    We used Tamlin for a full window, siding, and framing renovation of an existing room that was added to our house in the 70s. The room had considerable water damage with multiple glass sliding doors which provided minimal insulation due to seal failure. Tamlin was able to do a complete removal of the old, rotten framing and rebuild the walls to use double hung windows that seamlessly matched the rest of the house. They also did an excellent job adding new Hardie Plank lap siding, which we love the look of. They were great at communicating the progress of the project with us, what they had completed and what was next. The team was incredibly detail oriented to make sure we were completely satisfied with the outcome of the work from top to bottom. Now the room is comfortable for us to enjoy year round and matches the classic look of our home!

    We used Tamlin Roofing for a rental property of ours. Our main concern was getting the roof replaced as soon as possible. It took about 5 days from estimate to completion. Im sure not every experience can be completed so quickly, but I really appreciate them listening to our concerns and addressing everything immediately. Ive not had the best experience arranging repairs with our rental properties, but Tamlin Roofing made everything extremely easy. They even went out of their way to explain everything to our tenants themselves. I really appreciate this experience and will definitely use this roofing company again in the future.

    We got a new roof from Tamlin in 2021! We received fantastic customer service and got a great looking roof at a very reasonable price.During the big storms last week, one of the rubber seals around a vent pipe which had deteriorated in the summer heat, broke and leaked. To be clear, Tamlin didnt install this seal and it wasnt their responsibility, but when we called them to come out to figure out the problem, their guy said hed fix it for free while he was up there. Again, just fantastic customer service! Highly recommend!

    Tamlin Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Amie came out to go over all of their findings in the inspection and explained the insurance process and install in detail! She even built a mini roof on our table to show the the process and materials that were going to be used at our install. The crew that came to install our roof were hard working and got the roof done that afternoon. They did a fantastic job in cleaning up around our yard. AL also was the foreman on the job and in charge of making sure everything went smooth with install. He was very prefessional and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond making sure we were happy with the work. We love our new roof and would highly recommend Tamlin Roofing and windows for your roofing needs. Just completed an entire roof after some storm damage and am so pleased with the job that was done. The management at Tamlin from start to finish worked like crazy to make life much easier for us.     I can’t say enough good things about Tamlin Roofing and Windows. We recently renovated our house and Tamlin did the roof. They were so easy to work with, reasonably priced, and reliable. We got their name from our neighbor, after seeing them do her roof, we fell in love with her shingles. She told me that they had called 6 companies, only 2 of which responded, and Tamlin was the best price. They were very happy with the service as well.

    My roof needed replaced badly, Tamlin Roofing came out gave me a reasonable quote and a very quick time frame. The communication from start to finish was great.     Roof and gutter replacement. Every phase of the project was exceptional. The estimate by Josh was very detailed and well presented. The installation crew was professional, cautious about landscaping and falling debris, very thorough with clean up. Josh visited the site several times during the installation and also the following week for a final inspection. Also received a Thank You note! Awesome.

    We used Tamlin to tear off and replace our roof about 4 years ago and have been very pleased with the results. This was part of an insurance claim from storm damage, and Tamlin walked us through the entire process from the initial quote until the job was finished. The installers were SUPER fast and cleaned up after themselves as well. They even converted our roof from box vents to ridge vents during the process.We have used Tamlin several times since our roof replacement for other various projects and have always been happy with their service and results.

    Josh was driving by and noticed two shingles on my roof that were slightly raised. He came to the door and asked me if I would like a free inspection based upon what he saw. I told him yes and his report found that the nails had lifted from the shingles, so he repaired it. The inspection of the rest of the roof proved to be in good shape except for one area where a shingle had blown completely up. He was not in his work truck so he did not have equipment. He told me he would be back the next day to fix the issue, however, 15 minutes later he texted me that he was pulling up to the house with the caulk to fix the roof shingle.Professional, courteous, reliable, and dependable is my opinion of Tamlin Roofing.

    Our roof incurred some wind damage during a storm which was noticed by a Tamlin Roofing representative. Based upon an inspection by one of their team members, I submitted a claim to my insurance company and was informed that I would receive a new roof under the terms of my policy. Three weeks after the contract was signed, materials arrived and the job was started and completed the next day. We couldnt be happier with the result and we enthusiastically recommend Tamlin Roofing to our neighbors in the vicinity of Liberty Township!

    We are thrilled we called Tamlin!We live on a very busy street and were being awakened through the night by loud trucks and motorcycles so we contacted them about getting a better window. They explained in detail the differences in each window and told us what would be the best for noise blockage.It has made ALL the difference to go to a triple pane thermal weld window. We also feel no temperature difference when by this window as it is much better insulated.Thanks Tamlin!

    We highly recommend Tamlin Roofing & Windows! We had some water damage in our garage due to storm that damaged our roof. Another contractor came out and tried to sell us on new siding saying that is where my issue stemmed from so we asked Tamlin to come out for a second opinion. They were able to locate the damaged area on the roof and worked with our insurance company to fix the roof and water damage in the garage. This has been 2 years since that issue and we have had no issues since. Thanks Tamlin for being an honest, ethical company!

Amie stopped by initially to let us know she was passing by and had spotted some shingles that had popped up after a windstorm and asked if we would like a free inspection, along with tarping the area at no cost.     I noticed some water spots on my ceiling after a heavy storm last summer and called Tamlin Roofing to get an assessment on the damage. Derek and his team were extremely professional and showed up on-site the next day. They made some temporary repairs that needed immediate attention and started the process to have the entire roof replaced (old roof was 20+ years old). Tamlin made the entire process seamless, including dealing with my insurance company. I would use them again and I have recommended them to several others.

    My home had damage in late Spring to both the siding & roof. I cant say enough about how fantastic this companys employees are. The work done for a full roof replacement as well as 1/4 of the siding for the home is wonderful. They help update the look for the home by suggesting a roof with a more modern design than what the home currently had. Its made a 20 year old home look freshly up-to-date.     I contacted Tamlin Roofing for assistance with a damaged window screen. The office manager asked several questions and determined that, while they were not the correct fit for the services I was seeking, they were happy to refer me to Scofield Window and Door (the company they use for this type of service as well). It isnt often a business phone is answered by a human let alone one willing to go the extra mile and provide a referral a source to help me remedy my issue. Knowing they have a staff that is local, available, and genuinely helpful will make me call them for any future services they can help me with and I would recommend anyone else do the same.

    Tamlin Roofing was the absolute best choice for us to go through the process of replacing our roof. We had to file an insurance claim due to damage from a storm. I posted a general request on Facebook and the office at Tamlin reached out within 15 minutes and were available to come out within the hour. Josh took the time to explain the fix that would be needed to our siding and cost associated with it. Josh asked before he left if he could take his drone to inspect the rest of the roof. Josh took the extra step to make sure that our entire roof was inspected closely, and we are extremely glad he did. After a close inspection, he found other damages caused by the storm and gave us our different options along with his recommendation. Due to the damage, Josh requested that we filed an insurance claim as he believed the roof should be replaced and covered by the insurance company.As I’m sure others are aware, working with insurance on a claim can be tedious, time consuming, and difficult. Josh was there every step of the way and led all communication with the Insurance company. Josh responded extremely quick, responded to texts of any questions I had within minutes, if not seconds, and was very detailed in his responses. Josh provided evidence to the insurance company including multiple videos and photos of the damage of our roof. Josh was extremely knowledgeable of the laws and ordinances surrounding the requirements with our roof. Josh went to bat for us every step of the way and dealt with everything.After back and forth with the insurance company for over 100 days, we finally got approval for a roof replacement. Josh had everything scheduled with us immediately, set expectations as to what would happen from start to finish with the roof and the day, and kept us updated with photos throughout the day of progress. The final result was amazing and everything was handled by Josh in an extremely timely manner.Tamlin was absolutely amazing, and I would recommend them for any work you need done to your roof, siding, or windows.

    I scheduled an estimate for some minor wind damage. The owner of the company came out with a colleague. Right then and there the owner decided he would try to fix the loose fascia temporarily to avoid potential rain damage until they could come back and fix permanently. Talk about customer service! Awesome!This will not be a big job for Tamlin, but they have guaranteed themselves a call the next time I need roof or siding work.Highly recommended!

    A 70 foot tree blew over on my house and penetrated into my living room. Derek Demolet with Tamlin Roofing was very professional, responsive and extremely helpful working with the insurance adjuster. Without his knowledge and expertise the insurance company would not have replaced the whole roof. I’m very grateful for his help! It was a real pleasure working with him and I highly recommend Tamlin Roofing.

    After a particularly bad wind storm, my roof fascia became dislodged and was badging against the house. Following a neighbors recommendation, i contacted Tamlin roofing, and Im glad i did! Derek and A.L. were out the next morning to remove the old piece and then came back out a couple days later to do the repair. They also did a full roof inspection while they were up there... there was no other damage, but it was peace of mind to know it had been checked out. Highly recommend!
