I contacted Jordan electric around early to mid December for a manual transfer switch install for our portable generator. I sent in pictures in an attempt to save them a trip to the house and they responded with a completely different recommendation in an attempt to save us money, due to rusted electrical boxes and potential corroded wires that would of had to be removed. This option ended up actually saving money and was an option I was told by a different company wouldnt work with our setup. The communication and quick responses were greatly appreciated and they give EXCELLENT customer service. Shane the owner came out to install my system and walked me through it explaining everything to me the entire time. I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs you may have!

A terrific experience. Professional and intelligent they steered me to the exact solution for my complex situation—even better they found the most economical fix as well.The service men were clean, prompt and quick. Follow up service from the boss tied up loose ends—what’s not to like?

Shane & Stephanie Jordan, along with his crew are simply awesome!! I had water all over my laundry room and that clicked off a circuit breaker. Also, I live in a double wide mfg home which means if the fix inside didn’t work then that means the issue would be underneath the home in a crawl area. Not fun!! Well, they checked out everything and fixed the issue which was underneath. No complaints they were so polite and nice!! They arrived at the time they said they would and price was quite fair!! I would recommend this company 110%!!!!

I cannot recommend Jordan Electric enough! They are responsive, clear in their communication, fair in their pricing, and our project came in under budget. We used Jordan to have a subpanel relocated in our home. The owner, Shane, came to the house to price the job - he was thoughtful in his questions and approach. He inquired about future projects so they could be considered when moving the panel. The electricians who came to our home were on time, respectful, and hard working. The project took less time than anticipated and the cost was very reasonable. We will be using Jordan Electric moving forward for our electrical needs!

We highly, highly recommend Jordan Electric. Weve had them do two projects for us now, and both times they were responsive, professional, clear about quotes and how much the work might cost, and then delivered high-quality work in a timely fashion. We spoke to the owner Shane about some repairs we were considering doing in the future, and he was happy to answer questions and deliver us a quote. Well definitely be working with them again soon.

Shane Jordan and his team are AMAZING. I had an urgent issue; they returned my phone call within minutes and Mr. Jordan was at my house to fix the issue within an hour. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly for me. Prompt, courteous and reliable. I will gladly call them again and would highly recommend!
