Toby and Damien worked diligently to replace my old bathroom light/vent and to swap out a breaker to install a new outlet for my bathroom. They had to cut a hole in a hallway due to the structure of the house and covered it with an access panel. They made great time and left no mess.

I had some difficult residential electrical items that needed to be addressed and MEC, Inc was outstanding in identifying and correcting them. From the very start when dealing with Andrew in the Service Department to our on-site technician Jon, the customer service provided by both and the services rendered were above and beyond what was expected. It is so difficult to find good, reliable contractors in the area who actually care about doing a good job. I would highly recommend MEC for any residential work you may have. They are my go-to electrician from now on.

I was surprised I had to call several companies just to get a quote on some residential work. I was fortunate enough to give MEC a call and was immediately relieved that I did. Ryan and his team offer an extremely high level of customer service, they dont act like they are too good for smaller jobs, and they really know what they are doing. If you are looking for quality, affordable, and SAFE electrical work, MEC is the company you need to call.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Jon did. He not only left us with a professional result, but with the peace of mind that the hottub was actually connected correctly and safely.I also greatly appreciate them being able to add the changing and repair of some outlets to the work.We look forward to using MEC for our future electrical needs.

They just came out today to replace my main breaker. I spoke to more than half a dozen places and nobody could help me today or give me a time frame and acted like I was inconveniencing them. All of the MEC employees (from reception, to estimator, to the technicians) were all upbeat, helpful, and treated me like I was one of their family members. Not once did any of them make me feel like I was annoying them or inconveniencing them. Everyone acted like they were just super happy to help me out. Expressing to me how much they understood what an emergency this was since it affected me having water and was an extreme fire hazard. They called every technician till they had one out within a couple hours. Found the part I needed for me and their cost was COMPLETELY reasonable. They were about 100-200$ cheaper than anybody else’s quote and they didn’t upcharge me an emergency fee! Life savers! Thank you for everything today! I will be giving your name to everyone I come in contact with and will definitely be using you for future issues and projects.

I called these guys to come to Cumberland Md.They have not yet completed my job other than the rough in and demo. So far doing amazing. Professional, friendly, by the book and dependable. They been on time and showed up each time. Lol thats aloof to all for now days. They sent out a guy named Andrew. He is very particular and great at his job. He demoed all old wire out of a 200 amp panel and replaced all the wire in the home and reinstalled a new 200 amp panel. The price for this particular project was not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend MEC.Once we get the house done inside i will have them come back for the punch out work.Thank mec/ Andrew
