    From the start, our experience with Plyler Entry Systems was outstanding. Mark helped us design a new steel front entry door with sidelights and a screen door to replace the original wooden door on our 60 year old house. He helped us make the best choices in style and color that looked great when installed. Karen in the office was awesome at watching the weather and scheduling our installation on a day that we could tolerate the December temperature with a gaping hole in our house. Our installers....I feel badly that I didnt get their names....were the best. The were extremely professional and obviously took pride in making our new front door look like it had always been there. The installation couldnt have been easy in our old house, but they made it seem like it was no big deal. We appreciate the care they took in making and installing the green aluminum trim around the outside of the door, and in making sure the door -- and screen door -- closed perfectly. Thanks to all at Plyler Entry Systems for our awesome new front door.

    When it comes to quality and fair pricing this is your only choice.** Update- its been about a year plus and everything is holding up as it should- we went for the triple pane glass filled with Krypton gas and wow it stays warm in the winter

    Great service. Would not hesitate to call them again. I called Plylers at noon and left a message. 15 minutes later I received a very friendly call and service was scheduled for 2:00 the same day. The service guys showed up and fixed the broken springs on my garage in 30 minutes. And while they were at it they adjusted the chain. Great Work!!!!

    Very prompt and courteous service. Nice to see a business that keeps employees for a long time. Same gentlemen that installed my garage door and opener over 10 years ago still work there and fixed my opener recently also. Minor wiring issue from a mouse. I would highly recommend this company. Service standards are extremely high.

    Last week, as I was closing my previous garage door, it suddenly buckled and basically broke. I could not close or open it manually. I was frantic because I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. A friend recommended this company. Karen answered the phone and was wonderful. She somehow was able to get a team out to my house that same afternoon. They were able to get the door operable but I needed a new door. I received a call from Matt later that day and he explained my options. Four days later a professional and amazing employee came out and installed my new door. It is perfect!! I cannot express how wonderful this company is — every single employee. This company is by far the best company I have had the pleasure of doing business with.

    Having had a home repair business, I suppose I could be a critic when it comes to doing it well. There is no question that my installation went very well. I could not ask for more. This is the third installation. Both installeirs were great. Eds approach when facing a problem is fearlessness. Hes always been able to come up with a solution, which I imagine comes from experience. Its was a very pleasant experience.

    We have been using them for years. They came in to replace a window under warranty. The techs were super nice. They were respectful of our home. They found a flaw in the original window which had cause the glass to break. They have put in windows, garage doors and entry doors for us. This is a great company with friendly staff and we would highly recommend them.

    Did BIG project, over 39 windows, 3 sets of slide doors, one man door. Window crew polite, courteous, accommodating. Did everything we needed and wanted. Company is heavy on customer service. They took the time to be sure we were happy with all that work.Plyler installed my 2 garage doors when we built our housein 1992. They do an excellent job maintaining them and repairing them.They did the overhead doors in the agricultural building last year and the 14 foot tall door is so well spring balanced its a breeze to open and close manually.

    So the Plyler team from top to bottom is first class. We had them initially at our home to install new entry doors and garage doors last year and they turned out amazing. This year it was time for windows, and though their price wasn’t the cheapest out there, the quality and workmanship of Ed and the crew was second to none! This is why I chose Plyler (twice) and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and impeccable installs. And yes...the windows are looks awesome!

    FIRST STOP-LAST STOPSome may not believe this but not knowing the company we purchased an insulated door and garage door opener from them in 1996! 23 Years Ago. Our old one broke in the winter of 1995 – something you do not want to happen!!We have had them come every year for maintenance and it is now 2019 and they were just here yesterday. They checked it over and did what they do and could’ve been in and out of here really quickly only I tend to talk! I try to remember names and never did and that upsets me because one of the original installers was here yesterday.They used to be called Door World but it’s the same group of guys and called “Pyler Enterprise” now.One year he told us that the big Spring going across the top of the garage door was old and would probably break pretty soon so we told him to replace it. A couple weeks later he came to replace it and as soon as he touched it-it snapped! Now that’s good!I will say that nobody is perfect. I never bother with reviews. But they’re worth talking about. I would never buy from anyone else.I really don’t need to bore you but I called them because I bought a house 90 miles south of here in 2017 and darn they didn’t travel that far. All I had was a manual garage door. They gave me the name of a company that I could trust. They just checked it this year- Second time since installation. I am very happy with them also! I ‘d still take “Pyler” back in a heartbeat!I would never buy anywhere else – this is the first and only call you have to make!Remember- If you take care of what you own- it takes care of you! Yearly maintenance is only being smart.

    We had new garage doors installed and I would say that we are 100% thrilled with the new doors! The amount of warmth that is kept in the garage now is amazing and I actually can’t wait till winter. We actually have windows that we can see out and the the amount of light that comes in it’s just amazing! And the amount of sound dampening is just amazing as well! The staff that was here was just absolutely professional in every way! Very polite, very courteous and knowing that they’re working at someone else’s property and just can’t say enough about this company! I will definitely use them and recommend them again!     Had some issues with my garage door running wonky, getting stuck, etc. Made an appointment with them to come out between 12 and 2 pm and i expected kinda last minute or arrival about the middle of the time frame. They actually showed up early at about 1145am. the 2 men that came were very nice , knowledgeable, efficient. They fixed it up and the cost was reasonable.
