    Ace Electric was recommended to me by two others. Unlike some other contractors in the Guthrie area they were quick to respond to my initial call, prompt in giving me a bid and answering questions, then doing the job in an efficient, professional manner.     You won’t be disappointed if you give Ace a try. Quality workmanship at reasonable prices. Excellent customer service. They helped with a 220 line for our hot tub and power for our outdoor kitchen last year. We just had them back to add another exterior outlet and to wire a fan for the pergola. Both times they asked questions to make sure of our expectations and made suggestions to improve our plans which were very much appreciated. Their trucks are well stocked and their employees are personable. My husband (the engineer) is more concise. He says they are knowledgeable, helpful, flexible and friendly. So there you have it!

    We had a generator access point with a main breaker interlock system installed and are very pleased with the entire process from quoting the job to completion. The owner Tony P communicated promptly and we were notified when the work crew was in route. Very happy to find an electrician serving our rural area!And then they came back to add an outlet! So appreciate Omar and his crew!We used ACE again for work at church in Guthrie. They removed old fluorescent lights in a classroom and updated them. It made a huge difference to the space.     We had an issue with an older property. The circuit from the utility pole to the home was corroded underground and had to be replaced. They were able to identify the problem, order a replacement circuit cable, bury it and reconnect it to the house in less than a week. I was very happy with their service.

After looking into the issue they gave a fair solution to the problem with a quote and time frame of completion. They carried out the work and cleaned up afterwards.     Tony and his crew did an awesome job for us, at a fair price. Installed new service for an outbuilding that was to be finished inside for a craft room and office space. When they advised me that because of the old wiring to the previous doorbell and the difficulty in installing new wiring that I would be better off sticking with the wireless doorbell I have, they didn’t even charge me!     A crew of three came out, last minute, the day after Memorial day for my swim spa install. They stayed almost all day. They were polite, professional and competent. The electrical work was neatly and properly completed. The price seemed fair and reasonable for the number of hours they were on the job. They arrived on time and were communicative. Btw, all of this was set up the evening of Memorial day! Probably over an hour of text messages on a holiday. That alone is enough to make me call again when I need electrical work done. I found this business to be respectful to women which is very important for me too. I never felt spoken down to or thought I wasnt taken seriously.

    Zach, our tech, was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about some surges we were having in our home. He even replaced some bulbs that I hadn’t been able to replace because I didn’t have a ladder to reach them. They were also very timely in contacting us and working with us on a time to come out.     My central air conditioning has been out for 3 days. My landlord brought over a heat and air guy this morning who told us it was an electrical problem and that he couldn’t fix it. Then they call in ACE. Omar (my new favorite person) shows up quickly and immediately gets to work. It wasn’t an actual electrical problem, but a problem with the unit itself. He managed to fix what the HVAC guy couldn’t and he did it quickly and then explained to me what happened and how he fixed it. He was so polite and nice and my house is already cooling off again! As someone who has a serious heat sensitivity because of Lupus, that’s a huge deal. I’ll be calling ACE myself from now on if I have any issues! Bonus points: they text you every step of the way and provide you links to a webpage that shows the work that was done!     If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After meeting with another electrical company who suggested I replace my panel, I called Ace electric out for a second opinion. Tony came out and inspected my entire electrical system and found that I really only needed to replace some wiring from my AC unit. His impressive customer service and professional knowledge saved me roughly $3500. While here, he even was able to inspect my HVAC and gave me valuable information on that as well.
