    Absolute Plumbing provided exceptional service during a critical time for us at White Doe Inn. We were in the process of purchasing this historic, 110-year-old, three-story inn when we discovered a major plumbing issue that almost derailed the entire purchase. Ken Long and James Waguespack came to our rescue with their expertise and dedication.Re-plumbing an entire building of this age and size is no small feat. Ken and James handled the complex scheduling with other contractors and coordinated seamlessly with our current innkeeper to ensure the Inn remained operational. Their empathy and professionalism throughout the process were truly remarkable.Despite the challenges, they completed the job on time and within budget, showcasing their exceptional skills and commitment.     Absolute Plumbing put in 2 toilets,a new tub and shower surround,new faucets and double shower heads.Ken was a great guy to work with,very efficient and cleaned up after the job was done.Elijah put in a bidet in one of the bathrooms and checked my water heater. They will return to put in a new water heater next year.So happy with the work they have done for us. Thank you!

    Broken pipe in the crawlspace, called Absolute, they were out to fix it same day. Journey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.     Its been about 10 months since Ive had work done and nothing has gone wrong since last March. I am really happy with the results and everyone was great to work with and very professional. Kayden was really helpful over the phone and made sure we were all set. Ive been waiting to write this review because Ive had work done before that hadnt lasted, but absolute plumbing did great work and I am very pleased. Thank yall for all of your hard work everyone!

    We were on vacation in OBX and on our second to last night we found our outdoor bathroom toilet bubbling over. Spewing “contents” all over the cement under the house and walkway to pool. After making a call to the rental agency l, Adam from Absolute Plumbing OBX showed up. He stayed and worked for hours while my brother-in-law held a beach umbrella over them in the pouring rain until the problem (over full septic) was identified. Adam was amazing, friendly and professional. People in this profession are definitely a rare type-going out at all hours, climates, conditions to - clean up “messes”We had no idea what other damage could occur but thanks to Adam, we should make it through our vacation without further incident!Thanks again ADAM!!!

    My experience with Absolute started off as a frantic call over the weekend at 8am for the waterfall that was coming out of my ceiling light into the floor. They arrived fast and fixed the issue. Fast forward a month later, I decided to remove ALL the QUEST piping. (thoughts and prayers if this is still your situation)They took such attention to detail and were very careful when removing furniture, prepping the area and preserving the drywall cutouts. They let me know each day what theyd be doing and when theyd be on site. Very well mannered folks as well. Ill miss the crew when theyre gone, but boy do I sure hope they never have to come back. :-). Theyre ABSOLUTELY the first call ill make for anything plumbing related going forward. (forgive the pun, i had to)

    I had an emergency with my septic tank and plumbing, and I could not say more good things about Adam and Sara! I called fairly late and Adam was here by 8:30 the next morning. Sara Had texted me immediately when I called and set up the appointment. The service was excellent and both of them were an absolute pleasure to work with. There is nothing pleasant about dealing with a septic tank issue, but Adam and Sara Made the experience so much better with their promptness and genuine concern over our issues.     Dustin did a great job fixing the pinhole leak in the pipe leading to my well pump. He explained what he was doing and why and answered my questions with patience. I discovered the leak late yesterday evening and got estimates for emergency overnight repair or morning repair. I chose morning repair and threw the breaker to the well systems so the pinhole didnt get bigger. I was 2d call and Dustin arrived around 11/11:30 & the repair was done in a little over an hour. Dustin also showed me where my water shutoff valve is and identified my seconday shutoff valve. Im very happy with Absolute Plumbing and their complete and professional work, friendly customer service, and thorough knowledge of plumbing. I recommend them if you need plumbing done. I will be having them back to do more work.

    Your worst nightmare, to have a plumbing issue just before Christmas and in the shower your 91 year old handicapped parents use - yes- happened to me. So I called Absolute, Kevin answered, he assured me someone would be able to help me.     Absolute Plumbing has done major work for us in the past so we when arrived to a frozen supply line I called them. They were able to access photos of the outside main and explain how to heat the supply line up. It worked! Saved an expensive after hours emergency repair.     I woke up on Friday morning to a leak underneath our kitchen.     Had a plumbing leak problem. Donny came out, figured out the problem and fixed it promptly and thoroughly. He didnt try to sell me on more extensive work, which I appreciated.     I had one of those annoying leaks at the back of my kitchen faucet. Called them on Monday morning, within in a couple of hours Earlie arrived, charmed the dog and then burst out laughing when he saw the P trap my other half had proudly put together, without hurting her feelings, he politely pointed out all the things that would have got him fired had he installed it, then proceeded to fix the leak and give us a P trap up to code. Great people to work with, would highly recommend them.
