    We recently moved into an older home and knew it needed some upgrades right away. Replacing the old windows with impact windows was a top priority to make sure we were prepared in case a storm hit.While we were at it, we decided to add some new doors and upgrade the AC unit, as the house definitely needed improvements.We chose USA Home Improvement, and it was the best decision! Our technician was amazing--super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they made the whole process so easy for us.Now, our home feels safer, more comfortable, and updated. Were beyond happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend USA Home Improvement to anyone looking to upgrade their home!

    Words really canā€™t express how thrilled I am to have had the pleasure of having my new metal roof replacement done by USA Home Improvements. They are the BEST. From my initial visit by Dor the salesman thru to the support by the efficient Elizabeth and the amazement of actually watching the fabrication of my metal roof just outside my door to the organized installation and final cleanup it was truly a great experience. I honestly canā€™t think of a word to express how wonderful and stress free the experience has been. I wholeheartedly recommend them.PS.     POSTED FOR ADAN ASHLEY : We contracted with USAHI to replace all the windows and entry doors in a small home we were renovating. It was the height of hurricane season so we anticipated a wait. USAHI apologized but gave us a promise date we could live with. They met their commitment date - a pleasant surprise these days. Their crew of 6 arrived on the appointed day and time and worked well into the evening to get the windows and doors installed. The workers were friendly and diligent. One member spoke english (we speak no spanish) so we were able to communicate questions and answers adequately. Their work quality was excellent and they thoroughly cleaned the job site. We also arranged to have new window sills installed and they sent another work crew a few days later. Again, very friendly and obviously skilled. The results were beautiful. It was a pleasure to work with them and we would certainly recommend them.

    I start relationship with US Home Improvement with Shay. He is a sale person and he explained everything to me in details and I ask him some other small favors. He accept it and I give my house all the windows and roof and also my apartments windows to this company. installer was really good. They installed really quickly and also the company follows the permit application with the city very well, I only have some problem when they do the roof. They broke some pipes inside the house because they hit the roof really hard, but they came and fixed it. whenever I have a problem when I explain to them. They can able to fix it. I recommend this company because they are reliable, professional, and problem solver.

    Excellent, prompt and very professional service !!! They also answered any questions we may have had. We needed impact doors installed but still wanted plenty of light! Todays visit was for small finishes & an initial inspection by Louis Felder a consultant from USA. They have scheduled a final cosmetic touchup for tomorrow & a final inspection by the Town of Davie for monday. I would recommend them.

    We had an amazing experience with USA HI with installing our impact windows. Everything went smoothly since the beginning of the process with Christine who was honest and straight to the point with the information we wanted. It took about 8 weeks for windows to come in and for the permits to be approved. We were called immediately to schedule the installation in which Jose and his partner did an awesome job installing the windows and taking down our previous shutters. They took the time to clean up after themselves after each window. Lastly, we had Ivan and Daniel come out and fix the stucco for us. They were fast and efficient and showed me how everything looked afterwards and what the next steps were. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install impact windows!

Gil is fantastic and communicates incredibly well, you feel like he is part of your family!     Edit:My Door has finally been fixed, Louis my Rep was very professional with making sure I understood that the doors manufacture was the reason for the delay and why my issues had not been fixed in a timely manner, I was also reminded that my door has a 10-year warranty to cover fixes like this if they happen again in the future. Although it took a long time, and the door was expensive I have to say that they were determine to make sure I understood that they were here to help me with my issues and it was the door manufactures fault why I was missing parts for initial install and why I was having issues with my door so early in its life cycle. I wonder how this will bode in the long-term, but Live and Learn.That being said I still believe a more communication between me and the customer rep team would of settle most of my worries, especially when weeks turned into months, etc.Original:Stay* clear from this company. I ordered a door from them*, they charged me way overpriced but whatever thought quality would be better than others, turns out no, my door which cost nearly $10,000 is already falling apart. Iā€™ve called them over 5 times with issue concern this door and it seems like after the point of sale they do not care. Iā€™ve been patient itā€™s been 3 months since getting the door installed and they just do not care about their customers. I wish I didnā€™t have to write this review, but I cannot take this abuse anymore. You can do better with literally anyone else.

    USA Home Improvement just completed my hurricane impact windows and doors. It was a big job with a triple slider, double slider, front door and 35 windows. From the beginning, I was impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of everyone whom I was in contact. The company kept me informed from securing the permits to the final inspection.The painter just came today and stated that this was the best and cleanest job that he has seen.     I had USAHI install my hurricane windows and slider. I had some issues with them, but just today, Louis took care of everything that I had issues with. He was very nice, and helpful, and I appreciate him making things right, because I wasnt expecting that.The handle fell off my new door (sigh). But they sent someone out to replace it today (at no cost, since its still under warranty). Rey (or Ray?) Is who they sent out, and he was great. Id definitely give him 5 stars.

    USA HI installed the hurricane impact windows at our neighbors and we liked their work so much that we asked our neighbor for the phone number so we can get a quote. A nice lady by the name Lia showed up and explained to us all about the process and the quality of the windows and presented us with a great price which we ended up financing through the pace program. Lia showed a great deal of knowledge and professionalism and we have decided to move forward right away with the impact and roof replacement. The monthly payment came up to be $258 and we were pleasantly surprised by that.The roof was done within a month and a half and the impact was installed within 3 months.The installation itself took about 3 days and I really appreciate how polite and pleasant it was to deal with the installation team.Thank you Lia for all your help and thank you USA home improvement for the great service.

Jimmy also diagnosed the issue with the French door and with assistance from James, an awesome technician, they adjusted the doors and made a report of a few small items that needed to be addressed further.     Jimmy y Eddy were amazing! My impact door windows were not installed properly and they were very difficult to open. They came to see what was wrong and send a team to get it fixed. The team came and did not do such a great job at fixing my problem. So that same day Jimmy and Eddy came back worked on it and did not leave until they were able to solve the problem. Now my kids and I can open the door without a problem. They were really nice and understanding tomy needs, and that goes a long way because now a days you only find people that want to rush the job without putting the customer and itā€™s needs first!!!     Had a problem with my AC shutting off late Monday afternoon. USA Home Improvement tried to go through easy fixes on the phone but after that did not working set up a service call next day. Mechanic called before coming and was on time. Simon was extremely knowledgeable, found the problem that our drain was clogged within a minute. Took care of that problem and then recommended a UV Light installation to protect from the mold that he showed me building up on the wiring. (the unit is 1 1/2 years old). Simon then went over how to use bleach to avoid the drain problem and best filter to use and change every month. Simon followed up with a phone call the next day. Superb service, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Had a great experience and felt I was in great hands.

    Me and my family just bought our first investment property. We really wanted to do a lot of upgrades like lighting, windows, ac unit and roof. We didnā€™t have the funds to do everything at the same time so we were going to start with just the roof. When we called USA Air Conditioning they came to do a free estimate. Not only did they give us the best price out of the 3 other companies we shopped with, but they were also able to do every single upgrade we wanted and we didnā€™t have to have any upfront funds or make any payments until the end of next year if we choose to. They were super fast and did a great job! They technically had to because the finance company doesnā€™t pay them unless we sign off on the work being done to our standards lol. But everything was very seamless and smooth!

    Mostly I have good things to say about USAHI. During the Pandemic, we were still able to get the work done, safely, and with everyone wearing masks. I had 6 windows, 2 exterior doors, 1 sliding glass door and one garage door- all done in two days. What took the longest was waiting for the inspection. USAHI thought that my city was closed but after some investigation on my part (and after a month after the work was actually done) they were not. And I was worried that my permit would expire, which costs money to reinstate, not that I would have paid, but you would think they wouldnt want to pay it either. All was done within, 7 months, during the Pandemic, and now I feel safer with all new stuff.

    The entire service from beginning to end was seamless. The installers were very clean and professional. Sales Manager Shay Benhamou delivered as advertised. The ESW windows look great and are high quality.

    Installers were not the neatest folks. Trying to get anyone on the phone is a challenge. They demand final payment before they finish the job. Inspection did pass and that pretty much indicates they are acceptable. I have to get my own caulking to finish the job myself.Iā€™m not comfortable recommending this company.

    The star of the show at USA is Yohai Gio baruch. Gio as I call him is the one who comes out to evaluate your home and recommend windows. He is knowledgeable, smart, quick and professional. Gio will get you the best package to suit your needs without breaking your wallet. He will follow up through the process to make sure everything goes well. Im just waiting on my final inspection, however the process so far has been great. Ask for Gio for great service guaranteed.
