    I contacted Breeze Maintenance to have a couple repairs done while selling my clients house. Chris was great to work with throughout the process. He fixed tracks on all closet doors and installed/ replaced exterior light fixtures. Timely responses, great communication, he gave a quote and got the job done in the timeline he promised. Ill certainly be adding him to my preferred vendor list.

    Living in the Life of Paradise brings out your passion to bring the tranquility into your home through designs and comforts. Sounds easy, but we all know how much research, details, planning goes into our home. The top of the list is the Contractor you will use.. Did we have a list of specified level of quality set for our custom home was far beyond of industry standard, of course we did. Do we have the same vision as our Contractor? Which through word of mouth led us to the company of Breeze Maintenance. Simply put, Breeze Maintenance is world class but, seldom have I worked with a company, staff, and team that exceeded all my expectations. Chris Driscoll is a person who has more passion, skill and commitment for doing a quality job. He cares not only about the job and his clients but also about the legacy of his work. Chris was everything we needed. He was professional, informative, punctual and most importantly extremely honest and forthcoming, We were kept up to date on a daily basis, and I was always able to contact him. Construction costs were as he estimated or if there was to be a change, our options were discussed with us before making the change to our budget, Project cost was below estimate and budget, along with being on schedule. I remain thoroughly impressed by Chris dedication to quality craftsmanship. Seldom does a day go by that I fail to come across some detail of construction that leaves me wanting to call and thank him once again for the care and commitment. I have no reservations in highly recommending Breeze Maintenance. It has been a privilege to work with such a great owner, and staff which makes this company a team player whose reputation stand above the rest.
