    Jay is extremely knowledgeable regarding changing electrical panels. He explained everything he was going to accomplish. It is very obvious that Jay takes a great deal of pride in his work as he should. We were very impressed with his expertise and attention to details. We highly recommend Jay!!!

    Jay came and installed all new lighting in my workshop, a 10,000 sq.ft. building so it was a big job. Jay knocked it out of the park, everything went smooth and he worked around my schedule and the needs of my shop as to not hold me or my business up.Every task to be done was completed in a tidy, professional manner. Any questions I had along the way Jay answered and with in depth details on the how/why things work the way they do, and the safety behind it.I highly recommend Jay Jackson and Tri-River Electric for any electrical needs.     Highly recommend Jay at Tri River Electric. He responded quickly when I called him and was able to complete my current issue within days. Following a very thorough diagnosis, he identified my issue and advised me of additional concerns. He explained everything he was doing, took pictures so I could see the problems and more pictures after issues were corrected.His fee for all he did was very reasonable as I was expecting it to be much more for 2 days work. He will be coming back to do additional work. Jay was always punctual, phoned or texted to keep me updated or answer questions. I feel much safer in my home now knowing he has correctly some major issues. Great company!!

    Jay performed a prompt professional installation of my Tesla charger. This included running wire from the main breaker box, including conduit, a cut out, and a weatherproof enclosure for the charger.The work was performed in a short time with minimal inconvenience to me.I have worked in the electronics related field for over 40 years and recognize good work when I see it. I highly recommend Tri-River Electric for any electrical work you may need.

    Jay recently replaced a control panel for us. When we discovered a spark in the original panel, he rushed over to review to ensure our safety even though he was heading out of town with his family. He provided steps to take to ensure safety until he was able to replace. He was very prompt, reasonable in price and just provided a very honest/transparent service. We can’t thank him enough and highly recommend Jay to others.

    I would highly recommend Jay. He is a Master Electrician. I had other people look at this problem and they did not know how to fix it. Jay looked at the problem. Told me what was causing it and different ways we could fix. He was on time and did good work fixing the problem.

    I am the sort of person who does not hire a professional. I see any problem as a new learning opportunity, and just figure Ill buy the tools and do it myself.I was reluctant, but needed an electrician to change out my service panel and have it pass inspection. After looking around and having other contractors flake, I decided to call Jay at Tri-River Electric to do the job.Jay was the first professional I had ever hired. The adaptability, timeliness, and commitment to getting the job done was more than I had anticipated.Jay not only did the job I needed on the panel, but also upgraded our meter box, and installed two new outlets in the basement. We promptly passed the inspection and now have confidence in a crucial part of our home.     I bought an old house and needed several electrical issues addressed. I called jay and he came right over and we discussed all the issues together. He explained it all so well what I should do first and what could wait. Never any pressure to do more. If you want it done right the first time he is the one to call.     Asked Jay to come by to repair a faulty electrical circuit when my coffeemaker wasnt getting any currrent from an outlet and I then noticed that several basement rooms were without power. I thought it was a faulty circuit breaker, so he asked me by email to take a picture of it so he could come over equipped with the proper parts. He replaced the AFCI breaker and gave me a thorough explanation of what he had done. He also discussed how electric systems can deteriorate over time and gave me some information on what we could do to upgrade our system to avoid or prevent further problems. His rates are reasonable.

    Jay was very friendly and professional. He worked very hard; he had to move some heavy stones out of the way in order to run the electrical lines. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. I would not hesitate to use him again.
