    We had a sudden power outage due to severing of the underground power line. We called Iglehart Eledtric, LLC after hours. Austen answered the phone and agreed to come by the following morning. He rearranged his current jobs and he and a crew arrived as promised. The power restoration project took 2 1/2 weeks. He communicated regularly and kept us informed through many challenges. Several issues required night and weekend service. Highly recommend this company.Sandi and Mark

    We had Austen come in for a week to do a large set of tasks. He was extremely professional and friendly. He worked efficiently, getting everything done well and on time, and left all work areas spotless. The largest and most complicated part of the job involved installing a whole new set of overhead lights and ceiling fan in a living room. Even though we had an idea of how to place the lights, he sent us a few schematics and his idea ended up being the best one. It was a great experience; we will call him again!

    Austen and his assistant arrived as scheduled, communicated clearly about the choices I needed to make and what they would be doing. They then immediately got right to work. Exactly as planned, they completed the work the next day and cleaned up thoroughly.The work was excellent. The newly installed light fixtures are wonderful; the additional outlets are terribly useful; the updated switches fit the interior style perfectly. The work was flawless, and Austen made clear that I could contact him straight away if any problems arose.I was conveniently able to pay him online for the work, and the price was entirely reasonable and worth every penny.I most certainly will contact Austen again if I need more work done, and I will readily recommend him to friends. If you are in need of electrical work of any kind, get in touch with him.

    I called Austen to come help me with a low voltage landscape lighting his apprentice and him showed up were first on site, quoted me for a full day and got a clean and quality job in a half day. Highly recommend

    Due to a lightning strike nearby my home, I had numerous issues. My first and foremost concern was my breaker panel; I needed to ensure the panel was functional and safe. I called Austen, who was out the next morning, to check on it for me. After a few days, we discovered a few other problems due to the strike, and Austen came back to assess the damage and necessary repairs.I also had to have all the smoke detectors replaced in my home, and although I didnt want to buy all new smokes (I had just bought new ones the previous year), he convinced me it was the best thing to do (otherwise we could have spent HOURS and thousands of dollars chasing down the problem). In the end, I am thrilled he convinced me to go that route; after hanging my new Bluetooth smokes, they all work perfectly!!Austen is fast, courteous, very knowledgeable, and honest. I will not hesitate to use him again for a second, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good electrician. From now on, he will be my go-to for all electrical needs!!

    Austen installed ceiling lights in my entire basement including outlets. He also installed new Electric Panel in my Storage Shed. Ran new wire from Basement to the Shed.     Austen installed a transfer switch at our house, so our generator can be connected to the breaker panel, if the power goes out. He then took the time to instruct us on how to use it and practice several times before leaving. We could not be happier with the prompt service we received. We recommend him highly!

    Austen is an excellent electrician. Although he’s very busy, he accommodated our scheduling needs, did the work discussed and found other problems that could have lead to problems and fixed those as well (at my request). He cleaned up thoroughly and was on budget!

    Austen was amazing. I was buying a house that needed absolutely everything. Upgrade the service, and ran all new wire to brand new outlets throughout. Also installed recessed lighting in the whole home and wired up the heat unit required so I could close on my home. Worked late hours for me at very reasonable rates! Would highly recommend.

    Austen Iglehart showed up on schedule with his assistant and did a very good job for us. He installed a whole house surge protector at the breaker box and brought many electrical issues in our 50-year-old house up to code (such as installing GFCI outlets and child-safe outlets). He also found and capped a dangerous live wire. We will be using his services again in the future.

    I accidently drilled into live romex (do not do this) while installing a TV mount despite using a stud finder with electrical sensor and it was at eye level. Called Austen and he got back to me right away. He isolated the problem and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Good communication and a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.

    We are gradually converting from gas to electric. Austen installed a new circuit for an electric stove and electric dryer. He also added electric receptacles for a sump pump and bathroom. His work was neat and professional. I was particularly impressed with the care he took in locating the new electrical receptacle as our house has a confusing layout and we did not want the wall or molding to show any damage. In the end it was virtually indistinguishable from existing receptacles. Would I use him again? Definitely!
