Hard Times was instrumental in accomplishing this owner prepped multilevel concrete pour. Brandon helped develop a forming and pour strategy that would work. I highly recommend them for owner prepped and turn key projects as well. Pictures show some of the progress, roughly 30 ton of stone and gravel moved, recontouring and packing the base. Brandon made himself available when needed for technical and even emotional support. The results were well worth the two very long pour and finishing days.

The team did a fantastic job! They took care of the permit prior tackling their mission, and added grass at the end of their job. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with the outcome and their service for a reasonable price. I would recommend their service! Please see our photos to see our new driveway.

I hired Hard Times Contracting to install a poured concrete antenna tower foundation in a 4x4x4 excavated hole, including helping me ensure the tower base section was plumb in the poured concrete. Brandon was very helpful throughout the process, including offering options to the original plans. He and his crewmate Cole were tremendous to work with on the project, which has turned out well. Project cost was very reasonable, and the finished concrete base and adjacent pad are excellent. Quotes they provided for alternate work, which I opted not to do at the moment, were also very reasonable. Thatll be 2021 work. Thanks Brandon and Cole!

Brandon an his Crew were always on time an did a great job. There was some confusion in the beginning, but Brandon made it right an did an Outstanding Job. He always called me back when I had questions. An there prices were great. I was worried at first because the saying you get what you paid for then I saw there work an all my god HTC prices are awesome. They are honest, respectful and they have a-lot of integrity. They will definitely be coming back to my home to do more work for me. I am telling you call HTC they are great workers an do awesome work for a more than fair price.

We knew Brandon and his crew were the ones for the job right out of the gate, starting with his detailed and extremely reasonable estimate. Throughout the job we added several additional requests and he followed through. He exceeded our expectations along the way. The job was completed on time and with superb detail. Overall it was an exceptional experience and we would highly recommend them! We will be using them again in the future!

I contracted with Hardtimes Contracting to lift, replace and regrade a 100-year old brick walkway and patio as well as related demo and retaining walls. The property is within the Frederick (MD) Historic District which has strict requirements for look and materials.I can not adequately express my satisfaction with the finished project. They did a great job and exceeded my expectations. My wife’s exclamation upon seeing the final product was “This is perfect!”They did a beautiful job and kept me informed at all times. I would use them again and was very pleased with their work and flexibility.Midway through the initial project, my wife and I added some changes which Hardtimes completely accommodated. They also did a great job of cleanup everyday and the finished project is beautiful.

I recently had HTC remove an old patio and lay a new concrete patio in my back yard. I was very impressed with not only the excellent quality of the work, but the fair pricing on the quote as well as the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will absolutely be a return customer!
