work within 2 weeks of the initial visit. My deck washing/staining was completed today and I could not be happier with the quality of work. Ric showed up when he said he would, was meticulous about the cleaning/staining (no mess on the aluminum rails or around the porch area) and even fix a corroded outdoor hose connection that I was SURE Id have to pay a plumber to figure out ($$$$).     Rick (the owner) is a great guy and does great work. I had hired All Decked Out a number of years ago to clean our deck, and when I needed someone to clean our siding he was the first person I thought of. What is truly impressive is that when I called him he remembered me from almost 10 years ago! But what was even more impressive is that he was able to fit me into his busy schedule with only a weeks notice. He came by after already working a full day, staying till almost 8:30 pm to get it done, so that we could get the house on the market.

    We have used All Decked Out Services for three major projects. Ric has repaired and painted our wood fence, painted our backyard playset, pressure washed our house, cleaned our roof, and he most recently painted the shutters and trim on the front and side of our house. The quality of his work is outstanding. A year after he finished, our 20 year old fence looks brand new, as does our playset. His work is not sloppy; his edges are clean and there are no spills.     We had Ric clean/ power wash the exterior of our house which is a combination of dryvit, faux stone and siding. He also pressure washed the wood decks, front concrete sidewalk and back concrete patio. Everything was really dirty. The siding and deck was growing a green (?algae) and the concrete was really dark. It is now clean, bright and looks really good. Amazing difference!! It was a dreary rainy day when Ric was here cleaning so we didn’t notice until the next day that there was a small area under an enclosed sunroom that was missed; it’s a bit obscure. We called Ric the next business day and he came that day to take care of it. Ric is professional and diligent and thorough and takes pride in his work. He offered recommendations for further care of our decks and concrete but was not pushy. I would definitely recommend Ric; he is dependable and exceeded our expectations.

    WOW... exceptional service! Prompt response and competitive pricing. I contacted All Decked Out Services on Tuesday for a power washing job estimate, and the work was completed on Wednesday. Ric understood my short fused schedule and flexed his own booked schedule to meet my need. In addition to the work requested Ric took care to assist me by doing additional tasks that were unrelated to the scheduled job. He is concerned that I am pleased with the results and I like the fact that he knows my property and the history of pressure washing my deck and sealing my stamped concrete patio. I asked him to reseal the patio and he said that it didnt need it this year. I admire his work ethic, honesty and fair pricing.Also, quite a few of my neighbors use his services as well.

    We used All Decked Out Services to perform a complete exterior washing of the home we just purchased. They were very responsive with emails to coordinate the service and promptly showed up on time the day of service. We were very happy with the service and the house looks much better, even the gutters came clean and looked new again. While they were onsite I brought up a tree that looked dead and may need to be removed. They provided a quick quote and returned on our agreed date/time to remove the tree. There was no damage to my property and the area was left very tidy. Great Job on both services!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Ric had came to our home several years ago to paint our deck and furniture. He did such a great job that we called him back for fresh paint for the deck and furniture. Ric is professional, he took time to cover the house, the shrubs and to tape the areas that were not to be painted. He took extra time to take care to paint...after he was finished everything was cleaned up. Our deck and furniture look amazing! I would recommend Ric for your painting need.

    Wow, our house looks terrific! Ric provided fantastic powerwashing services for our house, patio & porch, our roof and even our storage shed. Having white siding, our home really shows the dirt. Ric especially focused cleaning on areas where there was algae buildup on the siding and in tight crevices. We also have a lot of reddish clay in our soil, making some surfaces susceptible to staining, and he was able to remove those spots as well.Fantastic job, Ric!

    Ric Caylor, owner and operator of “ All Decked Out” was just who I needed to restore my deck. He carefully guided me through the process and color selection to beautifully restore the deck. The color he suggested compliments the brick siding and I am thrilled with the outcome! He not only replaced a rotten board, he made a planter to go over my roof that covers the basement entry. !I am proud to have people come and hang out on my deck!

He went out of his way to purchase materials to make repairs and updates to the deck area that saved us significant time. When I look at the beautifully cleaned exterior of the roof and siding, and the new vent covers and solar caps that he found to replace previously cracked ones, I’m am very appreciative that we discovered All Decked Out.
