    These guys are the best! The AC unit completely died at the condo, they responded to the service call almost immediately even though it was late in the afternoon. Then they came back first thing the next morning, replaced both the inside and outside units quickly and efficiently, and at a great price. They did great work, cleaned up the work area before they left. We really loved how Donnie and his team took the time to talk to us and give us some information about everything so that we knew more about AC products and such. Great guys, definitely recommend!

    I was in need of air conditioner repair. Found this company on line. Donnie, owner responded within an hour to Ft. Morgan. He gave the unit a complete inspection, found the problem had it fixed at a fair price and was very professional. He also has a great personality. Highly recommend.

    I called Gulf Coast Cooling to inquire about replacing my HVAC System and expected to leave a voicemail. Donnie answered my call then proceeded to inspect my unit and provided a written quote the same day. Not what I expected. The new unit was installed in March on the date we agreed to. The price, communication, and professionalism were all outstanding. I cant recommend Donnie enough, it was a seamless, pain free, and fantastic experience.

    Donnie came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call. I thought I needed a new condenser and was ready to buy one. Donnie checked my system thoroughly and discovered it was a bad breaker. He never tried to sell me anything and at the time I was vulnerable. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He is my HVAC guy from now on.     Great company! New HVAC system installed in a very timely manner, 4 hours. Chose the complete system after Donnie gave several options that would’ve work and saved money.     Stop searching. This is your guy…After reading several reviews I decided to call Gulf Coast Cooling for a price on installing REME-Halo air purification system. I had received a quote from a larger company that appeared to be extremely pricey. After calling a few places I found that most were in the same ball park. That is until I called Gulf Coast Cooling. Let’s just say the MUCH cheaper price ended up be a small part of a great experience. Donnie is a straight shooter with years of experience and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing. No one else will ever do work on my AC. Thanks Donnie.

    We had a great experience with Gulf Coast Cooling Company in Gulf Shores. They came out when they said they would and repaired a non-working air conditioner with a $10part. We purchased their service contract and they are on our own 5 star list. I love a company you can trust. Awesome!!!!

    I own a condo rental in Ft. Morgan. New guest had just checked in when I received a message from them that the AC was not working! I called Donnie Breece at 8:45 p.m. and without hesitation, he drove out to the property and worked with the system until midnight to repair it. His fee was beyond reasonable and he worked diligently in my best interest and for the comfort of my guest! I have found a new partner in Gulf Shores for all of my HVAC needs!!!!

    Gulf Coast Cooling Company is a life saver!! It was 97 degrees out and our air conditioning unit wasnt working and our house was over 80 degrees. Donnie came over right away, found the problem and fixed it! Not only that, but he came after hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone!

    I could not recommend Gulf Coast Cooling Co. more highly! Donnie (the owner) does the work himself. He installed a new heat pump in a tight space that other contractors had told me they could not do. Not only that, he even beat their price! Very, very pleased! Thanks Donnie!

    I found myself in a jam yesterday when I received a call to tell me that the air conditioner in my rented condo was not working. My management company called Gulf Coast cooling company and they saved me. They found out what the problem was and the renters had cool air by noon today. Thank you Don for helping me out of a bad situation and helping me to keep my renters. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repair or replacement of their heating and air conditioning units.

    We have called them twice to work on our beach house hvac. First time, the drain pan line was stopped. Second time was latent heat slowing cooling down....Donnie is knowledgeable, quick and doesnt do work that is not needed.

    I’ve been doing business in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for 15 years. I own multiple investment properties in the area. This company is honest and competent in their price and their work. If you are using anyone else in the area, you are making a mistake. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given.

    Great service. They graciously came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Couldnt have asked for more from this service (Aug. 2018)...And since I cant leave more than 1 review with my profile Ill now (Jan. 2019) add that 4 months later they came out again with the exact same level of awesomeness to repair the heating system in my 25 year old set-up. Honest, Intelligent, Friendly. Cant ask for more. Highly recommend.
