    Paul and his team is absolutely amazing! Paul came to give us a estimate and started working immediately days later. Very punctual and he really cares about his work. My hallway looks amazing and he installed 70 pounds heavy chandelier too! We will definitely use him for our next projects! Can’t wait!!

    Paul was great. He fixed some structural rot issues and installed a new front door, which works perfectly. He definitely takes pride in his work. You can be sure that any job he does, is done right and at a fair price. Paul was great to talk with from the beginning when he looked at the job and was easy to work with for scheduling the time to do the job. At the end of the day you have high quality work done at a reasonable price. Im definitely calling him back to do some trim upgrades.

    This is the 2nd bath Paul has done for us. It exceeded our expatation, as always. I have never seen a bath with the trim Paul did for us.Check out our beautiful new bathroom on Pauls website.     Paul Alfieri did a tremendous job installing crown molding throughout my home. He took care of every step from beginning to end throughout the entire process. He and his team went above and beyond to get the job done. He was very professional. I strongly recommend his services.

    Paul Alfieri absolutely TRANSFORMED our basement!! He did a phenomenal job. We wanted a cozy accent wall with a built in fireplace and shiplap. We showed him a source picture and that man went to work bringing our vision to life. He is super knowledgeable, friendly and ensured we were happy with the progress made each day. He had great ideas as well that we were able to discuss and went above and beyond (ie. Hanging our bi fold doors, touching up paint in nearby areas etc. and left the place spotless at the end of each day!) He was like a creative partner during the project which was comforting. He is definitely going to be my first call for any future projects!! My wife and I are super excited to start using the space. Thank you for everything Paul!! You da man!!

    Paul is an extremely personable professional who explains everything in great detail to allow his clients to understand all aspects of the project. From day one Paul was open and honest about the best way to do our deck project. Anytime there was a needed change or a revision he would call and explain why and what was needed.     My father hired Paul back in 91 . He has passed since then . For my father to like you and respect you . You needed to earn it thru work , just say Paul and him got along just fine . He’s a hard worker and very meticulous about his work and maintaining a clean work area . He worked for our corporation for 18 years doing on call work and always made time for us day or night , maintaining our properties and performing work on our individual houses . When needed . He’s a great guy very dependable honest and does the job right . Went beyond on few at no additional cost to us . fair and very respectful.Thank you Paul you are one of a kind

    On Labor Day weekend my shower leak was getting worse and I couldn’t wait to have it fixed. I called Paul, he responded immediately and came right over to my house and told me the issue and I was able to have my boyfriend go out and get what we needed and he didn’t even charge us for going out of his way. He’s a very kind, genuine person. I will be going through him and only him for all work on my house. I highly recommend Paul. If I could give him 10 stars I would, you will never be disappointed!

    Paul was there for us from start to finish with our bath renovation. He saw my vision and turned it into a piece of artwork. Paul understood what I wanted and made sure to use high quality products. I have a beautiful porcelain tile floor in a herringbone pattern. Paul picked the design element used on my shower walls.He never cut corners because hes a perfectionist. I trusted Paul enough that he basically picked out most of the products used and the wall color. That says alot about the trust I have in him . I would recommend Paul to anyone that was looking for superior quality at an honest price.

    Paul Alfieri came to my house for an estimate on a deck project I already hired someone to do . At first he didn’t want to get involved till we spoke a little further explaining to him what the previous contractor did and how much I already paid him . Paul informed me that all the materials that were purchased were wrong the footings from what he seen where in the wrong spot . There was no plan for the deck which I was told by the previous contractor he was taking care of it . Long story short . Paul did take on the job had all the materials returned at no charge drew up a plan for us . He finished the job a day before our yearly Labor Day party which we were elated giving him only a week to complete . We went 7 weeks with our yard a mess waiting with nothing but excuses... Alfieri Renovations came thru at a very reasonable price and went beyond our expectations. I have to admit I was a little weary from the previous contractor... Paul and his crew came thru with flying colors .... greatly appreciated

    I had Paul come by and give me a price on replacing my deck boards and railings . He assured me I didn’t have too that the boards were in good shape just replace a few instead of spending money that’s not needed ... I let him choose the colors which black I had a hard time imagining but wow it’s beautiful, looks new and stands out ... not only did he safe me money he gave me a beautiful job

    We had a number of contractors out to estimate a job. The job was that we had noticed some damp sheetrock and crumbling tape in the corner and ceiling of our library. This structure also had a flat roof with older decorative railing. We wanted someone to open the sheetrock, identify the source of the moisture and repair it, getting it back to normal. Paul Alfieri came out for an estimate and the first thing he did was bring up our paper and garbage can from the street to us. We showed him the room and he went out onto the roof. He could feel softness around the foot of the railings and identified the spongey material in the gutters meant to keep leaves out had accumulated dirt and debris and likely causing overflow and contributing to the issue. He removed all of that while he was here estimating and we hadnt even hired him yet. We liked his style and approach of doing the right job correctly. He started the following Friday with his helper, Harry. When he took down the wall and part of the ceiling, clearly this was an ongoing problem neglected and poorly bandaged by the prior owner. It was truly a Pandoras box. The sheetrock, plywood, joists, foot plates, several studs and the entire roof was rotted from water damage and there was considerable mold. We were overwhelmed. Paul reassured us that although this was now a lot more involved than the original job, that he could rectify the situation for good. In 5 days he had essentially gutted and reinstalled two walls and a roof and renovated into a sturdy, clean and watertight structure. He added new decorative railing with solar LED lights on the rail caps. His attention to detail and efficiency is remarkable. He keeps his work space clean and his rates are very fair. We are now back to normal and will absolutely use and highly recommend Paul Alfieri of Alfieri Renovations LLC for any other home project we have. If you are in the Orange County area looking for a reliable and honest contractor for any job in your home...Call Paul!

    I highly recommend Alfieri Renovations. Paul Alfieri has done a remarkable job helping to restore our home.Our 150-year-old home needed significant restructuring. We had many contractors look at our house and scope out the project. Paul was the only one that was truly confident in what he was talking about.Paul provided us with a fair quote and timeline of the work. He coached us through the process, the next steps, and everything we needed to expect. Paul provided us with a timeline and was transparent about other projects he had going on and when he would be able to start ours.He even helped facilitate the needed permits and coordinated with the architect to speed things up.Once the project started, Paul helped get the house ready and even helped us move all of the furniture, something he didn’t have to do but did because he’s a decent man. He went above and beyond what was required of him, and I truly appreciated it.Another thing about Paul? HE. IS. METICULOUS. This project lasted a little over a month, and every day he swept the floors clean and removed dust from our living areas. He was super careful about it, too, since my wife is pregnant during all of this.Another thing I admired and appreciated, while this was a major renovation, there were times I was worried about the structure of other areas, and I called Paul with my concerns at around 8 pm, long after he had left. Without hesitating, he returned to my house and reassured me everything was okay. Not just with his words, but he took the time to explain what I was seeing and put my mind at ease.Hiring Alfieri Renovations to do our home project was such a good decision for us. Our house is beautiful, a direct result of Pauls craftsmanship and attention to detail. I will continue to go to Paul for any further projects and will happily recommend him to anyone I know. Contractors, let alone people like Paul, are hard to come by.

Paul went over and above reinforcing the deck. Picking the colors Paul has the eye. He suggested a two-tone and it was the right choice!     Alfieri Renovations did a fantastic job in restoring my deck. Not only did they replace the rotting wpod decking but reinforced the support foundation which was caving and was a big hazard. They saved me thousands of dollars in replacement costs!I intend to use them again for other jobs i might need in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
