Ernie and his team are always quick to respond and extremely attentive. When managing a multi million dollar home, you definitely need someone who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met (and quickly!) and that owners are happy with their service. Ernie and his team not only have done that time, after time, after time, but recently surprised us all by finding an active leak we’ve had at this property that no one else could find and fix! Ernie is reliable, honest and very reasonable with his prices as well. Always fully discloses how long and how much the service will be, when he’ll get it done and how long it’ll take him. Look no further for an amazing plumber!

Brandon does excellent work. Ernie and Brandon did what they said they would do. Brandon showed up on time, he explained what he saw and what he thinks the job will require in terms of time and expense. Brandon can install anything you want, you simply need to be clear on what you want. Brandon and Ernie changed fixtures in my kitchen and bathrooms at two homes; they added additional piping to allow my washer to be moved onto the deck. He changed valves, spigots and service lines in the yard. I’m extremely glad that I called Ernie and Brandon to do this work.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ernie Doak plumbing on a number of occasions. One was a water main leak coming into my home. They responded promptly and pinpointed the problem very quickly. The fix was a bit complicated and required some creative thinking. Ernie’s years of experience paid off and he was able to fix the water main without breaking my bank. I’ve also worked with Brandon who helped with an install in my home. This is a very knowledgeable and patient man who worked very hard to accommodate both my wife and I as we argued in front of him about plumbing fixtures. You can’t go wrong with these guys, they do complete plumbing installs on multi million dollar mansions. And they will do a great job for you.

I would highly recommend Ernie Doak Plumbing for your plumbling needs. It was very difficult to find a plumber who would provide service in Laie. Luckily, he is located on the North Shore. I tried several other plumbers before finding this company after reading its online reviews.Ernie himself quickly responded to my inquiry and agreed to meet with me. He was prompt and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and determined what needed to be done. I was very impressed with his expertise and ability to explain the situation.

These guys are super professional and do really clean work. Ernie and his guys helped us with all of the plumbing work for our bathroom remodel. The work that they did looks super clean. Important cause it was all exposed style under a farm style sink. The shower fixtures have come out great too. They are always on time and get the job done right. I will always have them do plumbing work on our house.

BEST PLUMBER! Ernie and Brandon have done over 40 projects for me, some big, some small. Every time their work was meticulously completed on time and done correctly. No problems! No one cleans up after a job better than these guys. Also, their rates are very, very competitive. You dont have to pay more for the best.
