I would like to thank the technician Brian Waldman for his professionalism and his ability to explain things to my wife and I during his visit to tuneup our 18 year old AC unit and give us an estimate on a new furnace and AC. The estimate was more then fair and also comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty which you don’t find to often in that industry. It also helps us save money by not having to carry a service plan on those units for at least 10 years !! Anyway, I can’t say enough good things about their company . Thanks again

$59 Furnace exam, emissions Check, etc. went fine.Cleaning components (Flame Sensor, blower,etc) are all extra charges. For example cleaning flame sensor costs $107 extra.

We bought our home just over 2 years ago, we have no idea when the A/C unit was last cleaned and after having Adams Health Home team come clean it, it was obvious that it had been FAR longer than we guessed. The unit was very gross and the tech estimated that we will see a cost savings in our cooling bill the rest of the summer given how much build up was in the unit.

I used Adams Healthy Home for a routine AC tune up. A few scheduled visits were rescheduled to due employee emergencies but Adams Healthy Home called me right away for rescheduling. The technician was professional and knowledgable about the AC unit.

Adams was responsive to my request to have someone come out on short notice. Tech showed up 15 minutes early and was patient while I finished up my task. He offered two options for the work I wanted done, both were more than double what I had been quoted from other services. Ultimately I felt the quotes were unreasonable for the work requested and choose not to use them. They offered not to charge me for the service call, but I paid them regardless, they came out on short notice and it was my choice to say no. I have no reservations outside of the apparent high cost of the requested service.
