UPDATE: It has been nearly a year since Conrad Homes built a larger replacement porch for my house, and it still looks brand spanking new. No issues with it at all, solidly built, great finish and no nail or screw pop-ups. Outstanding, so happy with the work they did, highly recommend them for all your needs!Conrad Homes literally just finished a porch replacement on my house, left less than 15 minutes ago. It looks outstanding, I am so impressed with the quality of work and materials, theyve greatly improved the look of the house whilst adding very nice outside living space. I have to say that their contract rates were excellent as well, I an very happy that I used their services, attaching some pictures to this review, including the old monstrosity they replaced. (Please note the roof is being replaced completely next week so Conrad Homes installed the new porch roof and prepped it for the final stage and did an excellent job there too). I highly recommend Conrad Homes for your projects.

Conrad Homes built a new composite deck with an attached partial roof, metal railings and outdoor fan. They did an outstanding job! Mikes crew were so efficient and hard working and completed the project in a timely manner of a few weeks. They are always a pleasure to deal with and always checked with us on questions, This is the 7th project they have completed for us and we would never use anyone else. We highly recommend them!!

We had an estimate done with Meg from Conrad Homes. Meg came back to our house to go over everything and because of her effort and attention, we are very confident in the work we are paying for (no other company did this!). We felt listened to and really well taken care of. We are definitely going with Conrad and we will come back to review again once our project with them is done!

I must say we had one of the best experiences ever after a huge tree fell on our home. We called Conrad Homes to give estimate and repair what damage was caused and they jumped into action. Their work is superb and the customer service top notch. They completed job in a timely fashion and communicated with us constantly to let us know what was going to be done next. I highly recommend them for any job you need done to your home.

Conrad homes did a renovation on our bathroom. The two workers John and Bryan were excellent craftsmen, careful, neat, detail oriented, on time and nice guys. Mike the project manager answered all our questions and was flexible making some changes to the the project. The price they charged us I thought was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Conrad Homes walked us through the whole process of remodeling our basement. They were extremely thorough and clear with what was going to happen and when. They were very professional, showed up when they said and completed it in a very timely manner. Our basement looks just how we want and we are so happy with their quality of work. I would and have recommend them to anyone looking for home repairs.
