    Thomas Jeffries is a master plumber. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and kept me informed during the plumbing of my house! Rice Plumbing & Drain Service put all new plumbing in my house in a quick and timely manner. I am pleased with this company! I highly recommend this service! They are honest and trustworthy!

    One of the managers from Rice Plumbing kindly gave me advice when I was at Ace Hardware. I told him we were having Grinder pump Issues and he told me they worked on them. They were out early the following morning and were courteous and prompt. We will be sure to use them in the near future.

    Very positive experience. I originally had them come out to do routine maintenance on my grinder pump and tankless water heater. They were courteous and professional. The communication could not have been any better, and thats saying something in todays climate! So, when it came time to do some renovations, I contacted them to see if they could help with that and they did. I had the exact same experience having them install new water lines & drains for an ice maker & wet bar. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

    We have used Rice Plumbing for many years. This is our first time since Rice was bought out that we have used them. We have now had Thomas out twice and have been very happy with his work. The first time was merely finding and repairing a leak. The second time we did a full repipe job on our house and man cave. They were courteous, clean and left things as they found them. Their rate was reasonable. They did the whole job in 4 full days. His assistant was also really good. They were also very respectful, communicated all they did and showed us all they did. At this point we couldnt be happier. We sure hope they keep Thomas and treat him well because he is a jewel! We will use them again if the need arises.

    We have a rental house on the beach with some plumbing problems! The house owners called Rice Plumbing and they sent out Louie Perez to fix it!Louie did a fantastic Job, thank you all at Rice for hiring such a nice guy that knew what he was doing! Fantastic job Louie!

    MATT SAVED THE DAY! We are local realtors and had a buyer under contract. The home inspector misidentified the plumbing as dura plex (bad plex). We scheduled an inspection by Rice Plumbing (which was FREE!) and Matt was able to correctly identify the homes plumbing as good pex! We called three other plumbers and Rice was the only company willing to come out to inspect. (Did I mention it was FREE?!)If we had not gotten an opinion, Matt everyone involved wouldve lost--buyers, sellers, and both agents. Matt was able to ease our buyers concerns and he saved the deal for everyone!!!RICE WILL BE OUR GO TO PLUMBER FROM NOW ON!

    After another plumbing company came out twice to fix a substantial leak, when they left a shower, toilet, and sink were not working. Called them back, and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could come back out.Called Rice Plumbing, was told they could come out the next day, within 2 minutes they had solved the problem.Matt is the hero we all need!Will use again.
