    We had a severe water main leak at our home in Solivita. Centflo was responded within two hours of our call. They diagnoses and repaired the problem quickly. Jeff & John (the plumbers) were professional and polite. Reasonable cost as well. I highly recommend Centflo Plumbing.

    Centflo Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company. Frank and his employees are awesome! A family run and managed company and they also treat you like part of the family. I have used Centflos services for over 3 years and Frank always gave me the best recommendations. He has installed my washing machines, repaired the bathroom several times since I have tenants in my property and they have always given me the best price, work and honesty. One day I called a different company in the area because it was a day that Centflo was very busy, and they wanted to charge me 4 times more than Centflo in previous and similar jobs. Frank came by the next day and gave me a free estimate and a fair price. Since that day I always call them. I recommend them 100%. Make the try. Call others and then Centflo Plumbin. You will notice the difference yourselves.

    We have used them few times now based on a neighbors referral. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They have always come out within a day or two (non-emergencies) and did the job well, quickly, and at a very fair price. We just had them out to find a leak somewhere under our house. They had to come back with a more extensive tool. They found the leak and did the repair. They made sure it would not leak again. I will never use another plumber!

    Just had Centflo Plumbing out to change 2 toilets and I need to express my thanks to them. To be perfectly honest, I was hesitant to call based on a pretty bad review I read BUT after reading many reviews countering the negative, I called this morning at 9:30am. They were here at 11:00am (who does that!), changed both toilets AND took the toilets and boxes with them to discard. The price was more than reasonable. Seriously, more than reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs. Many thanks for the prompt service.

    I am so incredibly grateful to Centflo Plumbing for their amazing service! Luis and Rose in the office were just a joy to talk to. You could literally hear the smile in their voices. They always had me scheduled promptly! The plumbers (I mostly worked with Omar, but Rick, and Paul as well) that I worked with were also fantastic. They are very personable and professional, and they certainly know what they are doing. They were always on time or even early which I appreciated so very much. I had a very complicated issue, and they took the time and care they needed to in repairing it at a very fair price. They took a pretty awful situation and made it the very best it could be. They have also done work for my husbands business, and he was exceptionally pleased with their work there as well. I would recommend Centflo to anyone and everyone who needs their services!

    We had a toilet flange that was in need of a replacement. Centflo Plumbing was able to give us a fair price for the flange replacement as well as install the toilet.They sent Omar who was wonderful. He did a great job and knocked it out in no time.     I normally dont do reviews but I felt like this was an exception. I had a major gas scare with my natural gas water heater. Centflo Plumbing was called to come and address my concerns with my natural gas hot water tank.First of all I would like to say thank you to Rose who took my call. She was extremely nice, address my concerns, and got back with me in a quickly manner. Centflo Plumbing arrived within an hour after I called Rose.The Father and son duo showed up, sorry I forgot their names I apologize. They both were friendly, professional, and thoroughly checked out everything. They explained in great detail about all my concerns that I had and went well beyond what they were expected to do. When they left I had great confidence in the work that they have performed and I was left in knowing that I was in good hands. My family and I thought it was necessary to show that this review says a lot about this family owned company. This company not only knew what they were doing but the kindness that they showed makes them stand out above all the rest. We would recommend this company to anyone we know their #1 in our book.

    I had a issue with my sewer pipe outside of my house. Centflo responded quickly to my request for help. Frank (owner) also responded to my home to make sure I was satisfied with their response/service. So professional and great customer service from Rose (receptionist) to the plumbers themselves.     Our septic drain field was clogged with roots. We figured we’d have them pressure jetted out and see how long we can get away with having to replace the whole drain field. Centflow plumbing did not recommend this technique. But they humored us and did it anyways. The system now works great. We really appreciate them and how fast they showed up and how fun they were to work with. We will definitely be calling them in the future.

    I was so impressed with this company I had an urgent issue with a rental unit and Frank the owner did his very best to help me in a timely manner. I can tell he runs his business very efficiently and fairly to the customer and to his employees. It was a day off for them but he came himself to my rescue. He sent pictures of the problem and the results so I had every confidence that the issue was resolved. He left the area looking like new. All was needed was a little paint! Thank you Frank and team!

    I have used Centflo plumbing on numerous occasions and they have always been very professional, courteous, and the work was excellent and the prices were great! Frank is an excellent person to deal with and his wife Rose is the nicest person ever to help you when you call to schedule your appointments. This company is very honest and they are great people and their techs are very hard workers and make sure everything is to your working properly and that you are satisfied.     We needed to have a very simple repair to our master sink drain pipe. We could have made the repair ourselves but needed to have verification that the repair was done or inspected by a licensed plumber. My new insurance company required this to avoid policy cancellation!Being on a fixed income, I contacted numerous plumbers in my area to get a quote to unscrew, clean & reconnect the drain pipe as it was askew (tightened on crooked). I was shocked at the differing quotes I received for the job (up to $225. just to come out to my home... not including the repairs!!!) The person who answered the phone listened to my explanation & would have had someone come out that afternoon....because we weren’t using that sink there was no rush on my part, I scheduled the appointment a few days later. The tech, Frank was on time, he agreed with my initial assessment of the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote to complete the job & provide documentation for the insurance company. Not only was he extremely efficient but his quote was well under all the other companies I contacted! I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Centflo in the future for any other plumbing repairs!!!! I am pleased to do this review & I will be doing others on other review sites as well!!!Thank you for a pleasant experience all around!!!!! Great job!!!

    We had an emergency with one of those once in a lifetime events where both toilets went bad at the same time. I contacted Centflo with this information and the people on the phone were courteous and dispatched Frank right away. Frank came, diagnosed both problems, gave a quote and fixed both issues quickly and efficiently in a professional manner. As a bonus, he was very friendly, like we had contacted a long-time friend. The quote was exactly how much it ended up costing and overall we had the best possible experience with this company. I will only ever use this company should we ever have plumbing issues again.

    They are wonderful. I Called them on a Saturday, late morning, and they arrived at a time convenient for me. The plumber was a wonderful and honest person and resolved the issue. The next day (Sunday) I had a different plumbing issue. The owner, Frank, was at my house within an hour and resolved the matter. What they charge for service is very very reasonable. No wonder they have a 5 star rating and I give them 5 stars too. By the way, the receptionist was the best. I have used them before and I will always use them. I highly recommend Poinciana Plumbing.

    Called in the am they squeezed us in.     Top notch company. The others I called were a week out, I called Centflo and they said they could be here by 4, they showed up at 3 and were done by 4. The price was right what they quoted and they left the kitchen better than when they found it. Their number is on the refrigerator for any future plumbing issues. I even asked about servicing our well and they dont do that. I asked them to recommend someone, I forgot about it and today they texted with a recommendation. Whoever is running this company is running a well oiled machine. This company the model of how business should be done.

I was quoted a flat rate and the technician even hauled away our old one! Our technician even checked our old water heater.These guys are honest, professional, and on time.

    Very prompt service, they were able to schedule someone to come out right away to resolve hot shower my issue. I ended up hiring them to do a bunch of other projects as well (installing a garbage disposal, fixing a leak by the washer, installing a new outdoor faucet) since their rates were very reasonable! Id definitely recommend them to my friends and would use them again for any future needs.

    Gave them a call a few days ago because I was having issues with my water heater having water coming out of the pressure relief valve pipe. Frank picked up the phone and instead of just getting my address and coming out to make a quick dollar, he actually walked me through how to resolve the issue. Great customer service!!! Appreciated the help. Resolved the issue by purchasing some stuff at Lowe’s for less than 30$ and installing it myself. Highly recommend.

    After looking at all the reviews, I can see I am not the only one that finds this company awesome! My toilet has been clogged since I moved in back in September and they were finally able to clear the clog. This is the first time the toilet has flushed properly since I moved in.     I had a problem with my water heater, and gave Poinciana Plumbing a call. Frank Sr., the owner, came out in the evening, and inspected the unit. He went over, in detail, what my options were, and was willing to go with whatever route I chose. He came back the next day, with his son, Frank Jr., and they quickly and efficiently replaced the water heater and made sure the work area was completely tidied up.     Good golly, Mrs. Molly was my drain clogged. I called the company and instantly got service, the person who answered the call, I believe his name was Luis was kind to me and my wife, whoever raised him taught him how to be respectable and kind. Now the plumber who came was Paul. I will say this company knows how to pick the right people for the right job. Paul was also lovely and respectable. He taught us a few things about what he does and how we can reduce further clogs. Im glad I found this company. Everyone was helpful, and it beats other plumbers who are only there for the job and not about the family. Overall if I need anything done with the plumbing, I know who to call; these people define service with a smile.

    When I was able to receive a response from this company the service was a 5 star. I’ve be calling all their numbers and leaving messages and text messages but no response for over a week. This is so sad because we loved their service when we received it and I’m in an extreme need right now.Update: I called again and I was able to get serviced the same day. I have 2 numbers for the company and contacted Frank directly as I did in the past. Moving forward I will the 407 number. I do still wish someone had returned my voicemail instead of me having to call numerous times. I really appreciate the quick service. And I do have phone records of me calling before the Labor Day weekend to get service and I left a detailed message. And screenshots of me texting Frank. I even called from my landline since my cell isn’t a local number.

    I had the best experience today with this business. Frank, the owner, took complete control of the operations to unplug our main line and used his industry standard equipment and completely cleaned the system. And he explained what he did and why. Omar were very professional and helpful, he came for toilet problem but ended up helping me with another problem. I was very happy with the finish project, thanks alot Omar.     We had a pipe burst in our house in the master bathroom behind the shower. We had called another plumbing company that we had used in the past. The earliest they could get someone to our house to assist was going to be over 24 hours.We called Poinciana Plumbing and they were at our door in 30 minutes to help us out. Figured out how bad the issue was, and gave us a fair priced quote. I’m sure the other company would have probably doubled the price if not more. He was able to put a cap on the broken situation for the evening so that we could use our shower the next morning without causing more damage and I’m pretty sure he overbooked himself for the following day to make sure that our needs were taken care of. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs that you have. We will definitely call them first in the future!

    We had a leak somewhere from the toilet, albeit a slow one. We could not pinpoint where it was coming from. Centflo came out less than 24hours later, found the leak, and fixed it in about 30 minutes total. Very efficient, professional, and good rates. I put them in my phone for future problems.

    Ricky, the Centro technician who came to my house yesterday to correct our water issue was professional above expectations. He was like a concerned friend. He explained the problem to the ToHo supervisor who didnt get the problem right. Due to Rickys knowledge, he straightened out city water department and got the water flowing. His price was more than fair for his level of professionalism.

    Needed service on our gas hot water heater which is under warranty and installed by His & Hers plumbing which couldn’t come to our house until Friday and needed service on Wednesday the day we had no hot water. His & Hers couldn’t come until Friday afternoon (unacceptable) so I called CENTFLO Plumbing they came within 25 minutes had to order the parts because it was a RHEEM hot water heater under warranty and parts had to be ordered. They had parts the next day installed and heater working fine. Submitted claim to RHEEM waiting on reimbursement. CENTFLO was a God send and we’re professional courteous fair price and efficient in fixing my water heater. 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For a great company and owner and employees. Highly RECOMMEND them.
