The office made sure I was informed through tex and e mail of every step. Could be happier with the install.     I used Graff electric to dig a 100 trench and install electrical connections for a pool pump, electric heater, and accessory outlet. This is the second property Ive owned to have this scope of work done, and I can say Graff does an outstanding job. The did not mess around with the depth of the trench, quality of materials and professionalism on the job. They charged me exactly what was quoted, and were flexible with scheduling. I would 100% hire them again for other electrical projects when needed. We are in Hamilton, NJ.

    UPDATE (Jan 2023): Amending this review just to reiterate how great it is working with Graff, they came out to finish up a project that the team started in October 2022 that was waiting on delivery of appliances to my property. They were able to schedule work within a few days of reaching out, and had someone highly skilled on-site very promptly. Work was done well, not disruptive (I work from home), and incredibly friendly and informative.Original Review: Wonderful experience working with Graff Electric -- got an incredibly prompt response to our request for a quote, and had someone out in a few days to assess our project needs, with a quote in-hand within a day. When the work started (very promptly at the time specified), the team was incredibly courteous and professional, regularly checking in with us to confirm our needs, ask important questions about the job, and share information with us throughout the day. Work was high quality and very thorough. Will be working with them again in the future for sure when electrical projects come up.
