Contacted them early in the morning and had a service man at by house by 1030am. Came in,he told me before he did the work what the cost was and had my drain open in no time at all. He did a thorough job and I was happy that I called Roto Rooter.

I was skeptical at first when another plumber recommended me to roto-rooter. He told me his “gear wouldn’t reach my issue and I’d wind up paying twice when they could do it the first time for sure” he was correct they showed up on an hour and a half (reasonable seeing as though I live down near Brunswick) and took care of the issue quickly. I had them snake the line even though it freed up just for piece of mind. Courteous and professional not to mention they answered all my questions. I’d recommend them especially in an emergency after hours.

This is the second time that I have used Roto Rooter, and Rob was the representative who came out to handle the repairs. Rob is very friendly, efficient, and finishes in a timely manner. Will use this company in the future for any plumbing issues. Prices are fair as well

We had a leaky pipe in our crawlspace and Nate and Brian had it fixed in no time. Very nice and professional, they cleaned up work area and the price was very reasonable. We have used Roto Rooter numerous times over the years...pipe repair, faucet installation, water heater replacement, clogged drains and leak repair. We have always been satisfied with their work and highly recommend their services.

This company has always gone above and beyond anytime we’ve needed them. They give a reasonable timeframe of availability and even call when close by. They’re always professional and go out of their way to explain things clearly. This time we had Robert come out and help clean our bathroom sink out and he was great!

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Rob was our technician and he was courteous and quick. We had a slow-flushing, clogged toilet and thought it might be something stuck in the drain but he checked the clean out then offered to crack open the old toilet and found that there was something stuck in it, saving us about $250 to snake the drain. And he did a great job putting in the new toilet. I dont know about the other technicians but if you use Roto ask for Rob because he was cool.

We had Warner plumbing come in May to clear the roots out of pipes and a month later it got backed up again. Warner refuse to give a warranty and wanted another $598 to do the work. We called RR and had Mark (tech) evaluated job, gave free estimate and was less the 1/2 the price of Warner. He made sure the all the roots was cleared out and test it. He explained and educated me on the process. I WOULD RECOMMEND ROTO ROOTER TO EVERYONE!!!!!!

Zach Sword in Hagerstown went above and beyond to help us fix our clogged septic line. He came out same day and worked on clearing the blockage, though he was unable to. He helped us find someone to replace the line quickly as we were scheduled to go on vacation in just a few days since they were booked. Then the next morning he called my husband to ask if he could come back out and try again at no charge if he couldnt get it. He came out a few hours later with some help and worked to clear the blockage saving me $8000 and our vacation. I will be a customer for life!

So far, great customer service! Very quickly they were out here assessing our situation. Very professional. They have to give us a quote to fix our problem as it was bigger than we thought. Looking forward to getting this fixed and will edit my post after it has been completed! So far i will program thier number in my phone for future use! All done! Came in under budget and everything is fixed!

I called Roto-Rooter first thing in the morning looking for a same day dishwasher install due to a strict 48-hour return window for any defects from the merchant. I tried to do the install myself but ran into an issue with an old copper pipe connection. With 24 hours already wasted by the time I contacted Roto-Rooter, it was crunch time. I was told they could only come today as an emergency after hours appt since they were booked. I happily agreed because $170/hr would be better than being stuck with a 1k dishwasher if it doesn’t work. To my surprise, I received a call around 1:30pm to tell me they were ahead of schedule and could work me in at 2pm at the regular rate. Nate and an apprentice showed up promptly and got to work. They removed the old copper pipe and dishwasher then installed the new one. Then to my utter astonishment, they even hauled the old dishwasher away for me! Between the reasonable pricing, excellent service, and incredibly kind demeanor of the employees, Roto-Rooter has made me a client for life. THANK YOU!!!

We called this company and Brian came out, explained want should be done to fix the issue and scheduled an all day appointment. He showed up punctuality did the work and he did a quality job.
