    I can not say enough about Charles and his team. They did an amazing job on waterproofing our basement. I was in shear panic thinking how is this going to be done? Will it be done right? Will it help? How will I get rid of this mold? Will I get water anymore? Charles relieved me of all these worries. Him and his crew have gone above and beyond to make everything right for us. He is extremely professional and his communication skills exceeded my expectations. His prices were unbeatable. I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know.     Charles and his team installed a waterproof system in our basement in March, right before the large amount of rain that came through. It works fantastic and we are very relieved to have a dry basement during all the heavy rainfall. The process was hassle free and seamless from scheduling a consultation to the final product. Communication with Charles and his team was on point and everything was explained to us in terms we understood along the way. If you want a company that cares about the quality of their work at a reasonable price, then this is the company for you!

    Waterproofing 4 Less did an excellent job installing our internal French drain system in early January. Mike and the team were efficient, hauling away all debris. Charles has been very responsive to any questions or concerns, even following up a week later to ensure everything was working properly.While there was an initial mistake with the sump pump discharge pipe outside, they promptly addressed it. More recently, a different company installed a water-powered backup sump pump, which required modifying the existing discharge pipe. Unfortunately, this caused a leak at one of the joints. The other company refused to take responsibility and blamed previous improper gluing for the leak. However, Charles went above and beyond by having Mike come out the very next day to inspect and resolve the issue at no additional cost.Waterproofing 4 Less commitment to outstanding customer service and their willingness to stand behind their work is truly commendable. I highly recommend their services.

    Charles and his team have been remarkable. Charles is a super, super nice guy that takes great pride in his work and services! They provided great service, were on time, always accessible and Charles, especially, was a pleasure to work with, talk with and do business with. Top notch! A year after my basement was waterproofed, a small problem ensued. I contacted Charles, on a weekend, no less, and he immediately responded and was at my home in 20 minutes!!     We truly can’t even say enough amazing things about Charles and team! My husband and I had water in our basement after a terrible storm so we knew that we needed someone to come out and speak with us about waterproofing our basement. We were honestly a little skeptical about all the 5 star reviews but we decided to have Charles come out and speak with us and we are SO happy he did. He was prompt, responsive, and answered all of our questions! He was phenomenal from the first time we met him all the way through till the end! We met with 5 other waterproofing companies and to be honest no one else compared to Charles. He explained everything he was going to do, how long it would take, etc. We even would text him early in the morning or late at night and he was always responsive. He completed a full Interior French Drain at our house about 2 months ago and our basement has been completely dry!!If you need any waterproofing work done — you should reach out to Charles and I think- like us- that you will immediately realize why he has so many 5 star reviews!!

    Charles was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my inquiry right away, and came out to give a quote for the job that day. We had a French drain put in the entire perimeter of the basement for water flooding issues that have been ongoing and never addressed for years. They had the job finished within the following week. I waited to review after a couple of months to make sure the work was good, and we have not had any water issues since. Reviews online can be hit or miss, but Im glad I chose Charles as he defintiely lived up to all the good reviews. I highly recommend Charles and his team, they did great work.

    About a year ago, my husband noticed the discoloration of some of the basement bricks which were turning dark (looking like mold). We contacted Waterproofing 4 Less to check things out. Charles came over and determined that the bricks were absorbing water. He gave us a price and started a week later. (This company came highly recommended by a friend who recently had the same job done). His crew were very good at their jobs and were done in 3 days, including cleaning up the area. Charles is very helpful and will inform customers what needs to be done and work with the homeowner. We highly recommend Waterproofing 4 Less!

    Excellent family owned and operated local business who are experienced professionals. My particular home had a waterproofing issue. My basement never had the same wet areas in the same places after very heavy rain storms. It was discovered there were several areas in the wall. I am now moving forward with finish part of the basement. A French drain and sump pump were installed so we are confident framing and ready for the sheet rock. I have total piece of mind that l will not have to worry about mold issues behind the walls in the future when the family room is completed. Great preventive maintenance.     I called Charles for an estimate on waterproofing my basement and to see if we have a mold issue, and he came out immediately! He was so generous with his time and his expert advice, fully explained everything he’d do, and even brainstormed with me what we could do to the basement when we finally decide to fully finish it. I didn’t really have waterproofing in my home repair budget this year but after such a great experience I am eager to get started. He helped me realize that we can get my basement to a more functional condition and prevent some of the structural issues that could occur if we let this go too long, for much less than I imagined. He is honest and even gave me some good advice for another big job we need to have. Looking forward to working with him!!

We purchased our house with the basement being already finished/waterproofed but consistently had issues with headaches of water. Thanks to Water Proofing for Less, I now know what to look for and how the dangers of mold and moisture can ruin a home. Case in point- In buying a home in NC, the inspection found moisture in the crawl space which inadvertently ruined all the floors in the home. The buyers wanted to pay for the rugs.     Working with Charles And his team of experts was a wonderful experience! I had found moisture under the kitchen flooring in one of my properties while trying to install new tile flooring. So I reached out to Charles and his team at waterproofing 4 less and they were in and out in no time! removing all remaining flooring and Damaged drywall Along with pin pointing the cause of the water ingress, and treating the property. The cost was very reasonable and they did an excellent job at cleaning up after the work was completed.
