Highly recommend Wakes Carpentry. They recently renovated our primary bathroom. Impeccable work and we are thrilled with the results. Tom and his subcontractors were all great. Like someone else said- worth every penny!

Tom and his team did a great job. Tom came in to replace our prior contractor and he really saved the day for our home renovation. He was on-time consistently, honest, transparent, and fairly priced throughout the entire process. Tom’s carpentry skills and experience are excellent and we greatly benefited from his strong relationships with his subcontractors.

Wakes Carpentry just completed a 3 month renovation of our home. We took an old attached garage and made it into a Master Bedroom Suite with bath, walk in closet and laundry area. It came out magnificent and better than I imagined. They also replaced many windows, repaired roofing problems, ceilings, doors, crown molding, base boards and new siding for the entire home. We had a new Heating and Air conditioner with 3 zones installed and a new water heater. The work went on and on. But the one thing that can be said is that all sub contractor’s that Tom uses are excellent and we passed every inspection with Town of Hampton. The relationship was such that Tom listened to our needs and concerns and performed the tasks of this total remodel in an exemplary manner. We are very pleased in the way the whole project was handled. We recommend Wakes Carpentry for you home repairs or remodels. We want to Thank all the people who worked for us and for your excellent work. My home is beautiful and no longer a Handy Man style home. It is as professionally done as if it was built new.

I am very pleased that I decided to use Wake’s Carpentry for my bathroom project. I was given a quote up front and that was what I paid. They were able to schedule the work while I was on vacation and it was complete when I got home. The work is of high quality and we think the bathroom looks great. Perhaps best of all is that i was contacted immediately when a small issue arose and it was handled over the phone. I look forward to having them do more work at my house.

We had been putting off having our front porch redone, in part due to reluctance to deal with the whole contractor process. When we finally decided to move forward we wanted to deal with a local contractor and previous reviews led us to Wakes Carpentry. We couldnt have made a better choice! Tom and Dustin made the whole process completely smooth. Their price was fair, their communication was great, and their work quality...wow! We love our new porch. Weve already asked them about a small side project to do now. Needless to say, we highly recommend this company.

This company saved my sale in just 4 words: Like it Never Happened! Last week, just 5 days before the closing on my home, some movers were moving a piece of furniture and lost control of the piece resulting in severe damage to my oak stairway. Three treads and the balusters needed to be replaced ASAP and Wakes Carpentry came through with QUALITY WORK IN RECORD TIME!I called as soon as the damage happened and Wakes Carpentry was at my home just a couple hours later to assess the damage, quote the repair and start the project, which was completed one day later! I couldnt have asked for a better finish carpenter and highly recommend this company for your construction/carpentry needs.See photos of the before and after work.

Wakes Carpentry was amazing to work with. They were super professional, had amazing subcontractors and did an amazing job. Great attention to detail! I felt comfortable with having them in my house even if I wasnt going to be home. Respectful of my time and space. Worth every penny. I would hire them again in a minute!
