Excellent customer service and great people. had an issue of water backing up called and within an hour Nicholas was here to figure out the issue, called a gentleman with a camera, Bryan, to come and help identify the problem and both got it figured out and we are getting things scheduled to be fixed, they are still working on it at 10pm, amazing customer service and great people the both of them, hats off to them and would happily recommend them to anyone in need.

Omg. I moved in to a new home with a septic. Our toilets weren’t flushing late on a Sunday evening. I called Roto Rooter who told me a tech would be calling shortly. About 60 seconds later Brayden called and said he’d be here in 30 minutes. I can’t tell you the relief I felt. Two daughters and my wife and I with no functional toilets. Braydan had us fixed up in a jiffy and was professional and polite the entire time. I will call nobody else next time I need a plumber.

My experience with Roto-Rooter was quick and professional, same day fix, and no nonsense. Had a clog in a drain pipe affecting 4 drains, plumber that came out cleared the clog, offered suggestions, and checked all other drains to ensure we were good to go. I’d definitely use them again.

We were having issues with our toilet at my office and I called Roto-Rooter. Steve and Narcisco came the next day and they were FAST, professional, and affordable. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again next time I need help with plumbing.

These guys are great! We have a unique sump pump system that pumps water from house out to city line because we are below it and mike is the only guy we found that confidently knows how to fix. We’ve had him out for several pump replacements. It’s always so easy to deal with them. Their dispatch is kind, nice and helpful and they always takes care of us. They are fair, and do a great job too! This last call they had to send a different guy because mike was busy, but he said he would make sure he could take care of me and he did. Very pleased with roto-rooter.

I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

The scheduler called me when the technician was on his way, as promised. Braden took the time to address the real problem and left our outdoor drain in much better shape than before. He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. Im sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and wed use this company again.

Tyler was very upfront, professional, and easy to welcome in to our home. I did think the price was a touch steep for the scope of work. That said from online scheduling to work completed in less than 4 hours and a guarantee on labor I am satisfied.

Had an emergency clog/backup on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. 3 other locations couldn’t help until Tuesday at the earliest, but Roto-Rooter FW had their on-call rep call me back in half the time they said and arrived within 2 hours. I expected the ‘holiday’ bill to be a tough one to swallow, but the entire service was extremely reasonable and affordable. I will be switching my primary plumbing needs to RR FW from now on. Thanks!

This plumbing service is great! I will say that they arrived an hour late but it was okay since plumbers cant guarantee times for each client. They fixed the slab leak and helped with the pipes. Also they are open on Sundays so thats also a plus. Would really recommend and they are nice people.

We had our sink back up when using the dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was Friday after and I had called a bunch of other plumbers who didnt have time to come out until the next week. Roto Rooter said they could have someone come by in 1-2 hours. Had a call before they came almost 2 hours to the time they said. They pulled apart the pipes under my sink to try to clear the clog but were unable to reach the clog. As one plumber was putting together the pipes under my sink again the other was up on the roof going through the roof vent. The price was still the same quoted even after all the work needed. Definitely going with roto rooter for future work.

I am the manager @ Store Here Self Storage and I had Chris Rodriguez@ the Haltom City branch out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other plumbers. Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and Im glad we did. After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! Steve came out and gave me a quote which was HALF of what a few of the other companies charged! He performed the service within 2 days and left my yard clean. Steve (and Melissa) answered all my questions and contacted me every step of the project. Heres the kicker -- Steve found a hole in my kitchen pipe while under the house and replaced it. The total cost ended up being LESS than the original quote!!! I HIGHLY recommend this Roto-Rooter location. Ask for Steve! Thank you so much for your wonderful work. How stressful is it to become aware of a gas leak and have Atmos turn off your gas service 2 days before Thanksgiving in an old house with gas everything (water heater, central heat, cooktop, oven...)?? The answer is A lot!It lasted only until Roto-Rooter said they could have someone there the very next morning!!! They performed the testing and repairs needed during the same trip, with all parts and test equipment needed already in the truck.... and then made arrangements with the City for work inspection the very next business day! Way exceeded what I thought was realistically feasible.The stress relieve gained from their responsiveness and the sense of professionalism was amongst the very best I have experienced with just about any contractor over many years. The fairness of the pricing in light of the service rendered was also just first class. I will tell all my friends to hire Roto-Rooter for any plumbing service need, and I am writing this review to let others know about it as well.Thanks a ton Roto-Rooter... you knocked it out of the ballpark!A very Happy and truly impressed Customer

Can’t say enough good things about this business. The experience from the beginning was great. Melissa who works the phones at the office was awesome. I explained my situation and the issue I had that a prior plumber couldn’t repair. She put me on the phone with the dispatcher, Bill, who told me they had plenty of line and the correct equipment to snake my sewer line. Bill called me back later and said someone was in my area. Braydan called me around 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night and asked what my issues was. He said let’s give it a shot tonight but would be better if he had his camera. He came out and tried to clear the line but couldn’t. Here is where he blew me away. He said don’t pay me tonight because I didn’t fix it. When I come back tomorrow you can. You just don’t get that from businesses anymore. He came back today and cleared the line. Top to bottom great business that is FAMILY run. This is not a corporate location so the service here is top notch. Thanks again and another big shout out to Braydan for fixing my clogged sewer line!

I had called a previous plumber before calling Roto-Rooter in Fort Worth. After describing the situation on the phone to that plumber he came out and took one look at my backed up storm drain and said he didnt work on those types of drains . . . . even after I described it to him. Anthony from Roto-Rooter came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day.
