    ECC recently completed a full replacement of my house siding in Gloucester City. Everything was great from the start. They were detailed oriented, made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and worked quickly. They answered all our never ending questions without any issues.     ECC just completed a full siding job which included tearing off 3 layers of the old siding and brick face. They also replaced gutters, soffits, fixed rotting trim and capped the windows and fascia with aluminum. Everyone I dealt with from the sales staff, project manager, office staff and the technicians that performed the work were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were upfront about pricing and addressed any concerns and questions I had about the project. I especially want to give kudos for the crew led by Daniel. These men are truly artists at their craft and it was amazing watching them work.If you need roofing or siding done I would highly recommend them for your job. You will not be disappointed.

    My brothers and I cannot thank Tom Jackson enough for the persistence he had in dealing with our moms insurance company to ensure her claim was fully covered as a result of wind damage. Our mother is 95 years old and on a fixed income and any out-of-pocket expense would have set her back. We appreciate his hard effort to work everything out for her. The crew did a great job with the install, and we couldnt be more satisfied. Great job ECC!

    My experience was great working with ECC and Ryan who coordinated with my insurance to get what I needed for my roof replacement. Day of ECC showed up and replaced the roof quickly. They made sure to protect my windows/siding when disposing of old roofing debris. They spent half the day cleaning up and triple checking for any nails around the property. Would definitely call ECC again for any roofing or siding needs. Roof came out great!

    We are so grateful to have found ECC Roofing and Siding. Tom came out and took the time to give us an accurate estimate (same day) and tell us exactly what we were getting into. They were honest and took great care of us throughout the process. When our materials came in the contractors came out right away to get started. It was amazing watching their work. They are professional, and their craft is amazing. We had a total transformation of our house that took about a week, so of course the job was messy. They took the time each day to clean up and ensure that our house wasnā€™t a safety hazard. Each day they spent 1-2 hours cleaning after already working hard all day. We were blown away when we saw our house after the job was done. It is truly amazing. We are so glad we found ECC Roofing and Siding.

    ECC did such a great job my neighbors say I got a NEW house. Everyone was courtieous and very professional in how they performed their tasks. Unfortunatelly as with many home improvements unexpected but very necessary additions had to be done. All were explained in detail and a fixed price quoted. Due to the addition the job took longer than expected but everyone continued until it was finished. After the clean up the only way you could tell anything had been done was my new house. I did notice a very minor detail that needed attention, and within hours two men came and remidied it. I have nothing but praise for ECC management, office staff and crew. I wouldnt hesitae to recommend for any work you need. Did I mention it was done at a reasonable price??? Thank You ECC roofing and siding. Nick. West Berlin

    Best roofers I have ever seen, a crew of over 12 guys came out and not only finished my roof in 1 day but 1 guy was constantly walking around the house picking up trash. Highly recommend these guys, and they only use quality roof material (Owens corning)

    Angie came out to give me a quote on replacing my gutters and she was very professional and informative. She explained how the entire process was handled step by step and gave me a quote that same day. I had brand new gutters installed the next week and they came out perfect with no issues. The guys that installed the gutters came while I was at work and when I got home it was like no one was there, they cleaned up leaving no mess. Angie followed up with me even after the job was done and even came out to see it after to make sure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend! ECC is top notch for sure!

    Working with Tom, Gabriel, and the rest of the ECC Team has been a great experience. Tom really helped us out when a hail storm damaged our roof. He guided us through the whole process from filing our insurance claim to making sure our roof and gutters were properly taken care of. He even went on the roof with the insurance company to ensure the damage was properly assessed. Tom did a great job and made the process seamless for us especially when it came time to picking out a roof. Gabriel did an amazing job ensuring the project went smoothly and the work was up to our standards by reviewing everything with us before, during, and after the project was complete. We were very happy with the roof and gutters that were repaired/installed. I will certainly be using ECC again for any of my roofing, gutter, or siding needs and will certainly recommend to anyone who needs work done!

    I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The professionalism and work done was top notch. It started with the first meeting with Angie and Brian. Both took their time with going over all of my options and explaining every detail of what was going into my new roof and the materials used. Neither made the meeting feel rushed at all and spent quite a bit of time with me. They came up with a price and a financing plan to fit my budget. The crew on the day of the installation were professional. John, Rudy and the crew were terrific and at the end of the installation the cleanup made it like they were never even there.     After reaching out to a few roofing companies, I finally came across ECC. They were the only roofing company that didnt ask me to replace the whole roof (the problem was only in the front).     One of the best companies we ever hired to do work on our home. Bridgett in the office is super nice and the crew that came out to do the work was efficient and did a wonderful job. When I had problems with my front gutters they came out within the hour and found the cause (clogged gutters) and cleaned them out for free ! What great service.     We are very happy with ECC Roofing and Siding! Met with Jim who showed us our options and was kind, not pushy as the others we had called. We saw recommendations on Home Advisor and decided to call them and they were local too. All our questions were answered, and we made the decision to go with ECC because of their recommendations in the Hammonton and surrounding area, and Jims representation of his company. The estimate was within our budget which was a priority too. They came out with their crew, worked diligently all day, completed the job and cleaned up so well, you would of never known the roof was torn off and replaced!     We couldnā€™t have hired a better roofing company. We received a quote from a different company before ECC Roofing. After Tom from ECC Roofing came to our home we knew we didnā€™t want to use any other company. They were more pricey then our other quote but we were not willing to cheap out on something that protects our home and everything in it after we had ceiling collapse in two rooms from a snow storm. We learned when it comes to a roof you get what you pay for. Our experience from the other quote was a guy who merely stopped by our house with a drone picture of our roof and gave us a much lower price. He spent about 5 minutes in our front yard and just gave us a price. That company never stepped foot on our roof or explained anything to us. When Tom from ECC Roofing came he went on our roof. He took measurements and noted the condition of our roof. He came inside of our home with a laptop, video, and pictures of our roof. He was extremely educated about the roofing systems. He was professional and was able to answer the questions we had. He wasnā€™t rushed to run out the door as if we were just another sale. After speaking to him we knew this was the company we wanted to use. We signed paperwork that day and he had a crew out the next morning to tarp the area where we had the collapse. The next week John our production manager along with a crew were at our home ripping everything off of our roof. It only took 5 days to complete from removing everything to clean up. There was a lot to be done. We had to have a complete tear off and replacement gutters included. With the roof we chose we also have a great warranty. We were also comfortable with this company knowing they have been in business for more then 20 years. We couldnā€™t be happier with the job done.

    I rate this company outstanding. The roof as well as the installation are first rate and I would highly recommend them. The salespeople and installers were friendly, courteous and very efficient. The work crew came early and finished the installation ( including cleanup) in 1 day. The roof is beautiful and does not leak. The supervisor of the work crew was very helpful, answering my questions and ensuring that my existing gutters, gutter guards and downspouts were protected during installation. My wife and I are extremely happy with this whole experience.

    I can not say enough about what a wonderful company ECC is. From start to finish they have exceptional customer service, expertise, reliability, professionalism, and most importantly they do an excellent job with their roofing and siding. During the coarse of having my roof and siding done I was very please with the workers; everyday they checked in with me to make sure it was ok to begin working and they kept their work site spotless through out the entire job, a group of great guys. Then there is the owner and the office staff; let me just say they were outstanding!! They get back to you immediately, answer all your questions, and they go over and above to help you with all your needs. The owner Jim is the best; he treats you the way you would treat a family or friend which really means a lot.
