Derrick completely rebuilt our stairs leading to our 2nd floor. We live in an old farmhouse and the the pitch and treads were extremely dangerous. With a young child I was very cautious to use them, but now we can use them without worry. They are not only safe, but they are beautiful! The time and detail Derrick took it into these stairs is amazing. Thank you so much Derrick! Your work is unmatched.

McElroy Renovations renovated our bathroom and did a fantastic job! We had most of the pieces (toilet, vanity, tile, paint, light fixtures and mirror) but he did all the installation work. First he had to switch up the HVAC guts with the toilet plumbing because we swapped where they are. Then he laid porcelain tile, stripped and painted 2 doors, painted walls and ceiling, installed the vanity, added electric and hooked up light fixtures and hung a large mirror. As he removed the old fixtures, he patched drywall and painted. He did a phenomenal job. Derreck was also very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. He also made sure he knew exactly what we wanted as questions did come up we hadnt foreseen. I would highly recommend McElory Renovations!

Derrick does a great job! He takes his time to do things right, and takes extra care to clean things up and leave them fully finished and functioning. Weve previously used him for drywall, but this time he came and did a few different electrical jobs around the house. Him and his partner were very thorough and everything looked great when he left! Ill definitely be continuing to use him for future jobs in our home.

We had two rooms that were only studs and old sub flooring. They finished both rooms and made them livable spaces. Very clean, prompt, profession, and honest, which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend McElroy Reovations for all of your home improvement needs. Derrick, the owner, is a true craftsman & perfectionist in his work. Derrick completed a hefty drywall job in my home & exceeded my expectations by leaps & bounds. He was friendly, responsive, punctual & did not leave a mess. I won’t hesitate to hire Derrick again for my next project.
