    Chris and Deven were awesome. Identified the issue with a pump, took the pump to the supply house and was able to replace for free under warranty. Was in and out with a corrected resolution in no time!They had great communicationā€™s, offered positive suggestions with the house system (not trying to up sell!).Strongly recommend them and PSI!

    Great job by PSI in general. Called them in the morning, made contact with the technicians at my home a few hours later, and they got the job done promptly and professionally.     As a somewhat absentee owner and retired surgeon I cannot emphasize enough how comfortable i felt with andrew and partner deven repairing after analyzing my faulty furnace Their professionalism , knowledge , thoroughness and most importantly communication kept me confident duringthe ordeal of worrying about freezing weather causing pipes to burst. Above and beyond they placed portable heaters in the house while waiting for the furnace to function. I must add Sam as a manager who was totally on top of the situation also communicating with me long distance.     Jan with PSI performed an inspection and annual service of our boiler and heating system. He spent several hours on the task. He was very thorough, and explained everything to me.     Abe came out same day I called and fixed some plumbing issues I had in the primary bedroom bathroom. My house is older and I had leaky faucets and shower heads and the sink valve shut off malfunctioned. Abe was able to come out and fix what he could, and ordered parts for what he wasnā€™t able to do immediately. I have great confidence in any technician that PSI sends out and Abe exemplified that; being on time, courteous and knowledgeable about my various repairs.

    Guillermo Hernandez arrived early because of a cancellation. He worked thoroughly and showed us areas of concern with our ancient in-floor heating He helped us with a few plumbing projects too. I highly recommend asking for him when you have heating or plumbing issues.

I had a plumber come out and charge me astronomical price to tell me I had a collapsed pipe after he put a camera down my drain, and thank goodness he couldnā€™t produce the video, so I had to call PSI, And they came out with way much better equipment and knowledge, and said you have no collapse pipe at all, nothing but a clean drain!!! Saved me from my yard being all digged uo for nothing, and letā€™s not forget a ton of money!! Also canā€™t forget Ricardo and Rogello, the BEST!!! Went through with me step by step on what they were doing, and what I was seeing on the video. Totally knowledgeable on everything to do with my Plumbing questions, and they both didnā€™t mind answering any of them!     Chris advised us well re: a new tub faucet that was both affordable, dependable and looks much better than the original! He installed it expertly, tested it to make sure it worked properly and his workmanship was perfect. As it was a tile shower, he had to remove it from the back wall in the adjoining room. If he made any mess or dust in the process, it was all cleaned up in the end.We were so impressed, we are going to replace the guest shower faucet as well as have him install a water leak system for the entire house.     My HVAC Zone Control System was destroyed by a power surge and I called PSI to have it replaced. The technician Isael Vendoza ordered and installed the new system and during that process I explained that heating and cooling had not being accurately distributed to our five zones. He inspected it and found that multiply zone damper motors had failed and had to be replaced. This was a much larger and more difficult job than replacing the Control System. He replaced all the bad damper motors, thoroughly tested each zone to make certain they were working properly, and the system now is like new. Isael is very knowledgeable, professional and as nice a person as you will ever meet. The best!

    Outstanding from beginning to end. The appointment was scheduled and Paul was given the job. On the day the work was to be done I received a text informing me he was on his way along with a link to track his location. When he arrived he knew exactly what needed to be done and went to work. The work involved changing water shutoff valves, fixing two leaking faucets, capping off an ice maker supply line and a few other minor items. Since this is a condo unit, water shutoff to the building had to be coordinated with the mgmt company.     I discovered a leak from my kitchen ceiling on a Sunday night after hours. I called four plumbing companies, including 2 bigger companies and was able to leave two messages for on call services. PSI was the only place that called me back. I am sorry that I didnt catch the name of the tech I spoke with, but he was great.The next day, they were able to have a tech (Guillermo) come out to help me find the leak. He found the problem (my boiler), found the part needed and was able to fix it the next day. All before negative temperatures so I didnt have to go without heat and hot water for too long.I have been pretty disappointed in some of the bigger companies over the years and was very impressed with PSI. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks!

Julian, the Team Lead, and his crew were courteous, pleasant and professional.     I love this company! I first used them back in 2019 to repair a sewer line that had been tampered with by mischief. They worked with me to minimize the cost to repair this line, and made it so the same thing couldnt occur again. The Technician doing the work kept me informed repeatedly through cellular phone contact of what he found and how the work was proceeding. Recently I asked them to look at a water heater that had a rusted component. A Technician came to our home to look at the issue, and suggested that I obtain an estimate to replace it before embarking on a potentially expensive repair. They could have charged me a service fee for the scheduled appointment, but instead they waived the fee and provided me with an estimate instead. This kind of honesty and transparency is rare in the service industry. I highly recommend them!

    Griffin our service person from PSI was on time and completed a thorough inspection and cleaning of our boiler heating system. He also answered several questions I had and then explained how the unit worked with our 5 heating zones, which I appreciated. The cost for this service was rather high in my opinion $325, a flat fee, for one person spending an hour at my home, which is the reason for my 4 instead of 5 star rating. I still would recommend PSI and would recommend Griffin because of his knowledge of boiler heating systems.

    Woke up this morning to a toasty warm house thanks to PSI and, more specifically, Tommy Moore. Its sometimes hard to find dependable service technicians up in the high country but PSI really came through. When our aging furnace started having major issues they responded quickly and got it running. Tommy answered all of our questions and left space heaters for us to use just in case... Unfortunately, the poor old thing completely gave out a few days later and PSI was able to get a replacement furnace within a day. Even though our mechanical room is tight with a large boiler blocking some of the access, Tommy and his colleague were able to finish the job in a single day! I highly recommend PSI for their professionalism, attention to detail, and rapid response.

    A few months ago, PSI did a major re-piping, re-wiring project on our boilers. Everything was spelled out in advance and there were no surprises on pricing. The work was professional and corrected an accumulation of years of plumbing that four bidders for the work agreed was messed up. What set PSI apart was the time they took to answer all our questions and that they didnt push us to replace boilers that may still have several years of service left. This saved us money in the present and put us in position to save time and money when our boilers DO have to be replaced. Service after the install has been excellent.
