    Patriot Services did an incredible job. I had a clogged kitchen sink that needed immediate attention. I called Patriot Services and they dispatched someone right away. They were at my house within 45 minutes. The tech, who was very friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly and cleared the drain. Very satisfied with Patriot Services. Highly recommend them.

    Our Thai Restaurant is located in Marion. We have Patriot Services to clean our 2 Grease Traps, one in the kitchen and one down in the basement. The technician is polite and did plan for all works professionally to clean both traps within 30 minutes, while remain the good condition of the kitchen and the basement.Moreover, the technician did inspect and informed me abnormal conditions of the trap. And finally, all abnormal conditions of the traps were fixed back to the normal condition.I do strongly recommend Patriot Services to anyone who looking for the Grease Trap Cleaning with their professional work and reasonable price.

    Exceptional service. I had a non emergency main drain issue and they came within hours. Even going so far as digging up my septic tank cover . Making sure the clog was completely gone and i didnt have other issues. I was thoroughly impressed with the extra effort put in to ensure the quality of their work!!     Great company would give 10 stars if I could!!!1. The office staff was very nice and professional and assisted me in scheduling assistance and navigating me through my drain issues.2. The specialist came by very fast to assist and was very competent and a gentleman. Also as well as what I believe was extremely fair pricing.3.     I recommend calling -- the web site interface does not work well. But my call was answered right away and a technician was sent to investigate the strange drainage issue we were having in our 1885 home. He took the time to figure out what was actually happening and the best way to address it, and then he had the problem solved quickly. Highly recommend.

    I highly recommend this vendor!We have ~26 restaurant locations. Patriot performs Grease Trap services quarterly all over MA. They are on time a majority of the time. If a grease trap is not cleaned on time, they get it done in the next few weeks or even faster if an emergency arises.Also, we use their drain and camera services. They have a Fast Response Team that is Reliable, Knowledgeable, and Affordable!We are more than happy to have Patriot on our list of vendors.GO PATRIOT! :P

    My plumber recommended Patriot Services to clear a deep main line clog. This is the company you want to hire! Ive used Mr. Rooter once before, night and day difference! Carlos was the tech who responded. Anwered my call at 6pm. I was working overnights and said mornings are difficult when needing to sleep. He said he could be there earlier and arrive at 7am, which worked well. He arrived a few minutes before 7am and went right to work. Very professional and polite. Cleared the drain, and the price was significantly cheaper than what Mr. Rooter whacked me for (who by the way also arrived several hours late). A true emergency service company that arrives when they say they will and wont rip you off. Those are hard to come by nowadays!!

    I had a problem, with water coming in my basement, from my washer outflow, but couldnt diagnose the problem. I called Patriots, and they set up an appt for me.The tech, Nick, showed up on time, extremely pleasant, and professional, got the lay of the land, and diagnosed, that I had roots, in a septic outlet, blocking the flow. He expertly, cleared the blockage, and instructed me,of all options, available to keep my septic running great. Im 100% satisfied , and impressed, with the outcome, and the handling, of my procedure from start to finish,,,I would totally reccomend this company, for absolute fairness, in pricing, professional, friendly, KNOWLEDGABLE, techs, and timely service, IN ALL ASPECTS, OF THE JOB, from start to finish,,,these guys are in my phone now, for permanent reliance,,,dont hesitate to give them a call,,theyll help you out. Id also like to say, I truthfully,,, call em like I see em,,and I can say, these guys are good!!(check my other reviews, and youll see, I dont hold back!!)

    Excellent and quick service. Tech was extremely informative and so personable. Looked like he was never in my home.     I would like to take this time out to send a huge thank you to Patriot Cleaning Services and their employee Roberta. I was experiencing water back up coming from my main drain and my basement flooded when I called and spoke to Roberta she insisted that I call the Brockton Sewer Company to look at the drain first and if its not an issue on the outside then to call them back to set up an appointment I called the city and they came out and it was in fact an outside issue so I was so happy the city took care of the problem FREE of charge!!!!! Thank you again Roberta for assisting me during this time I appreciate it so much!!!SincerelyThe Teixeira Family!!

    I have been using Patriot Services for years on all my commercial properties and housing complexes. They are knowledgeable, honest and professional. They answer my calls right away, provide 24/7 service and are often onsite within an hour or so depending on the site’s location.They provide excellent work and have very fair prices.     Excellent! I had a drain issue and they were able to fix it promptly at an affordable price. Everyone was very professional including the staff I spoke with over the phone and the technician that came into my home. The technician was very knowledgable and cleaned up after he was done working. I will use them again if I have any other drain issues!

    Just hired Patriot Services and I was amazed at their pricing and honesty.This is after I originally called Roto-Rooter and was met at the doorwith 3 guys in 3 cars, including one guy in a brand new Mercedes.The first thing they told me was I would need a video inspectionfor $ 1,750I told them I was a General Contractor with multiple businessesand I know a video inspection was not required.I told them to get off my property.Next I called Patriot Services and was given a price of $ 475to clear my drain.Nick from the Company came and augered my pipe out inabout 30 minutes, completely cured my problem.Thank GOD for honest Copmanies like Patriot Services.
