Had a major foundation issue with my parents home and needed to get an estimate for repair. The house is located in a small town so I doubted I could get a company to come out look at in a timely manner. NOT THE CASE with AA Basement. Called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Steven Y arrived and got right work. Super friendly and knowledgeable and even helped with some suggestions on other things that might need attention. His estimate arrived quickly. We were super happy with everything and highly recommend!

I contracted AA Water proofing to install a vapor barrier, two dehumidifiers, and pour concrete in a newly purchased building that previously had a dirt basement. I found Steven Younker, the owner, to be very articulate & knowledgeable about the basement waterproofing business. Steven was responsive, easy to communicate and toss ideas around with, and had been a life saver and sounding board when I ran into an unrelated issue with an oil tank in the basement which was being worked on by a separate company. Stevens team completed the job within scope and completed it quickly. It has been about 6 months since project completion, and so far, so good - two thumbs up.

Very professional company. Steven was very helpful when determining what was the best solution for my basement. Was told it would be a 2 or 3 day project but was finished on day 1. When the sump pump was installed and tested they were not satisfied with how it was running and was told that it would work for the time being but would be back in a few days to replace with a sump pump they were happy with.

AA was fantastic. They came up with two smart, cost effective solutions to complex water issues, and did an excellent job with the installation. When I had a problem that was not caused by their work but was related to the water issue, they came by and helped me. Cant recommend them highly enough

I cannot say enough good things about AA Basement and Waterproofing.They did EXCEPTIONAL work. Worked long hours even through a downpour going back and forth outside. The foreman, Danny, was so attentive and answered all our questions explaining the procedures during the process. They cleaned my basement afterwards leaving it in better shape than before they arrived!! How great is that?!! I would definitely recommend this company! They went above and beyond!

I contacted AA for a quote to take care of some water intrusion in my basement. Several days after I received their estimate, the situation became much more severe and involved a semi-compromised foundation. I called Steven, and he rearranged his schedule, came out the very next morning, provided a new quote, and began the repair/waterproofing job that same week. Throughout the entire ordeal, Steven and his team were knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and extremely quick to respond when I called with questions.
