    We had an emergency with no heat on the past rainy thanksgiving day! The heater just didnt work. Its a holiday and companies are either closed or fully booked. Im glad I called Mike at Rescue Plumbing and HVAC. Hes able to help the same day, arrived within 2-3 hours and fixed the issues within 2 hours.Mike is amazing and professional.     Mike at Rescue Plumbing and HVAC is AMAZING. He restored my faith in air conditioning service people. He arrived pronto (9pm) and showed photos of the components that needed replacing, which were visibly shot. Our unit had been acting up for years and now it’s cooling better than ever.     This was our third try to get our air conditioners fixed. Guess thats the charm. Joe and Sully came when they said they would and were very personable. We needed to replace 2 units after 25 years. They had units at house next day and worked 2 days straight to get it going. Would highly recommend them and will only call them for the air and heat.     Mike and Yusef were able to put in a NEW AC unit during a massive HEAT wave in a very timely fashion. I was desperate and they did everything they could to help me. They are professional, respectful and get the job done! I would highly recommend these gentlemen and this company.This summer (6/2023) I called about 5 times to get a follow up service and I couldn’t get through and no one called me back. The system froze up (turned it off, changed the filter) and it ran fine but I would like to have it serviced and the Freon checked. How can I set this up???

I had a issue with my water heater, they came in found the issue, and replaced the water heater.     We had an emergency (black water coming up into our kitchen sink 😩) on a Saturday evening around 7. They found plumbers over an hour away and dispatched them immediately. They showed up exactly when they said they would and handled a messy job quickly and professionally. They were conscious to minimize any mess. They saved us!     We recently got back from out vacation and noticed one of our ac units was not working. We called rescue plumbing & hvac because we had used them to replace a unit at our old house. They were able to give us an open appointment for the same day. The communication from sozan was very detailed and Romani was very speedy in servicing our unit go get it up and run6before we receive our replacement unit. I know its hard to get a new units right now from delays in manufacturing but they were able to find one for us and explained the difference between the different models. I feel confident in our purchase and the warranty. Will use them again based on their ability to respond quickly and how organized they are.
