    Iā€™ve had work done by VIP Plumbing for multiple years now, both big and small. The technicians are always helpful, respectful, and friendly, and willing to answer and explain any questions I have. I had drainage issues this week that resulted in Junior and Dylan having to come out a second time in two days when another problem came up, and they were quick to assess the culprit and provide me detailed information. They never overcharge, provide a teacher discount (which I greatly appreciate), and always make sure I am fully taken care of. I never look forward to having a water issue, but having a company I can call at any time of day when something arises who will provide prompt and reliable service is a huge blessing!

    Preston was very transparent about what needed to be done in order to fix/replace my main waterline pipe that comes into the home. He was also transparent about any costs or fees that could be associated with any of the labor that needed to be performed. He spoke to me like we had known each other all our lives, which, coupled with his transparency, made me feel comfortable having a stranger in my home. He went above & beyond today! He even came out on a Sunday in below freezing temperatures & seemed happy to do it!

    My familyā€™s little black cloud hit again, and as usual either a weekend or holiday. This time being New Yearā€™s Eve. We were taking care of things outside in preparation for the winter weather coming and noticed the pad to our house was wet, upon opening our hatch to check things out we could hear water dripping.We found where the leak was and gave these guys a call to see if they could fit us in for a quick fix. Jr. and hope im spelling his name right, Dillon, came out and were able to fix our leak super fast for us. They were great in their service and knowledge of things, we will be calling VIP for any future needs!! Thank you guys for you speedy fix and happy new year!

    A couple a nice guys, Dylan and Junior, did a great job with assessing the problem and fixing it quickly. Very polite and wore funny looking boot covers to protect my carpet from the mud outside because it had been raining. Also, very informative. Great service all around!

    One of our PEX lines developed a pinhole leak near the distribution manifold inside the water heater closet sometime during the day but went unnoticed until after dinner (after hours of course). VIP answered the call, and even though it was late, he sent Chris out who found and replaced a section of the leaking hose within an hour.Nice job. I highly recommend VIP.

    I really appreciate the work VIP!, they came out and redid all my plumbing with new water lines and hot water tank installā€¦. When just the tiniest thing went wrong THE! Owner is awesome fixed the problem came out and went above and beyond my expectations to complete the inspection. He made the contract really clear and that was the only problem that made it confusing but they are so understanding! They are the BEST! See u next time VIPā€¦.

    Friday night, I had a stoppage that occurred which resulted in water leaking out from under my toilet. I called VIP Plumbing Saturday morning and was able to get assistance right away. Mr. Junior Ramsey was outstanding! Professional, very skilled and courteous, Mr. Ramsey diagnosed and resolved my problem within 30 minutes! He even cleaned up after the job was completed.     This company was fantastic. I called sunday night with a plumbing emergency and the owner talked me through a temp fix until they could get here early morning. Dillon is very professional and showed up on time. He fixed my problem fast and explained very well to me the issue. I highly recommend them and if Dillon shows up, know that ur in good hands.

    VIP PLUMBING is the best!! We first used them in January. It was an extremely cold Saturday evening and sewage was backing up in our home. We called so many places and nobody would come out to help us until I called VIP PLUMBING. They sent Garon and he went above and beyond to fix the issue!!! He was AWESOME!!! I could go on for days about how much we appreciated him!! They didnt even charge extra for coming out after hours!Today we had a leak in our water line to the fridge and they sent Zachary. He did an awesome job too! Fixed the leak super fast!!!Their pricing is much more reasonable compared to other plumbers we have used in the past. I highly recommend them!Thank you!

    Justin and Dillon were so great! We just moved into our new house a few weeks ago and realized the clean-out line was clogged. They spent a couple hours and 115 ft of snake getting it taken care of! They are reasonably priced and very nice.

    VIP Plumbing did an outstanding job. Gerry & Junior ran a 1ā€, 300ā€™ water line from my house water hydrant to my barn, adding 2 more hydrants at the barn. Both Technicians were polite and handled themselves in a professional manor. Gerry kept me informed every step of the way. Both Technicians answered any question I had regarding the installation process and even helped with decisions making when it came to one way or the other, with pros & cons. I would recommend VIP Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again.

    We thought we had a leak in our wall so I called half a dozen plumbers who never responded or couldnā€™t get to it until Monday. Luckily for us, VIP Plumbing answered and said they would have Ryan over that day to check everything out.Turns out the leak was in the slab and he would have to bust out our floor to get to the leak and make the repair. After going back to get the tools needed, Ryan quickly returned and got to work.He taped off the area to minimize the mess (and it was a HUGE mess by the time he got to the leak), took out the tile with precision, dug out a massive amount of dirt under the house and finally found the leak(s).He replaced some of the pipes, put back all of the dirt, poured the concrete for the foundation and left nearly without a trace! Ryan was extremely polite, had excellent communication keeping us updated on the process/price and was at our house until nearly 1 a.m. getting everything back together.And it couldnā€™t have come at a better time as the temperature began dropping that night and it has been below freezing since he finished the project.Iā€™ve already recommended Ryan and VIP to two different people and will 100 percent use them again (especially if Ryan is available) in the future.Tremendous work and customer service!

    Gerry from VIP came and checked out my shower. The water was either too hot or all cold. He took the assembly(?!) apart, isolated the problem, called about the parts (I was blessed, as they were in stock), went and picked up the parts, installed the new parts, reassembled the assembly, and had us ready to shower again in just a couple of hours. Gerry was obviously quite proficient at his job, and beyond that, he was personable and easy to talk to. My experience with VIP Plumbing has been top shelf!

    Would love to give a big shout out to Zachary at Vip PlumbingOk. Worked with us to get our heater replaced quick when it went down, but the manufacturer over tightened this bolt for the outlet which I have attached a picture of. Zach hung in there and got it installed. Also came back to check on it. VIP also took care of us during the ice storm of 2021. Thank you so much. Would also highly recommend their service plan as well.

    I called VIP this morning early for what I thought was a slab leak and turned out to be a clogged a/c drain line. They sent out Junior almost immediately, he came in and got right to work!     Weā€™ve had this recurring drainage issue every couple years since purchasing our home - usually a simple fix with resetting the backup preventer. This time we experienced a sewer emergency (backup) 18 hours before we were to leave home on vacation. Chris came out in the early evening after another job and worked hard to fix it for several hours, had to make a trip to the shop for additional tools, but got things temporarily working. We arranged with Preston to investigate further while we were gone; they brought in the camera and were able to determine that our problem was due to the ground subsiding beneath the waste line over the years, and bowing to the point where the line would not gravity drain. We decided to fix the issue once and for all - excavate and install a new waste line from the house to the street. Preston and the folks from VIP came in with their equipment, dug, removed, and reinstalled a new line before we returned from our trip. They kept us well informed throughout the entire process with photos and texts. They took precautions to minimize damage to our sprinkler lines and underground wiring; they protected the lawn with plywood platforms for their heavy equipment, and placed tarps to contain the soil. Now weā€™re awaiting final inspection and refilling the trench.Iā€™m extremely satisfied with the work VIP Plumbing has done for us over the past few years. Theyā€™ve proven to be honest, reliable, hard working folks who will treat your job as if itā€™s their own home. I highly recommend this company.

    They came out and have taken exceptional care of me and my family. They are very easy to work with and genuinely want to help you, not take you over the coals for money.... I highly recommend, especially ask for Zack, very personable and has a vast knowledge.Update- we ended up having to redo our whole sewage plumbing under our foundation. They had it done within a week and worked with my insurance company to make sure they had what was needed to help me be covered. The owner called every day to check up on me and even called a week after to ensure everything was good. Highly personal all the way around.

    Reece was awesome.I have been using VIP for years now and always am taken care over and beyond expectations. Its been 18 months since I have had to call them, but as old houses do, we had an issue. Reece came out within an hour of me calling (I was lucky they had a spot) and he suggested we do a drain clear to rule out a simple clog...well...we had a clog. So he cleared it and made sure the back up wasnt going to happen again before he left.Polite, kind, courteous and put up with all my questions and concerns with grace (I have tendency to ask more questions than probably necessary!     Gerry Mcelyea was my technician, he came out 20 mins after scheduling for an 8-10 pm appointment on a Sunday night even! Showed up even earlier than that with my last min need of help! He was very polite and fixed our problem, which was going to be more then what we thought, but with another way he found to clean out with the snake he even saved us $100. So he wasnā€™t out to take his time or our money and was very kind and friendly and cleaned up after his self!! Definitely saved our night when we thought we were going to have to wait with stopped up toilets and backed up tubs, Iā€™m very impressed!!! Thank you much!!

    Junior came out and did a fantastic job fixing the sewer line in our yard. He explained every step of the process and was very transparent about the costs. It ended up being a bigger job than we anticipated due to old cast iron and tree roots, but Junior did the entire job himself and with a smile. If you work with VIP be sure to ask for him.

    Jr came out and performed open wall surgery on Mr. shower. Mr. shower is very old, and we were really worried for the survival. Jr was very careful, meticulous, and with much precision & talent what was to take 3 only took 2hrs. We were saved an hr of having to wonder if Mr. Shower made it or not.     I have an older home which has had numerous plumbing issues. I have used VIP Plumbing for several years. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a 10+. Their technicians are nice, friendly, mannerly young men. They are also very good at their job. I have never had to have them come back out on any job they have ever worked for me. The technician I had yesterday was Junior Ramsey. He was the perfect technician. So easy to talk to. He answered all my questions with a smile. Impeccable manners also. He told me what problem I had, how much it would cost to repair it, and approximately how long it would take. After I said yes he got busy and worked extremely hard till he completed the job. I will highly recommend VIP Plumbing to all my friends and family.

    Let me start by saying that I called all the major companies this morning for plumbing issue, hot water tank. And none of them call me back. Cliff with VIP plumbing called me back this morning and dispatch somebody immediately to my house. The technician Zachary called me back and told he would be there shortly.     Okay, so I am leaving another review. My hot water heater went out and I, of course, called VIP Plumbing. That is who I always call, this is the 4th time I have called them. I called them on a Saturday afternoon after being told by the first two companies I called that they could come on Monday. I had butchered a repair project and had to shut off my water.     We called VIP Plumbing late one night after every stool in our house was plugged up and water was rising in the bath tubs and lower floor drains with backed up raw sewage. They were able to come for a service call the next day. They had enough experience to know what the problem probably was before they got here. This kept the cost of labor down and their total bill was very fair. They even stayed and helped clean up the mess. I would highly recommend Cliff and Justin with VIP for all of your plumbing needs.

    Today is probably the 3rd time we have used VIP Plumbing. We started watering our garden yesterday (Apr 9th, 2022) and found out quickly the the exterior spigot had a leak as it floods the inside of our house. Called and spoke to Cliff and he advised us to not use the spigot and told us that it should be okay to use the water inside if there are no signs of leaks. He put us on schedule for today (Apr 10th, 2022). Ryan and Gerry called and told us they are on the way and arrived within the time frame that Cliff had told us. Ryan and Gerry quickly went to work but had to run to the store for parts. Throughout, Gerry was great in notifying us of what was happening and how soon to expect them back. They got the problem fixed when they returned. Ryan installed an access panel on the drywall hole he had cut. Ryan even asked for vacuum and offered to cleaned up the drywall dust; but, its Sunday afternoon (where we usually clean up the house anyway), we just told him well do it ourselves.To be fair, based on my memory from our 1st call to VIP Plumbing (a year + ago, maybe 2 years ago), their prices arent the most competitive; but, not by much. Their punctuality, professionalism and just the calls back and / or shows up when they say they would, make up for it, to us anyway.*** Knock on wood ***, however, if bad luck strikes us again and we are in need of plumber again, well continue to use VIP Plumbing.

    We had VIP come out to repair a bathroom shower, pipes, and kitchen sink that we had paid a ( Handyman ) to install for us the shower had been leaking every since they had put it in and they wouldnt come back to fix it. VIP worked hard for 3 day to tare out the shower and replace, fix sink and pipes that ( handyman) had duct taped together. The are awesome I would recommend they for your repairs.     Such a speedy response to my frantic call for help late in the day. A super knowledgeable technician was here the next morning, did a good inspection, showing me plenty of photos of the damage to my drain system. He cleared his schedule and got a team together with all the supplies needed to completely replace my frankenstein assembly of pieces and parts, giving me an efficient and up-to-code system in one day that I am confident will outlive me. The five year warranty is a nice little bonus that few plumbers provide. Great Job, VIP!

    Ryan & Izzy were punctual and very professional from the time they arrived until the work was completed. They did a fantastic job installing my garbage disposal, to include completely redoing my sink drain pipes as well as securing one of my water lines that was not secured. They even placed a liner in the bottom of my cabinet under the sink to help prevent any damage from leaks in the future. They ensured they fully cleaned up any mess that was made during the install.

Todd explained the cause of our issue, how to fix it, and suggested yearly maintenance to help mitigate future issues.
